I wish I can give this place zero stars. I was having issues with my Apple Pay on the gas pump. So I drove to 2 different pumps Bc I wanted to make sure it was my phone and not the gas pump. I went inside and it was an older lady working (@8:30 on Monday dec 21) she spoke Spanish as well. Without even greeting me she decides to give me a lecture about how I made a bad impression driving 2 to different pumps. Not only did I feel embarrassed but I felt disrespected. Me not wanting to disrespect the ignorant elderly women I left the Chervon. I do not understand why she was so mad about having to lift her finger off the screen, sounds easy to me ‍. I can see there's already a review for a middle aged women being disrespectful, so I assume the other reviewer encountered the same woman I dealt with. I politely asked the lady "excuse me can you turn on the air for my tires" and she yelled back at me at how I interrupted a conversation with her and a customer. She was just handing back the lady's change and the other customer and I both looked confused. She finished then looked at me as I was stupid. Had to restrain myself from being rude back. I would give zero stars. Still dealing with charge issues. Only response I get is contact my card company when they are the ones charging me $100 twice 5 minutes apart after I had already paid for gas which was $35. Which makes absolutely no sense. I reached out to solve the issue but they keep denying and have tried not taking legal action because it should be solved in a professional manner. I have the proof and they should be able to put up the information but I have yet to get a hold of someone to handle this matter. First time coming here and the older lady working the counter was very disrespectful several times in just one visit and that was only to me. I decided to stop since its on my way to work and I had already past the 76, after I paid I had to wait and go back inside along with another gentleman who couldnt pump because she had not entered the amt even though I waited for her to count the cash and begin entering it. well since I also needed the ATM I got two scratchers, I never play these things and I won on one of them and thought on another, well since I didnt scratch the bar code he rudely tossed them back and said "You need to scratch all of it, I need the bar code" then she left to sweep, when she came back she said this isnt a winner, I told her nicely that it said ticket, she began replying as if I had asked an inappropriate question. "You see the screen right, you see that, not a winner, I got by what it says" I told her, ok ok, you dont have to be rude or disrespectful about it, to which she replied "well your telling me its a winner, and you see its not!" Came here at night to fuel up. I had some leftover of my passion tea and wanted to drink it cold so I came inside asking for some ice and they told me it was 50 cents. Like its a 1$ for a drink and you charge 50 cents for a machine that automatically produces it? Its not like I'm getting ice from the bags or something. When told about that I jokingly replied if they (Owner and middle aged Blonde woman)were serious and they gave me the most rudest reply and facial expression. That's definitely not customer service oriented and cheap as hell to charge for ice. I bet you they will charge you if you wanted to refill your canister for some water. Was getting my car washed nearby and needed tip money and coffee. I tried to put creamer in but every single pump was empty, I told older lady and she said ok but did nothing about it?? I then asked cashier girl if I could transfer my coffee into my own cup so it would stay warmer and she said yes but then questioned me where the old disposable cup was. I told her I asked you if I could transfer it and you said. She then gave me 3rd degree as to where I placed disposable cup which I threw out so I wouldn't leave trash on counter & she asked where I threw it out? Wth, was it 14 carat gold? This is no longer Sol Rio Chevron. It's owned by an Arab conglomerate now. The staff was friendly 6 months ago and everyone here in town knew them. They've changed nearly the entire staff, and now it is a cold rude environment. I will be taking my business north a few blocks to the Chevron on central just north of the 60 (which is owned by Americans btw). read more
