Horrible experience. This place is disorganized, overbooks appointments, and the staff is rude. I left very disappointed especially since this was my first time getting my nails done five months postpartum, and I was really looking forward to it. I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for a dip manicure and pedicure. After a 10 minute wait, I was seated, then waited another 30 minutes before someone actually came and started my pedicure. While getting my toes done, I asked three different technicians about my manicure--one had no information, one kept saying someone would come (no one did), and another said she only does pedicures. No one apologized or acknowledged the delay. After waiting OVER AN HOUR, someone finally came to move me, probably just to free up the chair while I continued waiting for a manicure. I would have left much earlier, but I was there with my friend who was in the middle of getting her nails done. At that point, I declined since it had already been too long. It is highly unprofessional for not one single person to come and check in with me or even apologize for the excessive delay. I think if there was any sort of acknowledgement I would have proceeded to get my manicure. I would not recommend wasting your time here. read more

Firstly, I requested a regular pedi and I didn't notice until she had already done one coat that she was doing gel. Definitely need to treat all races of clients the same way.I made an appointment at 12 for 2pm with my granddaughter. I noticed several people placed before her service .Finally she began her pedicure .She was asked if she wanted a full set instead of a manicure. She said yes. Five minutes later I noticed more walking clients come in and get services. I asked why are they getting services before the appointments. The manager said she will have to wait because she change the services. The manger was rude when I complained. I have been a patron for years although I have heard of stories from other African American customers. Today was the first I gave experienced. Unsanitary practice by the employee. Aside from her being rude since the beginning, she did not care when I told her that using the wrapper for my callus treatment was not okay. My wife had to tell her technician to tell the coworker to remove it. She tried using it on both feet. My wife has brought me here for over 5 years if not more and it seems that the place only has 1 or two ladies that are awesome otherwise everyone else is just trying to rush and can care less. I've been to multiple nail salons before in the past, and this location is now my top preference! I came in for a regular pedicure w/ gel, and I got Helen as my nail technician. Helen was extremely sweet throughout my entire experience! She was very detailed by making sure to remove my ingrown nails and excess dead skin! Everything was going great, my sisters and my mom were very happy with their nails, I was sat down first and finished last... she only gave me ONE coat of color and it did not look good against the light (very see through), I was not happy. On top of that I was absolutely baffled and upset to see the price for such a crummy job.... My appointment was at opening one week ago- they were not busy at all. However, the lady doing my gel manicure was in a complete rush. She didn't even file my nails evenly, some nails were double the length of others! When I asked her to even them out, you could tell she was upset. She started being very rough with my nails, and they were very poorly filed. She kept taking my nails out of the light early, and the result one week later is horrible! They told me only gel it's 31.00 dlls I always have a polish on my purse in case I don't see a color that I like. When I ask them to use my own polish they said no we can't the owner only let us use gel at that point I was very upset and frustrated and since I was already half way I was like whatever just use gel and let me go. Before I left I ask the lady at the front ( The one w the headset answering all the phone calls) was was my total she said on top of the prices on the board they were charging extra 5 dlls on each service. Before I left o asked how much would they charge for a fill on my nails so can get done In two weeks she said fulls are regularly 24 plus 5 extra charge the most 30.00 Today I came and they charged me 40.00 dlls Definitely NEVER COMING BACK again. My nails were way longer than I asked and for 70they were done very poorly. The side nails wee so rough with jagged edges I could have made someone bleed. Ok that's easy fix with file but when your nails are soooo uneven and different shape all together. I preferred a slight tapered loook even brought pic from their website. 6 if my nails were prominent coffin style. My thumbs were off and when I did say something was like watching angelah johnson...not the mail ity finger.. Umm no can you fix this. Then the mood soured and rather then fixing the bad nail proceeded to shape the other good nail to match the bad one. Y this point I won't be coming back here!!!
