This pharmacy is amazing. I had my dog at an emergency vet in the area, and had called about 10 other pharmacies looking for a certain medication that was needed. Dr Najy, you are correct you were not the first pharmacy I went to as I told you my regular pharmacy did not have my medication in stock. No you did not offer to order the meds for me you firmly told me it would not be to your benefit you to do so. And yes I was gracious throughout the conversation that's just the person that I am. Bottom line is you would not help a patient in need. Maybe you should read the pharmacist code of ethics. read more

I love this place they always take care of my pharmaceutical needs. They are polite, kind trim, like family and try to help me out.

I come here twice a month to bring my mom so she can pick up her medications and I have to say that the staff and the pharmacists are so nice to her every single time! I noticed that she asks the same question many different times and they always answer in the most kind and patient manner as if it's the first time. From CVS hell to amazing heaven. I can only imagine this how a pharmacy experience use to be like. The pharmacist was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and got my idiot doctors office to follow through. CVS screwed up over for the last time, not to mention THE Pharmacy is super close to my house as well. Decent selection of snacks, drinks, over the counter as well. (Back story, my doctor gave me a prescription that turns out costs $50 a month, THE Pharmacy told me about the one that was 99.9% the same that costs me $0 per month with my insurance. This is hands down T.H.E. best pharmacy I've ever used and easily the best in the area. The customer service cannot be beat. When your doctor blows it and doesn't call in your Rx in time these guys will do their best to help make up the time. On top of that they are a formulary so if you can get your insurance to cover a special compound this is the only pharmacy within maybe 50 miles that even offers this service. Me and my 3 kids have been going to this pharmacy for 3+ years now. I have to say I love this pharmacy .They are a team working here and All 3 workers are very professional and caring at the same time , One thing I have to say is you are never going to walk out of this pharmacy feeling clueless they make sure you understand what you are taking and what you have to do and also opinion on The easiest way to take a medication,they always ask me if i have any questions before I leave like honestly every time and I like that a lot. The 5 star reviews must be from their friends because this place is very unprofessional. I needed to fill a prescription and wanted to try a smaller pharmacy than the usual Walgreens or CVS. So I called here to ask if they had in stock the Eczema Lotion I needed. I spoke with the "pharmacy manager" who surprised me with his rudeness and unprofessionalism. He arrogantly talked down to me in a demeaning manner like he was king of all pharmacists. SMH... So not cool. People at these types of places should be the most helpful and kind folks, especially when they are unpopular pharmacies. To top it off, they didn't even carry either the brand name or generic version of the Eczema Lotion I was looking for. Good thing.. because I did not want to give them my business. Even if they did have it, I would still drive 100 miles to another pharmacy just to avoid further dealing with any more ill-mannered people. Definitely NOT recommended. :-\ P.S. Apparently according to the "manager's" comment to my review, they sell narcotics as long as you have a prescription in hand or they know you---yeah that's being legit in following company policy. Hopefully these narcotics are the legal ones, lol. ;-D Also, Najy A. said "if" in his comment, which indicates he doesn't know or remember the medication I was looking for. What I was looking for was an Eczema Lotion medication--which is not a narcotic. So this place's narcotic policy is irrelevant in this matter. It's a shame T.H.E. Pharmacy's "manager" and/or employee named Najy A. DOES NOT know that Eczema Lotion medication is for the SKIN and NOT a narcotic. Yikes! Please Yelpers, DO NOT use Eczema Lotion as a narcotic. After going to rite aid for my first pharmacy, I might add that this will be my go to pharmacy from now on. The wait for my prescriptions were not long at all. They send you an update email or text as soon as they're ready. I used to work at a closed door pharmacy so I know the way the pharmacy field works. A lot of otc medications, creams and etc are a lot cheaper than other pharmacies I've come across. Only thing I recommend is that they need female technicians lol ;) read more

I have been using this pharmacy since May 2014. The staff is friendly and greets me by name. Have never had better service. I used "big-box" pharmacies in the past and was hesitant to use this place. But it was convenient to my dr office. I feel the advice and customer service is A+. They helped me transfer scripts and they are so prompt when it comes to refills. They phone the dr and get it done before I remembered it was time to do that. And the text message or phone calls to tell me it has been fulfilled is wonderful. I spent over 7 hours calling different pharmacies to see if they could order Gerber Soothe (baby formula, just approved by my insurance) from their suppliers, and T.H.E Pharmacy is the one I should've called FIRST! Every place else I called didn't have suppliers that carried it. And one of the pharm reps stayed late to make sure my order got submitted Friday so it would be ready Monday (when my formula would run out!). Thank God for that gentleman. I've been coming to this pharmacy for the last 5 years and the feeling has been the same since day 1! Warm and inviting. The pharmacist as well as his staff have always been kind and helpful. Soon as I walk in I'm greeted by first name, makes me feel like family. I like that there's little wait for your prescription to be filled. If it's gonna be longer, they'll text you when it's ready. After my last review, I see that the manager has been "trying to reach me on here" to discuss my issue. However, when I left his pharmacy in tears months ago- because he told me I could "no longer go to his pharmacy anymore" he didn't care to reach out to me then. I had no idea that when you go to this pharmacy you are bound there for life, and I "made the mistake" of going to a Walgreens for a prescription on a holiday (when T.H.E. Pharmacy was closed for the three day weekend. As I stated in my previous review, the Middle Eastern owner/pharmacist likes to "play god" with your prescriptions and question everything you take. He once even tried to override the doctors orders. I appreciate the nice email on here- but in person he was very rude and condescending to me multiple times when I questioned anything he said. Bottom line- unless you are fine with only going to his pharmacy, during the non-weekend business hours and have only one prescription, this isn't the pharmacy for you. If you don't mind the intrusion, more power told you. I was treated like a criminal for a "rule" I had no idea existed.
