I've been using this pharmacy for 8 years since I retired from my job as a registered nurse. I take 5+ medications every day. This pharmacy has never once messed up an order. And they have the very nicest people working there, pharmacists and techs alike. Today I talked to "Sylvia," I thanked her for her sweet attention to my problem and her utter kindness! I told her that I would ALWAYS use this pharmacy, they are simply the BEST! When my husband was alive, we were forced to use mailed prescriptions and it was an absolute nightmare. I've been coming here for over a year on and off. They have always had very long wait times via phone , but this time I called 4 times and waited on hold over 10 mins just to be hung up on each time by the automated system " experiencing issues" When the associate answered your phone to place me on hold, I couldn't even get a word out before the placed me on hold again. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service. Do, better Walgreens! at least hire someone to manage phones if the pharmacist and whoever else working, is actually that busy. read more

This is by far the worst staff in the pharmacy in the history of customer service I was placed on hold for 25 minutes which after 12 minutes it hangs up the call then at 10 minutes again it hangs up the call and all you hear is someone picking up the phone and placing it back on hold so after the third time calling back I have to try to get this persons attention before they put me on hold again and on top of this they still get the medications wrong this is their job it's not like they're out in the store stocking general inventory it's clear that they are incompetent don't give them your business you'll be better off read more

HORRIBLE PHARMACY. First and last time going there. Went there today 2/24/26@9pm to drop off a prescription so I woukdn't have to drive all the way to kaiser in ontario. Told me it would be 25 mins and they would txt me. NEVER GOT A TXT , so I went at 1am and to cancel it and go to kaiser instead. They tell me, "oh,it's been ready and we txtd you" , which they didn't. SO NEVER AGAIN. read more

The wait at the pharmacy is crazy long!! AND forget about the drive up it is even worse!! Place note the pharmacy is not 24 hours they close around midnight I think for 2 hours so call first if you are going in late at night and make sure the pharmacy is open. read more

I've given the pharmacy multiple chances and even made excuses for that pharmacy because it's 24 hours. Problems I have experienced the last couple of years: 1) Nothing is ever in stock! That's understandable, wasn't mad at first but then after I was told it was ordered for restock it wasn't until the second call about it that they actually ordered it (i got the notification about "more on the way" after the second phone call but not the 1st) 2) The pharmacy techs are some of the rudest pharmacy techs I have ever met. Yes I get you're frustrated, I wasn't mad at first...but for every single interaction with different techs and especially one in particular to be a HORRIBLE experience. One tech kept blaming insurance, I called my insurance and they kept saying it's pharmacy....guess who it actually was? PHARMACY. Which okay i was fine with a mix up but to be continuously telling me that and then I have a different tech check and they say sorry it was us... 3) Waiting time, I get it in person customers are priority. But to put me on wait five different times for so long that the line automatically ends from how long the waiting is...AND BOOM now i'm fifth in line instead of first when i was already waiting an hour in different calls. A hold is not waiting an hour. PLUS in person waiting time is long too! Why is there 1 person at the front when there are two registers. One person for drive through two people for the front. The actual store is lovely though, just the pharmacy tanking their ratings. Other people have experienced the same as me according to reviews so I hope a change is actually made. read more

Do not use this Walgreens when u call u wait 20 min for them to answr they have no sense of urgency. They sent me wrong med once. And just yesterday they sent me someone else meds wtf . That's the ultimate hippa mistake. I don't want to call Because they will put me on that 29 min hold. So will have to go in to complain . I came here after postal centers + across the street suggested to get passport photos taken here. Valerie was the lady that helped me. She was pretty efficient with the photos and printed them out right after she took them. I noticed she had to edit the background herself so the pictures look a little funky, but hopefully they are acceptable. The cost was $16, I don't think I saved any money coming here. Walgreens also have kiosks to print pictures from your phone so while I waited, I printed some pictures from my phone. The prints came out instantly. When I was done with my order, the machine literally spits them out one by one. It was a little bit annoying because they were landing on the floor. Once I figure that out, I was able to watch for them. I feel like they need to put some thing there to catch the pictures but it's in a walkway, so probably wouldn't work. The lady Valerie handed me an envelope for them thankfully. if I would have ordered online I could have save 30%! I gave three stars because of the printing machine, spitting out the pictures and also because I did not like how the passport pictures have to be edited. read more

The service here is TRASH. Whether it's in store or through the pharmacy, the workers are always incredibly slow. No line at the pharmacy and I still had to wait 10 minutes to be attended to. As well as the photo printing station... no one is ever around to help. Please get new employees or retrain the ones you guys have. read more

Always "out of stock", always with attitude, and on multiple occasions this "24/7" location has been closed in the middle of the night. Imagine spending the better half of the day in the Emergency Room, only to start a week long battle with this pharmacy. If you want to spend your time healing instead, I HIGHLY recommend the CVS across the street which is also 24 hours. read more

I usually favor this pharmacy over the CVS down the street. And usually they're okay with wait times and customer service, but today I went to pick up a prescription over the drive through. It was through their second part where you speak into the speaker. The lady talking was extremely rude! If you do not like your job or having a bad day don't go in!. Based on my experience (or lack of) with the pharmacy I would never recommend this location to anyone. You wait on hold only to be put back on hold several times and nobody ever picks up. I was released from the hospital and needed to check if my prescription was ready but they never answered. The kind pharmacist at Sam's Club called and was able to get through on the doctor's line and get my prescription switched so I could pick I there instead. I understand being short staffed, but that always comes back to poor management (pharmacist). Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. It's the last thing you want to be doing especially when you're already ill. Shame on this Walgreens. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident, but it happened ten days later which is why I'm taking the time to post. read more

