I found them by fate one day about 3 years ago because our usual pharmacy did not have the RX i needed in stock (which was not the first time) so we left and were driving home and my husband saw Santa Fe Pharmacy and said, "Lets check to see if maybe they have it".. We walked in and Mirian greeted me with that beautiful smile of hers and welcomed me. I handed her the prescription and told her my situation and let her know that because of my chronic issue that this was a medication that i actually need on a monthly basis and she told me, "Oh, thats No Problem at All... And I can actually make sure that dosent happen to you again because I can make sure we your medication in stock and ready to fill monthly for you". I have had many issues with my medication being in stock until i finally came to.Santa Fe. Its been 3 years and I am still with them and will never recommend any other place again.. My whole family goes there and they ALWAYS have my childrens, husband and my medications processed before we ever even need to call them in.. they always have a bag ready to go for my family and we have NEVER GONE WITHOUT SINCE. For years I've had my prescriptions filled at large pharmacies. I have about 13 meds daily and they get confusing to keep track of. My insurance actually recommended Santa Fe Pharmacy, and had the pharmacist, Mary Ann call me. Its been about 4 or 5 months since I switch my script to her, and it couldn't be easier. She did all the footwork, and still goes above and beyond to make it so easy for me. She separates my pills into daily doses (for morning and nighttime)and will put them in twice daily packaging. She is always a step ahead, and will call me when its ready, and also call my doctors if I'm needing a refill. Its a small store, so they are not open 24 hours, but the staff is friendly and welcoming. They know who I am as soon as I come in, and have my items ready with sincerity. read more

Gardenia is a miracle worker!!!! I am so appreciative of her service. She went above and beyond. I am a fertility patient and I had a last minute order after hours that needed to be fulfilled by the next day. It was a total long shot but she made it happen. She actually went after hours to make sure my medication made it in time to FedEx. I can't explain how much that means to me. I love supporting local businesses as much as possible. Especially if they're in Chino "proper". I was in search of a medicine, that for some reason, was proving impossible to find. On a whim, I decided to call Santa Fe Pharmacy. First of all, everyone I spoke with was exceptionally polite (which always means a lot to me). It was already 3pm, she had to order the medicine but said it would be there first thing the next morning (which is usually lip service anywhere else). Walgreens and CVS both said 2-3 weeks minimum!! But true to her word, it arrived the next morning. She had taken my info the previous day so when I arrived everything was pretty much ready. Words like "pleasant experience" and "pharmacy" don't normally appear in the same sentence with me, however, thanks to Santa Fe Pharmacy, that has changed. So if you live in the Chino area, let's do whatever we can to give them our business so they continue to thrive and remain in our great town!!! Was needing a flu shot, so decided to stop by here. The staff was friendly and attentive, quite the change of pace from the big box pharmacies. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Last year when I received my flu shot at Walgreens, I waited at the drop off, then was called to the pick up side to pay and do a survey, and finally waiting again for the pharmacist to finally come out and give me a shot. So if I ever need to visit the pharmacy again for anything I will be more likely to come to a mom and pop place like this. read more
