This is the worst Pharmacy I've ever used. I've only had problems with them for months, charging my insurance when I told them not to multiple times, I've canceled medications only for them to keep sending them without my permission. They've lied to me multiple times that they never charged my insurance and they have. Please don't use them, they're only going to give you problems. read more

The BEST pharmacy in chino! Dr. Patel and his pharmacy technician Zac are very knowledgeable and friendly. These people go above and beyond what is asked of them. Zac is always very quick with getting my medications ready and delivered quickly. Definitely a very pleasant experience each time. I recently had gone for my flu shot and it took less than 5 mins to get it done. Meanwhile, I've gone to Costco in the past and had to wait 20- 30 mins. I will be sending new prescriptions over to them from here on out. If you didn't already know they offer FREE delivery! Scammers and fraudsters! They deserve to be investigated by FBI and jailed. They stole my health information somewhere and kept refilling and delivering me my prescriptions which I refused to accept from them. I called them and seems like they have all my information (God knows where they got it from!). I told them I have my own pharmacy and will continue to use it, but they just kept refilling my prescriptions and delivering them, but I never opened the gate for their deliveries. Anyways, I kept refilling my prescriptions at my pharmacy. And once they called me and said that they can't bill my insurance for a certain medicine because some other pharmacy already billed it. I told them that some other pharmacy is my pharmacy, and I have no idea who they are. Only after that they stopped bothering me with their so called "free deliveries". read more

This pharmacy is the absolute worst! They didn't have all my insulin in stock and only had one box instead of 3. They charged me my copay for 1 box when I usually get 3. Delivered the one box. Then proceeded to tell me that they only had one box and that I'm going to need to fill it somewhere else which means that I need to get the other boxes and pay the copay again. No solution.... Just a smug attitude. When I said why did no one call me. This guy Zack says well that's why I'm calling you right now. Wtf??? Then said you said get all your prescriptions filled at another location cause we don't have the capacity to fill it. Such crap. I also told them to not send me any more needles because I don't need them and they still sent them and charged me. Save yourself the trouble. This review is solely based off of their Covid PCR test. I read negative reviews on Google regarding ChinoCare Pharmacy but had no other choice due to scheduling difficulties. Long story short, 72 hours into the test and still no results. Apparently the reviews were correct. Stay away from this place if you want to get your test back in a timely manner. read more

I was referred to Chinocare Pharmacy for a COVID test on Friday 9/24, as of Monday 9/27 I had not received the results. I followed up with the pharmacy who advised me to follow up directly with Star Labs. I was finally able to reach someone at the lab on Tuesday 9/28. The lab informed me that the FedEx courier had lost the package and therefore I'd need a new test and that Chinocare Pharmacy SHOULD HAVE contacted me. I followed up with the pharmacy and expressed my frustration over their lack of patient /customer service. While I understand mishaps happen and this was not the pharmacy mistake, the pharmacy IS responsible to communicate with the patients and alert them about lost tests. It is now 4 days of school that my daughter has missed and will probably be 6 days because I have to take her to a professional, competent and clean pharmacy. read more

I walk in and greeted by name like a friend making me very comfortable in the pharmacy got my second COVID 19 vaccine dose here and he did it so well and painlessly that I actually had to ask if he did it and my arm wasn't nearly as sore if at all compared to when I went to rite aid to get the first dose.
