I agree with many of the posters on here that this by far the best 7-11, not just in the area, but even the ones in south Orange County. Honestly, this location is head and shoulders above the other ones. I will actually go out of my way to go to this location. I go here once or twice a week. This afternoon is a great case in point. I wanted to get coffee and I didn't see any. So I asked the one lady ( who is usually there), and she very politely informed me that she will make it in just a few minutes. She was already busy with customers. Less than a minute later, a young man ran up and started a pot of coffee and asked me to wait just a few minutes. You can tell that for both of them customer service is their priority. So refreshing and rare nowadays. You can see why I would go out of my way to go this location. read more

I'm so sorry to give this kind of review but my family and I have lived here for over 20 years and our 711 has just continued to go downhill from the clerks, not ringing up gift cards properly and my husband having to go back to get it corrected and they still don't make the correction there's poor training boyfriend sitting outside waiting for them. this 7-11 seriously has the BEST staff. I come here a lot after work and sometimes it can be 1-2AM but the staff is always super nice, helpful, chatty, and they always tell me what is on sale or what specials there are - EVEN at 1AM. The store is also always super clean and everything is stocked up. Fresh food and coffee are also always available. Whoever owns/runs this location should know they have an awesome staff!! And they must have a great management team that makes sure their employees are happy to work here. I wish I lived closer to this location because I would come here over any other store!! read more

I was there this morning around 6am and I paid for my gas when back to my pump and only 0.28 cents of gas came out I went back inside to let the cashier know there was an issue and I did not get her name but she has glasses and brown hair and she was very rude and unprofessional to me and told me "it's because there is a gas issue!" ...I said ok I will go somewhere and left because why are u allowing your customers to pay for gas if u know u are having a gas issue very unprofessiona il will not be going back. The posts here and colored dark grey/black so you can't see them ( should be bright yellow or red so you don't hit them). Most of the employees inside are nice exempt they keep pushing to sell you stuff you don't need at the register like cookies and pizza. I say no and they keep pushing... maybe there getting a commission from selling them?? Stoped at this 711/gas station. My sugar was low and I needed to get it up. Purchased a slurpee and it tastee exactly like GASOLINE. I kindly went back while on my 15min break to ask for an exchange. The ASSNT. Manager wouldnt cooperate with my request so I asked for a refund, oh but my transaction was lost eventhough I paid with card. hmmm ok. Asked for the Manager of the store and of course he/she wasnt around. Look 6'2'' assnt. mnger light skin hispanic with black hair and a soft voice , I am a GOD fearing man thats trying to make a living and I come to give this particular establishment my hard earned money and this is how im treated. Went to fill up gas with at most being charged around $50 for a full tank. I pressed "yes" when the pump screen asks if i wanted a receipt, though nothing came out. My husband and I have been to every single 7-Eleven in the area and this, by far, is the cleanest and friendliest. We get coffee regularly (download the app and every 7th cup is free). If you come in and the dispenser is empty, your cup is free (per the lady working there). What I also like about this place is that the little individual coffee creamers are usually stacked upright, all nice and neat. Me, being a "type A" person, that stuff impresses me. At other 7-Elevens, the creamers are just thrown in the containers. We'll be back! read more

Easily the best 7-11 in the area as well as one of the best I've ever been to. Selection of food is great as well as hot foods. All the staff I have encountered here are friendly and helpful above and beyond. They sell some odds and ends at the cash register like hard to find candy and such for the kids... The gas station is also convenient and the location near the 71 freeway and Central exit is helpful to commuters coming and going. I pass here every morning after my night shift as a nurse and I usually get gas when I need it. The gas prices wont win any awards but the convenience makes up for it. Watch out for Jeff Bezo's Army vans taking up all the gas pumps at certain times, come back later when they're delivering batteries and video projectors to the local populace. read more

I love this 7-11 *hearts* and I never thought I would say that about a 7-11 haha. It's super convenient to where I live, so it's an easy fill up of gas or coffee. Blueberry coffee here is my jam, but it's only available in the mornings; they don't brew it later in the day (I've checked). They recently installed newer gas pumps and they make me feel fancy and bougie...I dig it. Customer service here is impeccable compared to other 7-11s. Whenever I go in, it seems like there's a ton of people checking inventory, helping customers and just helping with the overall operations. The prices are cheap don't get me wrong...but my car is picky and doesn't really like the gas from here. I get really crappy mileage off this stuff...though my hubby swears it's in my head. My mileage drops from 21-22 to about 18 unless I drive far it goes back up. I don't really think it's worth the savings and I much rather go to mobil or chevron and get better mileage. My hubby's hybrid is fine with this stuff, but not my CRV. The store is a nicely stocked 7-11 and you can get treats and snacks for trips. Though I wouldn't come here to fuel my car. read more
