Based on my personal experience upon pickup of my meds, this CVS has the MOST AWFUL, INCOMPETENT, RUDE, and NON-PROFESSIONAL customer service at the pharmacy counter ever! Long lines, staff ignores you and looks away. The male person who works behind the consultation counter is rude (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name). He tries to dismiss you right away. He rushes you, keeps looking at his cellphone and doesn't make an effort to assist with pricing. Whomever is in charge of this pharmacy, your staff needs to be re-trained overall on how to do proper customer service. A lot of people have questions regarding their medication, most especially pricing. No need to get snippy or rush us. This CVS is clean and has the runs you would expect a CVS to have. I came here to get a bottle of pedialyte which was about $9! They have off brand ones (cvs brand) but I didn't want to try that one. I was looking for the no flavor one or a sugar free one but couldn't find it so I settled for the lemon flavor. It just so happened that the next person in like also got a pedialyte and it was zero sugar! I mentioned it to the cashier and the person next to me offered to trade so that was very nice of him. Overall, great CVS with plenty of parking. The only downside is that they do not have self checkout so the line was pretty long when I was there. read more

The pharmacist gave pneumonia vaccine that he said my wife needed, because the one she got last year was different & she needed the new one. Plus flu & RSV vaccine. But another pharmacist that did the injection mixed up hers with mine. So my wife ended up without flu vaccine, and after that another pharmacist told us that my wife was given pneumonia vaccine that she actually didn't need because she already got that last year. Jazmin is an AMAZING Example of Great customer service. She appeared to be the only person working in the store other than those in the pharmacy. She was running around, unlocking doors to get out items for customers, running the items behind the counter and back out unlocking doors and getting more items and then back to put them behind the counter. A never ending cycle. We had to wait for a minute for her to come back around but it was a sight to see. One of the hardest working people I have ever seen in store. I always come to this cvs start of the month to pick up my member rewards and usually have a cordial interaction picking up my supplies... however, this specific time, there was a very rude cashier named Jack with short hair who did not welcome me and gave off the vibe she didn't want to be there. The biggest issue I have is intentionally with malice pointing your eyes exactly 90 degrees away from me while nearly dropping my receipt. If you don't want this job, then don't work and management, please remove or counsel her as she is not fit for a customer "facing" service job. Careful, they will not tell you if your prescription is on back order and not available. They will let you wait weeks until your current prescription is out. This happened to me, I called the doctor and confirmed an alternative medication could be prescribed. I called this CVS and confirmed they had it in stock. I called a week later after radio silence and they said it was out of stock. Lots of back and forth. They finally get it and don't tell me it'll be $250. I had Good Rx with a specific cvs coupon for the specific medication. But, they said they wouldn't accept it because they only take Good Rx with certain medications. This was after a 30 minute wait in line and 3 weeks having passed without my medication. I had to pay the full $250 even though the Good Rx coupon was $86. I asked why they wouldn't take it, but the cashier just yelled 3 times that they don't take it. Hello, my name is Evanyce Alicia Zamora I visit cvs on (2/17/25) I went to purchase medicine. I usually come here when it comes to NyQuil because the prices and deals are great. Today I seen that NyQuil was next to a sign that said 12.99. I had no thought that the price was incorrect because I have gotten it at this deal before. When proceeding to the checkout me and my grandmother had got to the cashier and it rang up as $23 I let the cashier know that in the back it said that it was 12.99 She went to check as well as my grandmother and my grandmother had told me that she told her that it said 12.99 and that if it was OK to honor it. As there was multiple in the exact same spot. The lady did not speak to my grandmother and walked back to the cashier. Neither then let me know that she was going to price it or not. She was very rude and inconsiderate and spoke to my grandma in a very disrespectful way all because she said that is it OK to honor it. My grandmother is older and has worked in retail before and knows that one a price is like that they must honor it. Proceeded to tell my grandmother to tell her to do her job and that she had already done it and that she did not need to tell her anything. Took my 2 children for their 2nd COVID shot and everyone was so friendly. From the time we walked in, we were greeted by the manager and then again at the pharmacy. We were late for one of our appointments because I went to the wrong location and when we got there, they were able to see us within 5 minutes. And kudos to CVS for giving out pop-its to the kids after their shots (or during). My kids loved them and it made my younger one more relaxed! The first and last time I'll be filling prescriptions here. If you need a 24 hr pharmacy, please look elsewhere and if that elsewhere is a drive, you're better off driving. My doctor called in a prescription and spoke with someone (did not leave a message). She was told that the medication would be ready in 1 hour so I figured going in two hours would be enough time. I arrive to the pharmacy and there is no record of my prescription. Nobody was apologetic for the inconvenience and I was basically ignored until my doctor had to call in AGAIN. I was then told that I had to wait another 20 min. Harry's attitude was unacceptable. He not only gave me attitude but gave the sweet couple in front of me attitude for no reason. Considering people are picking up their medication, the pharmacy staff needs to have a little more compassion for their patients. read more
