I've been coming here for about a year and I've never had a bad experience. The place is always clean inside and outside. I don't get gas here; occasionally I buy their expensive snacks when I need convenience. They have a big selection of snacks and they're good options too. I use my sip n save to buy a coffee or polar pop every day....so worth it even though the price went up recently from 6.99 to 9.99. Still a good deal because their coffee and soda are good at this location. Their staff is very friendly, I always get greeted and they tell me to have a good day/evening/night. read more

Paying with card on the pumps is utter garbage. Today I went in and inserted my card. It said after inserting, "remove rapidly"(which I find strange to do) and as I removed my card it said something in the lines of "card not inserted, please insert card" just for it to say remove card rapidly. Went here today at 1:30pm to get some snacks for my co workers and I. The cashier did not say one word to me when I approached the counter to pay for my snacks (I even smiled and said good afternoon). She was too preoccupied with her personal phone call. After pausing a few moments to answer her baby daddy's questions on her 1990's phone headset, she proceeded to blurt out the price of my junk food. Once I paid, I asked for a bag (because I was buying snacks for 5 coworkers). She rolled her eyes at me like if I just asked her to put away her meth pipe. Once I paid for my things I smiled at her and said "Thank you" but still no acknowledgment. Maybe I caught her on a bad day. Doesn't hurt to smile once in a while and please don't roll your eyes at customers.Especially if you're in customer service. read more

They must have bad managers here because the same happened to me as below...the clerks don't say a word, ignore you, lock the doors and leave for periods of time,...definitely shady feeling I have about these workers and probably bad things happening with the two guys I had poor interactions with. The workers are nice.about 1.5 years ago my girlfriend used this gas station to pump gas. That night she received fraudulent charges on her bank car. last night I used this gas station and shortly after i received a fraudulent charge on my bank card to a heal food store from out of state...anyone else have this experience, or just us?,,,,,,by the way we used the north last outer pump closest to the entry way towards Habit Burger which is the top first outer pump. read more

I always have a good experience here. When I put gas I want to be in and out, and I get that here. The cashiers are always friendly, and it's probably because the manager has great customer service skills. read more

This is just your run of the mill gas station. Gas prices seem to stay in the average range at this place. The store is tiny though. Not very large at at. However, every time I go inside the cashier is really polite. So that's always a good thing. Not really much to complain about but not much to rave about either. read more

This is the Circle K gas station that use to be a 76 station on Chino Hills Pkwy. Gas is always the cheapest in the area here! My car also doesn't mind it at all and runs like it's usual self. I think gas is down to 3.80 something or another. Good prices and fuel that my car is ok with...hooray! read more

I went into pay for my gas, I gave Elizabeth $26, I told her it's $26, she recounted money in front of me. I repeated $26 correct? She said yes, went out to pump gas, it stopped at $25. Went back in to get change, she said I only gave her $25. I will be calling owner in the morning. On top of it, when I asked for owners name and number, she called me sweetie. Circle K is a very hostile store, at least its female employee #5 demonstrated so. I stopped to buy a couple of things. Not only that she solicited me for donations, she also gave me only a total receipt. When I asked her for an itemized receipt, she became irate and yelled at me, "I am doing my job to ask for donations. You think I stole your money?" There was no donation sign in the store. She has a very filthy mouth to harass customers. A total amount without detailed charges is suspicious! After her uncontrollable BIG mouth, the donation is a RED FLAG that it probably go to her own pocket. It was my first time shopping at Circle K and will be my last. read more

Stop to get gas quickly before getting a dinner and used my debit card to pay. The young female attendant said my card was declined. I tried it again as i knew funds are available. She said its wouldn't go through so i paid cash and chauled it up to my card being hinky. Got home after picking up dinner and received a notification on my phone thats linked to my account that said two transactions that cleared from the gas station i paid cash to. Went all the way back and stored clerk said she had no record of it as i showed her the transactions on my phone, she said she couldn't help me an no management was available . This store has thieves in it!! Someone took my card # and ran up $54.00 of items they purchased inside! the bank told me they had typed in the # as credit!!!!!! I will never use this gas station again and I am going to file a complaint to the BBB! read more
