I've been to this location several times and each time, it seems like they're in a competition to see how they can "out rude" the last visit. Just today, I had yet another unpleasant experience. I love their açaí bowls they are so yummy it's like crack In a cup & they make me energized. I told the worker in the beginning I wanted strawberries and pineapples but I think he ended up forgetting. Upon entering this place, the cashier wasn't friendly to begin with -- and even less so when I explained my vouchers. She insisted I could not use both vouchers, even though I was adamant in telling her that I was sent TWO and therefore could use TWO. She even suggested for me to drive to a different Juice It Up to use one of the vouchers. She then found the need to call and ask her manager for fear of "getting in trouble"; her manager reportedly indicated that he was not aware of it and had not received a word from corporate; therefore he will not honor the vouchers. By now I was already upset, and made it known. The customer after me was disappointed in the service she received as well, and everyone else in line was witness to the impertinence of it all. Finally, I made my way to the door, telling the cashier (whose name is Olivia) that I would be calling the agency that sent me the vouchers. Just pulled up to the Foothill Ave/Elm Rancho location at 7:40pm tonight. I waked up and saw 2 employees in there but the door was locked. There were 2 signs on the door. One said "closed early due to curfew" and the other said "we're closed". I checked Yelp before coming tonight. It said for this location that they were open until 9pm.
