Review#14 I usually…read morecome to Rite Aid to either pick up a prescription or get an ice cream for the family. The service at the Pharmacy is helpful and gives the best recommendation. I tried drive thru Pharmacy once, but I prefer to go inside. In the past, I used to come here especially for the ice cream. They usually have Ice Cream on sale when you buy two for a bargain. Cashier staff is always friendly. The store is always clean and organzed.

I don't know if…read moreit's a management problem with ordering inventory and I mean some quality inventory but there's nothing on the shelves it looks like they are going to close up.. there's absolutely nothing in the men product aisle other than a bunch of men's diapers depends etc. Zero quality face or hair products It look nothing like this a couple years ago it was completely stocked up and now they spread everything out on a bunch of empty shelves. I'm just gonna have to drive further to CVS because I come in or hoping things will change and I want to believe it will but there's nothing of quality in here I think the only thing they exist on is the pharmacy and maybe alcohol.

I have been a customer here since it was Target pharmacy. I have generally been happy until the…read morelast month. After a poor experience with a new pharmacist, I wrote a negative review. On my next visit, the head pharmacist decided to speak to me about it. Instead of apologizing for my experience he defended his employee and CVS. Not once did he acknowledge my opinion and experience. He told me when he first read it, he figured the customer was "just acting out of anger" until he learned it was me. Get that last point? He initially tried to blow off the survey. Just like he was defending the employee! By the way, he did not even speak to this employee. So far, two strikes. So the lesson to be learned is if you fill out a survey it means nothing to them. The customer is "always wrong"! How things have changed!

My reason for one star is because I decided to try their fed ex pick up option for my order, when I…read morearrived two days later after being notified it was ready for pick up, the young girl told me that the package was never delivered to them and to work it out with fed ex. Well I sat in the parking lot just to confirm my package was signed for and provided the names so when I walked in the associate said no one worked there by the name of the signer so I asked did you give my package to wrong person and the young lady says "no we wouldn't do that we have to double check" After the young lady brought Jolene who was the manager who confirmed they did give my package to another customer who also had more packages to come pick up. After almost two weeks they made contact with the person who said never got my package. Although the staff at Walgreens was very kind I don't appreciate each person kept saying "the person who took your package" no... no one took it, you guys gave it to the wrong person. She shouldn't have been able to take it if someone had done their job behind the counter and checked. Thank god it was only clothing for myself and child and nothing of importance but to give out the wrong mail at a pick up location is terrible business and service. First and last time I do this.

And they have the very nicest people working there, pharmacists and techs alike. Today I talked to "Sylvia," I thanked her for her sweet attention to my problem and her utter kindness! I told her that I would ALWAYS use this pharmacy, they are simply the BEST! When my husband was alive, we were forced to use mailed prescriptions and it was an absolute nightmare. They have…read morealways had very long wait times via phone , but this time I called 4 times and waited on hold over 10 mins just to be hung up on each time by the automated system " experiencing issues" When the associate answered your phone to place me on hold, I couldn't even get a word out before the placed me on hold again. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service. Do, better Walgreens! at least hire someone to manage phones if the pharmacist and whoever else working, is actually that busy.

Based on my personal experience upon pickup…read moreof my meds, this CVS has the MOST AWFUL, INCOMPETENT, RUDE, and NON-PROFESSIONAL customer service at the pharmacy counter ever! Long lines, staff ignores you and looks away. The male person who works behind the consultation counter is rude (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name). He tries to dismiss you right away. He rushes you, keeps looking at his cellphone and doesn't make an effort to assist with pricing. Whomever is in charge of this pharmacy, your staff needs to be re-trained overall on how to do proper customer service. A lot of people have questions regarding their medication, most especially pricing. No need to get snippy or rush us. If you're not happy there or can't treat customers the professional way, you are NOT the right person for that job!

Today in particular did bother me though. I feel like it's a fairly new thing that Walmart offers digital receipts instead of physical ones (maybe it's new or maybe I don't go to Walmart enough). Anyway I wasn't sure if I had to pull the digital receipt up for the lady by the exit to check. So I asked. She said It was fine and I assumed she was being nice because she saw my hands were full. As I proceeded to walk away after thanking her she said "but you're supposed to" under her breath with clear attitude. Honestly the only reason this bothered me is because she could've just told me yes and I would've pulled it out or she could've just held her breath and been annoyed to herself. There's no reason to be rude when you're upset with yourself for not complying to the rules. Especially after I asked. Other than that. This Walmart is always clean and it actually smelled really good in there today. Some positives I suppose.

It was delicious, silky, velvety, crunchy and flavorful pistachio paste and kadayif. It was good overall, but it was a little sweet so I would prefer if it came in dark chocolate. I will be on the lookout. LOL! Great customer service. Friendly staff. Ambiance is huge.
