I wish they would just close up this store every time I come in it gets worse... I don't know if it's a management problem with ordering inventory and I mean some quality inventory but there's nothing on the shelves it looks like they are going to close up.. there's absolutely nothing in the men product aisle other than a bunch of men's diapers depends etc. Zero quality face or hair products It look nothing like this a couple years ago it was completely stocked up and now they spread everything out on a bunch of empty shelves. I'm just gonna have to drive further to CVS because I come in or hoping things will change and I want to believe it will but there's nothing of quality in here I think the only thing they exist on is the pharmacy and maybe alcohol. read more

My feedback is regarding the pharmacist. She is unprofessional and rude. My sons rx is apparently out of stock and I was not informed, sent a text or updated by a phone call. When I called the pharmacy to inquire about the refill I was told It's on back order, and explained the pharmacy is not obligated to let a customer know this information. Based on several other reviews, and several other horrible and abusive experiences I've had with the pharmacist here, rite aid does not care about their customers at this location. I asked the pharmacist for her supervisor and she refused to give a name or a time to call back, she repeatedly said "go write a review or call 1800riteaid". So clearly she knows there is no repercussions for her behavior. Stay away from this rite aid, horrible awful Experience. read more

Especially, I appreciate the fact that this store keeps its waiting area and public restrooms available before and during COVID times. It is my favorite pharmacy where James is my favorite store clerk, where Johnny is my favorite pharmacy clerk, where Amy is my favorite pharmacist, where Jomar and Kanan are my favorite workers. Although all of the staff works hard and cares about his or her job, these employees seem to outside the others. Even though they are tired from juggling to answer the phone, to serve customers at the checkout or window, they always treat me like a valued customer. With me, they are extremely attentive. Whenever I see them, I feel better about myself. Every time I visit, I usually end up buying a lot. The clearance items, infomercial merchandise, and $2 stuff are my favorite purchases. This RiteAid has a full pharmacy including drive thru and an ice cream counter! This is a nice perk when you need to wait for your prescription to be filled. They also have a freezer section with dairy and some frozen goods. A pretty good selection of liquor and a good cross section of dry goods. Not quite a replacement for a super market but not too bad if you need to grab a few items along with your prescription. read more

I came over to pick up a prescription for my wife, the technician that was behind the counter tried to hard-sell me that my wife needs shingles and pneumonia vaccines. No, I don't need vaccines right now, I just came to pick up my prescription. Then he wanted to look up my information to sale me vaccination. I finally had to tell him to just focus on the prescription I came in for. It is very frustrating having to fight off these hard selling pharmacists and tech. Just give me what I came in for. I love the store and the employees that work in the store. It is the pharmacy. They have appointments for you to get your shots. I made an appointment 3 days ago to get my booster shot. The appointment was for 5 pm. I arrived 5 min early and there were 5 people in line. I get up there and the pharmacist aide says there are 10 people ahead of me for shots. I said I have an appointment for 5 pm. She states well they do too. All 10? Wow. I ask why we make appointments if you don't honor the time. It's like a drop in service. She said there are 10 people before you do you want to wait. I asked how long. She said I don't know because the gal that does the shots is at lunch. What??!!! This place is terrible in regards to the pharmacy. I should have read the reviews prior. Terrible customer service, from miss information to throwing throwing the ball around. I was told by a gentleman that I would get my prescription the latest Friday, called back a few times was told it's on order, similar story. It is now Wednesday and told that it was not being allowed to order. I'm now left with no prescription on false hopes and an inflamed eye with no steroid drops. Leaving 1 star because the staff is great and friendly, all except for the manager. Went to pick up covid home tests and was told that they were sold out. I inquired when they'd be available again and asked a few more questions regarding the home tests and the manager MARIA was rude and completely unprofessional. I spoke in a cordial manner and not once raised my voice, unlike Maria who did the complete opposite lol. The fact that she's the manager is a joke lol. This place has the best ice cream, and the employee James seemed very on top of getting someone to the register so he could assist my family and I as quick as possible. Have you ever had a time when you just say to yourself "fuck it ~ I'm gonna eat whatever I want" Well for me that was this Sunday and it carried on until today, so where is one of the places I go? I go to Rite Aid for some ice cream. I started coming to Rite Aid for ice cream before it was even called Rite Aid, it used to be called Thrifty, also single scoop cost ____ and double scoop cost ___ (i'll leave those blank cuz it makes me feel old just thinking about how much it has gone up) But seriously, I think everyone would fill in the blanks above differently depending on how old you are. I don't really come to this location for anything else other than ice cream. But since they do have a mini-GNC here I occasionally come in for some health products, but it's very rare since I'm not that healthy~!! So come for some ice cream: rocky road, coconut pineapple, pistachio nut, cookies n cream, chocolate malted crunch and mint n chip ... damn I'm fat, thanks to yelp especially. This location is fairly new so it's never really that crowded and it's nice and clean on the inside and out. Good location for prescriptions if this is where you choose to go. read more

