I have been a customer here since it was Target pharmacy. I have generally been happy until the…read morelast month. After a poor experience with a new pharmacist, I wrote a negative review. On my next visit, the head pharmacist decided to speak to me about it. Instead of apologizing for my experience he defended his employee and CVS. Not once did he acknowledge my opinion and experience. He told me when he first read it, he figured the customer was "just acting out of anger" until he learned it was me. Get that last point? He initially tried to blow off the survey. Just like he was defending the employee! By the way, he did not even speak to this employee. So far, two strikes. So the lesson to be learned is if you fill out a survey it means nothing to them. The customer is "always wrong"! How things have changed!

My reason for one star is because I decided to try their fed ex pick up option for my order, when I…read morearrived two days later after being notified it was ready for pick up, the young girl told me that the package was never delivered to them and to work it out with fed ex. Well I sat in the parking lot just to confirm my package was signed for and provided the names so when I walked in the associate said no one worked there by the name of the signer so I asked did you give my package to wrong person and the young lady says "no we wouldn't do that we have to double check" After the young lady brought Jolene who was the manager who confirmed they did give my package to another customer who also had more packages to come pick up. After almost two weeks they made contact with the person who said never got my package. Although the staff at Walgreens was very kind I don't appreciate each person kept saying "the person who took your package" no... no one took it, you guys gave it to the wrong person. She shouldn't have been able to take it if someone had done their job behind the counter and checked. Thank god it was only clothing for myself and child and nothing of importance but to give out the wrong mail at a pick up location is terrible business and service. First and last time I do this.

Unfortunately, this time I was advised by Leanne to take a medicine at three times the dose prescribed by my doctor. This was concerning and could have been harmful. I double checked with her and of course didn't realize until I left. I hope the pharmacy reviews its procedures to ensure dosing advice is always accurate and safe. I still value this pharmacy for past experiences, but I wanted to share this so others can be cautious.

They have…read morealways had very long wait times via phone , but this time I called 4 times and waited on hold over 10 mins just to be hung up on each time by the automated system " experiencing issues" When the associate answered your phone to place me on hold, I couldn't even get a word out before the placed me on hold again. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service. Do, better Walgreens! at least hire someone to manage phones if the pharmacist and whoever else working, is actually that busy.

Long lines, staff ignores you and looks away. The male person who works behind the consultation counter is rude (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name). He tries to dismiss you right away. He rushes you, keeps looking at his cellphone and doesn't make an effort to assist with pricing. Whomever is in charge of this pharmacy, your staff needs to be re-trained overall on how to do proper customer service. A lot of people have questions regarding their medication, most especially pricing. No need to get snippy or rush us. If you're not happy there or can't treat customers the professional way, you are NOT the right person for that job!

What an unpleasant shopping experience…read more I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it. I needed some information about an item and approached the employee working in that department. For nearly every question I asked, the response was simply, "I don't know." After hearing that repeatedly, I decided to take a chance and proceed with my purchase anyway. As I was heading to pay, I needed assistance with another item that was kept in a locked display case. When I asked for help, the same employee seemed annoyed and complained about being delayed from going home, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for assistance. As a customer, that was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience reinforced why I generally avoid shopping at Walmart. It often feels like no one takes ownership of helping customers or solving problems. I understand retail employees work hard and deal with many challenges, but basic customer service and a willingness to assist should still be expected. Walmart's corporate leadership should take a closer look at employee training, support, and customer service standards. Experiences like this do not encourage customers to return and ultimately drive business elsewhere.