This location does not feel safe. There's shady male solicitors standing outside who approach you and call things out. As if that's not scary enough, inside the pharmacy waiting area smelled like urine. Then, my experience getting my booster shot was not good:. 1. They didn't write my shot down on my card or upload it to my record digitally. 2. The tech didn't wear a mask (and we are in an enclosed space with door shut). 3. The tech forgot to rub my arm with alcohol before giving me the shot (at least for the flu shot) 4. I was not informed whether my booster was Pfizer or not 5. I was not told to sit for 15 minutes afterward to see if there were any adverse side effects I had to call afterward and ask which vaccine was given to me and my concerns about the lack of a record. The person on the phone told me to come back to get my vaccination card written on but I told her I don't feel safe. So now I don't know what to do. I just checked my record online but don't see the booster uploaded on there. I should've addressed these concerns in person right after, but I didn't think to do so as I was preoccupied worrying about my safety leaving the store. I don't mean to blame everyone there, but I just feel unsettled after this experience. About my lack of record, my arm not being sanitized beforehand, the solicitors outside, etc. please try to remember to update everyone's vaccination card from now on and to sanitize the arm! The pharmacy here at Walgreens deserves negative stars if it was possible. I tried to return a call that I had received from the pharmacy and after waiting 2 minutes I was told I need to speak to the store, so they transferred me to the store where I waited for 35 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and I inform the pharmacy of my previous experience and they state they will transfer me directly and I was placed on hold and after 3 minutes I was hung up on again. I called a 3rd time and tried to informed the pharmacy I would like to not be placed on hold again because I was hung up on twice, and before I could finish my request she just transferred my call where I waited another 30 minutes to speak with someone. That is no way to treat any customer, and a " oh I am sorry" is no good enough. This type of service should not happen period. Walgreens should be ashamed and do better. This isn't the first time this Walgreens has done something like this via phone interaction or in person. This is the last time I use Walgreens for anything. CVS is light years ahead of Walgreens in regards to customer satisfaction and displaying professionalism during customer interactions. read more

Came by the pharmacy to get a prescription filled arrived before the 500 cut off for out of stock items. Said my prescription would be here tomorrow. Got a message confirming the delivery of my prescription the following day. Showed up the next day only for them to tell me it's not ready. What a joke I had to suffer without my meds and waste my time. Nobody really cared about the inconvenience or had any apologies or solutions. So much for customer service! read more

I came here for my covid shot. I was able to book through the iOS app (very easy) and they had my paperwork ready when I arrived. I had my shot within 5 minutes of walking in and then we had a wait 15 to make sure that there wasn't any weird effects. All in all, very well run! read more

I'm giving this Walgreens in Chino FIVE STARS! I've gone inside and have always had a very positive experience here. But the main reason I'm writing this review is I visited this same store this past Sunday morning 01/31 to receive my COVID-19 test. I arrived at the window a few minutes early but the young lady who assisted was so nice replying "No worries, I can assist you" The process was very smooth and took less than ten minutes in total. Unfortunately I was not wearing my prescription glasses and could not read her name tag. I just wanted to say Thank you for the courtesy and taking the test a very positive experience. A joke of a pharmacy. Don't have enough staff and don't have an organized system. Called to ask how long medication I got sent here would take. They have me a time to come at. I arrived at that time and they told me my only options were wait thirty minutes, come back in two hours, or come back the next day. Why give a time if you can't be ready by then? I literally wouldn't have come I'm coming at the time you're telling me to.. and now I have to wait here when that was the point of me calling and asking when it would be ready... Also customers that come here are rude as well. Only time I sent medication here. Won't make that mistake twice. read more

After waiting in the drive thru line at Walgreens to pick-up (I was the only car) My prescription was ready and had been ready but it would not fit thru the window opening. I was asked to go inside - I asked the pharmacist if I needed to wait in line again. Pharmacist (female) replied no one in line sarcastically (how dare I ask I should expect to wait again) I went inside only to wait again beside someone Walgreens could not find the person's name nor had filled the order. The other person was sick and coughing and hacking, after the person walked away, she/Pharmacist was ready to hand me my already filled order and charge me. I asked the Pharmacist if she could charge me at another station/window. The response was as thought the Pharmacist did not hear me (I talk loud and clear)...it is clear Walgreens more associates and better service. I suppose that is why my company has moved the special meds to CVS. I think I will as well change my store to CVS. read more

I cant believe that no one picks up the phone, been calling yesterday specially pharmacy which should be one of the most impt dept because people need their meds. Went looking for Funko Pops! Very limited selection and the ones on hand are all dented up and in bad condition. Items shown on advertising are not actually at the store, pretty misleading. How are you even in business?? The first time I came through - an hour after the doctor prescribes my prescription you said it wouldn't be ready for another hour. Fine. I drove up to Walgreens 24 Hour Store to pick up meds for itchy allergic reaction and they had a Hand Written note on the glass at the drive through which stated: We will be closing this evening at 9:00 PM Due to lack of employees? It was 8:55 PM when I saw this note. If I had gotten to this location 5 minutes later ?? I wouldn't have received my medication for itchy rash until the next DAY? ARE YOU PEOPLE SERIOUS???
