I'd give 0 stars if I could! This is one of my first reviews, as I dont usually like to complain about things, but this has gone too far. I ordered the following on uber eats: 1 large pizza 20 beef mini tacos 20 potato wedges 1 jalapeño taquito 1 liter of Pepsi Out of everything I ordered, only the pizza and the Pepsi were right. The rest of my order was missing and seemed to be replaced with other taquitos that weren't even the jalapeño one! I recieved 6 taquitos that weren't even good, they were stale. I didn't order those in the first place! I would have understood if the delivery driver got informed of the missing items prior, or if the driver got notified of the swapped items. But he wasn't told anything by the people at the 7 eleven....Everything was pretty much missing from my order. I'm very dissatisfied with this location. I'd put 0 stars if I could! On 5/9/23 at 8 pm I went into the store for a drink and a Twix that had a "Buy 1 get 1 free standard size". I paid but noticed that it wasn't buy 1 get 1 free. I asked the cashier about it, and he was instantly rude, saying it's not the right deal while not even looking at me and depositing money into the safe. I read to him what the sign said, and he again rudely said I was wrong and that the item I grabbed was not standard size when indeed it was. I pulled the sign off and showed him that it did say standard size and that the items I grabbed were the correct size. He proceeded to say the deals were old and that there was nothing he could do about it. He came around from the counter while saying something in his language in frustration, like I'm causing so much trouble for him for trying to understand why I didn't get the deal. I then showed him the difference between a standard size, king size, and share size while he read the fine prints of the sign. When I went to tell him that what I grabbed was the correct size in a slightly higher and frustrated tone, he then began to shush me like I had no right to be frustrated. I told him he better take all the signs that said buy 1 get 1 free off because that's false advertising. He continued to say there was nothing he could do, a, then after me trying to understand why I couldn't get the deal if there were no speciation as to what kind of standard Twix I could get, he tried to silence me by saying just take the 2 twix. I don't want the stupid Twix if I'm just going to be gaslit and disrespected. I then had him refund the Twix, and I left. I never leave reviews unless it's really good or really bad, and this one takes the cake in poor customer service. The guy was not only rude and disrespectful on so many levels, he tried to shoo me away by just shoving Twix in my face. ZERO respect for others as he wanted to trash talk about me in his language that I didn't understand. This is the LAST TIME I'm ever going to this store. This 7-11 SUCKS!!!!!!! If I could give no stars I would!! The slurpee and coffee machine are always "down" or "out of product"!!!! There snack selection always seems limited and unorganized (yeah they may look like they have a lot of product but it's a lot of the stuff just "thrown" different places to make it look full.) The staff (especially the dude with the stupid pompadour helmet hair) are TERRIBLE!!!! NO...I mean absolutely NO customer service skills what so ever, and the worst "intitled asshole" attitude they clearly don't care about how their store operates. Ok first I want to start off by saying, I normally would never do a review for a convenience store but I have to today. I'm dropping my mom off at San Antonio Regional Hospital for a check-up, so I need ice water badly and to use a restroom. I went to this location. Which might I add looks very new on the outside. I grew up in this area so I personally know that this is a new location because there was never a 7-11 here before. I went to the restroom first and was in shock at the state it is in. The toilet especially, which would not flush. I added to the mess because I could no longer hold it, but tried my best to help tidy up a little bit. If this is a franchise location then the 7-11 company name should be ashamed to let this location represent the the green, red, and orange logo. Someone please come and help these ladies to get some tender, loving care for the gender neutral bathroom that made me dry heave when I walked in. I was here back in September 2015 and it was a mad house. There weren't any special promotions, but things had gone really crazy. Today, it was very quiet. Got some nasty look from someone in the parking lot, but whatever. Shoot me, if you don't like me. The two employees in the store were friendly and I got my fountain Mountain Dew easily enough and tried the restroom. I could say many things about the restroom but the word "neat" would not be included. They also didn't have any paper towels, and it looked as though a tornado hit. If the price of an item is less on a tag they do not honor the lower price. They will still charge you the higher price. The man was very rude and did not care to honor the price ticket. The exterior and interior of this store is pretty clean. I come here to grab a quick lottery ticket and/or a snack and I'm able to get in and out pretty quickly. There is a Circle K, CVS, and a liquor store across the street, but this place looks much more safe and clean, so my preference is to come here instead. I don't like that every now and then there are those that loiter outside and ask for money, or that the staff never looks happy, but I get what I need and I'm out. I come to the 7:11 because they always have fresh coffee and fresh muffins. This is why I give them one star. Their staff on the other hand are the rudest I have ever seen. They don't speak to people when they walk in. They don't acknowledge you at the counter when you're checking out. They stand up there and talk to each other while there are people waiting to check out. They have no sense of urgency. They don't respect your time. And yet these will be the same people who think they deserve $15 per hour for minimum wage. I will keep coming back for my fresh coffee and muffins. But they will always get one star. The pizza here is good and the prices for hot food is reasonable. I stopped by this 7-11 around 7:30am on a Friday 10-19-18 to get some coffee before I caught the train, and this homeless man walk in and he wanted some change and the guy behind the counter said he had to buy something so I told the guy give me your five dollalrs and I will get you some change. So I ask the guy behind the counter for 3 dollars and 2 dollars in quarter and he gave me 4 singles and four quarter I said that is not what I ask for and he said this is all I got. But if I went in the store by myself he would have given me two dollars in quarter because I was a professional individual but just because the homeless guy wanted change he refuse. I will never buy anything from that 7-11 again because the guy behind the counter is racist and the homeless guy was black and it hurt my heart that we still live in a society like this.
