I had a wonderful experience with Walgreens photo! I found a tik tok that showed they did some pretty cool banners & I am planning an upcoming party in July so decided to try them out! I am so happy with the print of the banner & the poster paper I created first with canva then printed with Walgreens! They came out beautifully, I am so happy with the results & they were so quick to order even same day pick up which is amazing! Jeremy was great with his customer service today, very personable, right guy for the job, he made the whole process super smooth! I have to say overall this was a positive experience. It could have gone the opposite way based on two workers work ethics and customer service skills. I ordered some items online on May 31st. I received a notice that the ordered was delayed and then I got the ready to pick up I was told their policy is to pick up within 72 hours. It's only 6/2/26 so I'm still trying to figure out how I am over the 72 hour period. So I get there and Atzin helps me. He says my order was put back because I was late and over the 72 hour period and I would have to go and get the stuff myself. I'm not sure why he is on the register when he can't count days. I'm hoping the system doesn't shut down. So as I was walking away to go get the stuff, Octavio comes to the counter. I can hear the two discussing the situation as I was looking at the candy bars in the candy aisle which is that far away. Octavio calls me and says that I don't have to go get my order myself and that he would. I agree with him that this is the correct response instead of a worker asking me to do what they were supposed to do. I had just gotten off work and I didn't feel like addressing this. Octavio brings everything I ordered to the counter while Atzin insisted that my order should have been cancelled. I just had received the email remind me that it would be cancelled after today but I guess he thought it should have been already. I was really grateful that Octavio helped me. As I was leaving, what appeared to be the manager discussing something with someone else. Instead of ignoring me as some stores do, he allowed me to exit first instead of almost colliding with me as some employees from other stores have. Thank you for your good customer service. She was so nice and attentive to my needs helped me find everything that was on my list and when I was done she walked me to the register and began ringing me up rather quickly. 10/18/24 Been under stress/grinding teeth!! Bruxism--sounds like a made up word but that's exactly what has been causing my migraines & jaw pain when I wake up in the morning. I am pleasantly surprised that this Walgreens has enough selection for mouth guards. Due to time constraints, needed to get the product in a hurry. As soon as I entered the store, I inquired from an employee & she instantly directed me to aisle 29. Thankfully the aisle numbers are clearly labeled but I could not locate the items. There was a button to press for help, I pressed it snd an automatic non live message was announced on the intercom. Within about a minute, a staff member showed up & showed me where it was. If it was a snake, it could've bit me already (my mom says this all the time ). He additionally offered another area to find mouthguards to specifically prevent you from grinding your teeth, instead of repositioning your jaw to prevent snoring (aisle 29's). SCORE! Off I went to the front to pay, BAM, done, son! There's plenty of free parking, the lot looks a bit littered though but the inside of the store is clean. After I brought my Mom to Urgent Care in Upland, we went to this Walgreens Pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions. When we walked up to the pharmacy counter, the gentleman checked if the prescription has been received. He verified yes. At the time, I thought both prescriptions were received. Unfortunately, when the prescription was ready, we found out it was only for one of the two prescriptions. There should have been two of them. The gentleman re-verified that the 2nd prescription was received later. Hence, we had to wait for the 2nd prescription to be filled. I ended up driving my Mom to where she needed to be and I drove back to this Walgreens to pick up the other half. This was a lesson learned for me. I should have confirmed if there were two prescriptions received from the get go and not assume. Anyway, staff was nice and pleasant. Actually the wait time wasn't too bad, but for my Mom, it's forever. My Mom says we're not coming back here next time due to the mishap. We'll see... read more

I guess I am one of the lucky ones when I come here. If you know the system and when to come here, you can show up and not waste any of your time. First, before I come here, if I get a message that a prescription is ready, I will call and make sure to verify if I have another prescription or not. If the second one or more are not ready, I won't go pick up until they call me back. This is a very busy pharmacy, and I can see why sometimes people can get upset if you don't know the system. I had 2 prescriptions filled here and grabbed 2 otc meds within a 2 week period, and I went in the middle of the day on a weekday, so there was no line. I was greeted properly by the cashier at the pharmacy both times. They both found my items quickly and rung me up. I paid and was out the door within minutes. People have to understand when they go to a pharmacy when other people are there and during the busy times, that there will be a wait. Both times the pharmacist ran over to me instead of going to the consult window. I had great experiences here. I will keep coming back since this is so close to my home! read more

