Cashier jay was staring hard at my 14 years olds sister body after we came in from being in the pool to get snacks, confronted him about it and he banned us from the store and lashed out saying my 14 years old sister was unattractive and not worth looking at. We were riding our bicycles on the Pacific Electric Trail next to this store and decided to stop by to get water and my office pool Lottery tickets. The store is great unless the guy with the BAD BLACK WIG is working he is a total Ass. Rude, and nasty just all around a horrible person. If you see him and he's rude let the owners know. He needs to be fired. But everyone else are very nice and helpful, so sad 1 miserable person can ruin your day. read more

This is my go to place to get nice cold drinks or food. I live right across the street so I walk and go there almost everyday. I love Japanese peanuts and they have a big package of it for like $4 it's so good! When it's hot I like to go to get a Slurpee. Love this location! Everyone that works there is super kind and welcoming. They are always on the floor making sure the store is straightened and the coffee area is clean, stocked, and fresh. The blueberry coffee flavor is my favorite. Mix it with half vanilla cappuccino and it is as good as Starbucks at a quarter of the price. I always use my app for reward items. Does anyone else also get backlash at 7-11's for using rewards points??!! Today at this location I tried to use 500 points for a Reign energy drink because it's there for me to use AND there is a tag on the display saying that it's a rewards item! So why when I get to checkout, Rana gives me a hard time!! He scans my barcode and still charges me for the Reign, saying I don't have enough rewards. I show him the app says it's under the 500 rewards tab and he is upset that I am even trying to use the app...then I tell him ok so you are denying me my reward?At this point he has a line of customers going and so he just yells at me to take it, he's like "take it, take it, it's yours"! I'm afraid to use my rewards app now...this is not the first 7-11 that this happens at...does this happen to anyone else? Why have a rewards program when you don't want to acknowledge it or accept it! The silver lining to this was that the "White Gummy Bear" flavor I got, is DELICIOUS! read more

I have never in my life felt so degraded. My first time inside this store and I honestly will never set foot back here. I came to this store to purchase a Paypal reloadable card to get a Lyft ride home, after walking to 4 other locations that didn't have the card. I was so tired from walking so far and once I finally got to the store was so happy to find the card. Once I got the card I attempted to activate it inside the store, but the card wouldn't allow me to. I was getting frustrated and so I squatted down because I was really tired from walking. A younger guy that was at the register and rung me up asked me if I was okay and I said yes, but I can't get the card activated. He said something and walked away, but I didn't hear him. My husband who noticed what was going on told me to stand up, I didn't think much of it so I stood up and continued trying to get the card activated. Then another older guy says to me, you need to leave now... Once you buy you need to leave the store. I was startled and then he proceeded to say my boss just called and said he wants you to leave, because he sees you on the camera. Basically, because I'm black and they couldn't see me behind a fixture, they assumed I was stealing something. Mind you, it's 10:00pm and 40 degrees outside and I was already freezing... I just wanted to get the card activated before I left the store since it was already giving me issues. I asked the older guy politely why he was being so rude, and explained what I was doing and he insisted and started being even more rude and told me to get out, and reiterated his boss said I need to go outside. I explained the problem with the card and asked if I could at least return it and the guy said no he doesn't do returns, if I want to return I need to leave and come back tomorrow and speak to the manager... The one who called and requested I leave. Bottom line, I have never written a review period. I felt so disrespected and if I could I would've just return the card right then and there and find somewhere else to go. In the eyes of someone ignorant this guy would be looked at as a terrorist. I don't judge anyone for any reason and it's so sad that all these people saw was the color of my skin once I walked in the store. You should be ashamed of yourself, have a heart. Asshole. read more