I LOVE this Rite Aid especially the drive through pharmacy. This location is right by the freeway exit closet to home. It's the perfection location to pick up a birthday card, gift card before leaving or having a doctor call in a prescription and picking it up before home. Cashier here is very incompetent, doesn't know how to use the POS or spell even when it's literally letter by letter (repeated the name 4 times before she got it right). A 5 minute trip became 15 minutes just at the register. I used to consider Rite Aid a staple part of the convenient store sector, but this location definitely lacks convenience. read more

Update: I came here for a drive thru Covid-19 test. I got a confirmation email saying to arrive at the drive thru, but there was a sign at the window that stated "drive thru is closed. No pick ups available. For covid tests, please call (phone number)". So while I'm calling, a pharm tech starts knocking on the glass and just points to the sign and shrugs while making a sad face. I mouthed to her that I was there for the covid test and I even pointed at the covid test demonstration posted on the window. She then motions to me that I have to go inside. I park my car, go inside, and wait in line. At that point, I've been at rite aid for 20 minutes now when the test is only 30 seconds. I finally get to the pharmacy desk and there's another pharmacy tech there. He asks me why I was there and I tell him for a covid test. He then sighs and tells me I'm not supposed to be in the store. I try telling him that his coworker told me to come in and he says "yeah, she shouldn't have. So go back through the drive thru". At this point I just went back to my car and he gives me my test. He asks if I have done a test before and when I answered that I have, he said "great. Just leave it in the tray when you're done." I put it in the tray to be pulled back in through the window, but he was not even there. I wait for someone to pull it back in so I know my test is safely inside. I wait another 5 minutes, still no one there. Now there was a line forming behind me and I didn't want to hold it up, so I had to push the tray back in. I never saw either of the pharm techs again. I question if my test has even been collected because it has been 2 days now and still nothing. This rite aid has really gone downhill. read more

Had a prescription ordered here that on average costs $23-40~. This place was charging over 60 for it. It bothered me so I went researching and found that it isn't just that one specific medication that is overpriced, it's Rite-Aid pharmacy prices in general. When I compared the average cost of prescriptions here to the CVS and Albertsons Prices (local competitors) I noticed you can save roughly 15%~ on most prescription purchases. If you live in the area or are new/passing though and need to fill a prescription, do yourself a favor and go across the street (literally) to the Albertsons pharmacy or just drive the extra 2 miles to the CVS. read more

The store employees go out of their way to assist you and welcome any questions or requests. It's clean, bright and feels welcoming. I don't come here for anything but ice cream!! They have the best ice cream...better than any other brand you can get at a supermarket. It's always super rich and creamy, doesn't get super hard in the freezer either. When it's on sale now, it's 2 for $7...pretty good deal still even though the sizes are a tad smaller than before when it was a half gallon container. Always get the prepacked ones in the freezer and enjoy at home. Wife likes the chocolate malt crunch and i get the pistachio. You really can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Been to the Pharmacy here 6 times in 4 months to pick up or drop prescriptions. They are never open on time based on their posted opening hours at 8am. You won't see anyone there until 8:30am. They might as well close and give the business to CVS. When people have work or are in dire need of prescriptions, they should conduct work professionally and open up on time based on the hours they are suppose to. Plus, they need to learn to be more polite and respectful to the patients coming in. I've seen them treat all their customers like crap, myself included. I get that sometimes you have tough patients with some serious issues coming in to get their prescriptions, but it's not an excuse to treat everyone like crap. read more

Don't come here for any vaccination. They said we didn't need an appt for a flu vaccine, but we got there and there was no one waiting, but we were sitting for a long time. The two that were working on Sunday, 2/28/21, in the afternoon took everyone that drove up or came to the counter, before giving us our shot! We cringed every time someone came up to the counter, it was horrible. The gentleman was running like crazy and was very nice, just too busy and not enough help. This Rite Aid is really convenient as it's just off the 71 and next to Wells Fargo. This is our usual stop for quick snacks & when the coconut pineapple ice cream craving sets in. The store is normally pretty clean & stocked. The customer service here is pretty good compared to most CVS's. The location is convenient & lots of parking.