Pharmacy - I just left store after being in there for over half an hour waiting in a line that had 3 people in front of me. At first I went to the consultation window where I was ignored for at least 10 minutes. Then I got brave enough to say excuse me 3 times. I asked a question and she told me to get in the line so i did... I waited 30 minutes just to be told no they don't provide what I needed. Which the first woman I spoke to could have told me. I was profiled at store #06061 located at 1241 W Foothill Blvd. Upland, CA 91786 and treated like a criminal at this Walgreens around 6:00 PM. A cashier stopped helping customers to follow me around the store, assumed I was stealing, and even followed me out to identify my car. I walked in, went to the candy aisle with my return in hand, and then stood in line to be waited on. I had a receipt for my return, but was rudely told I couldn't return the items because they weren't bought at that location--with no effort to explain or assist further just a lot of undo anger towards a person making a return and making a purchase. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Walgreens needs to address this immediately. I called before coming to drop off a fed ex package spoke with a pleasant man on the phone named Jeremy, I asked if they had packing tape to send off a package (with label already on) he kindly told me "I'm sure we do if not we can figure something out" and so I went into the store to the fed ex department which is right where the cashiers are asked the employee working the register if they had tape to seal it he said they didn't and only take packages ready to go. I then decided to literally go buy some tape from the stationary department and as I walked back toward the front I passed the photo counter where they had an OPEN packing tape I asked if I could use some of the tape to close my package and he told me no because that tape was a "go back" so I continued and purchased packing tape. The employees were rude and not helpful at all. All of this to say (hopefully the store manager reads this personally) it would be so helpful to customers using fed ex at this location to have some tape up front specifically for fed ex. I understand it's a 3rd party not fed ex themselves, but customers would probably super appreciate it. I have been coming here for years and never had the experience I had today. It is apparently my fault for a mistake the pharmacy made when filling a prescription. I picked it up yesterday and did not realize until today they gave me the wrong size. I used a coupon instead of insurance for a better price for the larger size, but when I opened the box to use it today, I found they gave me the smaller size instead. I took it back to them to explain the situation and immediately the woman blamed me for leaving the store, opening the box and not noticing their error before I had left the store yesterday. She gave no apology and neither did the pharmacist. Then, on top of it all, they said the price is $40 more and that the coupon is wrong. She said the price listed on it is just a suggestion and they have to scan it to see what it really is, despite what is printed on it. WTF...I have never had that problem using coupons before, ever. I kept asking questions because it didn't make sense to me and, admittedly, the conversation was escalating because I didn't feel like she was listening. I told her I wasn't trying to be a jerk but was getting very frustrated at what was happening. She kept saying 'she' didn't do it and I told her I knew that, but the pharmacy did and that immediately I was blamed for their error without even an apology. The pharmacist came over to handle the return, who also got upset because the receipt I handed him was torn off wrong at the bottom so half the barcode was missing, which again was somehow my fault. In the end, I had to use a different coupon because they said the one I used was no longer valid and I had to pay $30 more. The woman at the counter acted like she was helping me with only having to pay $30 more instead of recognizing anything they had done and that I had a legitimate coupon they refused to honor. Very frustrating, and after being a six year customer, I am now taking my business elsewhere. Beyond disappointed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy for pickups. Every time we come it is at least a 20 min wait despite there being 1-2 cars in front of you. Today takes the cake...we arrived and there was one person in front of us. We waited 40 minutes in line behind the one car. By this time, there are four other cars behind us- we are stuck. They need to put a time limit for the drive thru and have customers come in if they require further assistance. Ridiculous. read more

Went up to the register and the two women talking didn't acknowledge me at all. The whole transaction the two women talked about lunch. An older woman with short blonde hair and a younger woman. The only thing going for this location is that it is 24 hours. Yet I have found that the staff will go to incredible links to ignore needs of its clients. Perpetually, prescriptions are not completed even though they are sent in and there is no one to take the phone calls .... The attitude is indifferent.... No matter how sick one is. They are unresponsive on the phone, even for you to let them know That you were coming. I will advise all of the patients that work within my field to avoid this pharmacy if they really want to get well. There needs to be a major revamp... I went in to look at the Halloween stuff that was out and I had a basket full of items. I had to use the bathroom and went to the back as I got there I saw two workers one going in and one coming out and I stopped and the lady looked at me so I said I'm just waiting for the restroom, she looked me up and down and said sorry it's not open for customers and I said really? She said yes you can go to the gas station across the street!! And closed the door! Are you kidding me? That's ridiculous I understand there's things we need to do due to COVID but if you can have the store open you can have your restrooms open also!! I think it's just being lazy and rude!! Walgreens has been a lifesaver when time came for my friend to get a booster shot! More specifically, if you have completed the 2-shot series from Pfizer, you would ideally want your 3rd injection to be from the same manufacturer as well. (In fact, with the mix-and-match approach, now recommended by the medical field authoritative figures, I still personally think the Pfizer brand provides the best set of benefits.) In any case, my friend is convinced to keep all his vaccines intake the same from start to finish, and it's been difficult to find any appointment with Pfizer vaccine at CVS/Target pharmacy. They only carry Moderna! You would think the largest retail pharmacy giant would carry the most "popular" option, so to speak, but oh well. Sometimes what seems to be the most obvious turns out not to be true. Walgreens, however, has plenty of appointments available, and many of them is next-day even! (The online booking system is also very easy to use.) I wasn't able to book a time slot at the most nearest branch; instead, I only found something at a moderate driving distance. Do note, there IS plenty of other selections wide available if you're willing to travel a bit. So Upland, here we go. Overall, I am so glad I did not limit myself to just a CVS search. Walgreens made this overall process so much easier! On the actual day of vaccination, however, it was less convenient than imagined. It doesn't matter if you check in on time, or even early as they recommend. It's going to take at least one hour for you to complete the entire visit, from walking in, checking in, filling out the questionnaire waiting, waiting, and waiting some more, and finally getting the shot. Since we chose to get this done on a weekend (Saturday), it wasn't completely unexpected to have to endure some wait. Pharmacies can possibly run a bit hectic on the weekend when everyone's off work, and everyone needs their meds! Now! (But usually, that isn't the case, I thought.) Compared to when I took my parents to get their booster shots on a Friday morning, this line was noticeably longer. We physically stood in line for at least 20-30 minutes... or more. There were other customers who were visibly and audibly flustered as well--but good to note, everyone remained courteous and understanding to each other. I wonder... Could it also be a staffing problem? I do not work at Walgreens, so I don't know. But retail sometimes tends to schedule less staff on the weekend; again, I am no expert at this. What I do know for sure is, whatever that can improve this delay or undesirable wait will be greatly appreciated by future patrons. I felt like I was stuck there foreverrrrr. Got a bit bored towards the end, in fact. Thank goodness for smart phones and their myriad apps. The shot itself took no time at all. The pharmacist who administered the vaccine was professional. It was the staff's other duties, such as filling prescriptions, answering phone calls, that would deter you from instant, or even, reasonably prompt, service. If you have booked the time slot of 3 pm, don't expect to walk in and leave within matters of 15 or 20 minutes. Best to block out the entire hour (say, 3 to 4 pm), and not schedule anything important or urgent before or after. This Walgreens also sells other merchandise like toys and candies. But they seem overpriced. I prefer shopping for these items at Target instead, with my Target Red Card, Circle Offers, etc. I have decided to rate this store 3 stars for being adequate. Hey, it got the job done, didn't it? Alas, the wait was way too long to warrant any more stars. But thank you, Walgreens, nonetheless. You were most helpful in a time of need. read more

First time ever getting a prescription filled by Walgreens. Got an email saying something is wrong with my insurance, so I call the pharmacy to see what's wrong. Ended up speaking to a robot that puts you on hold forever. First it was 3 callers ahead, 2 callers ahead, 1 caller ahead, and then it's "We're sorry our staff is answering OTHER calls", so what they skipped me? So far I've been waiting nearly 45 minutes, I GIVE UP!!! Horrible experience so far, what a waste of time! read more

This place is ridiculous.. drive-thru takes between 45 minutes to an hour every time I go for 3-4 cars. Unacceptable. While in line I called and was told if there's an issue with a prescription/insurance they don't tell the patient to come in or come back, they let them sit and block everyone else. I was then told I could go in as there was no line inside.. who wants to go in when they are sick?! The whole reason I use Walgreens is for the drive-thru. No reason to use Walgreens now. Booked an appointment for noon for a COVID booster. Got to the store at 11:45am. The line was down the aisle . They took patients not by appointment but by the way they came in line. Long story short I got my shot at 2pm. Not enough chairs to wait around. And a 97 year old who came in to get a prescription was told she would have to wait 1 or 2 hours to get it filled. I asked at the pharmacy if they couldn't expedite hers. They said no. Talked to the manager who said sorry they're understaffed he couldn't do anything. Then don't book appointments and take people out of order. Don't book appointments you can't keep. Provide enough seating. And I think 97 earns a pass to be moved ahead. read more

Turns out we were all wrong because apperentaly as of recently the hours have changed not only for this location but also the other 24 hour Walgreens in San Bernardino. This PHARMACY CLOSES at 9PM now. WOW Great, wonderful, now I have to continue to feel sick to my stomache and in pain until TOMMAROW, all because WALGREENS did not update their HOURS ANYWHERE. So this is all a big bunch of baloney because THIS LOCATION IS NO LONGER 24 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not trust this pharmacy! They do not respect their customers-who, on the most part, are in much need of a competent pharmacy. Our meds are our lifeline! Today, I was turned down three times. Told three times, to come back at a specific time, only to be tuned down again. And that is after, waiting in line for twenty minutes each time. I need my medication and I could have serious health problems without it. On the last attempt, my wife went, to see if she could be more "effective" in getting my meds. She was given an absurd price, as a means of chasing her way. As if, she was viewed as, too poor, to afford a non-insured price for meds. We are not. She felt insulted by their conduct. They didn't have the script anyway. She was told, for the third time, that they "don't have it!" I wouldn't trust this pharmacy. They don't respect their customers. They don't follow up with them. I'm sorry, they need to know the dire importance of their business. I will not return and I have placed my Doctor on notice to change pharmacies.
