I've been to this location several times and each time, it seems like they're in a competition to see how they can "out rude" the last visit. Just today, I had yet another unpleasant experience. The torta behind the counter was incredibly rude when I asked much longer will my order would take. She called out my order, slammed it on the counter and gave a sarcastic "have a nice day." SO YUMMY! I was craving something yummy, sweet, and light for lunch, and decided on Juice It Up! I have driven by this location many times, but never partook in one of their many flavored smoothies. I chose Raspberry Craze, and it was perfectly delicious, with the perfect consistency and texture. The location is small, but super clean. As for customer service, they are no muss, no fuss. I love their açaí bowls they are so yummy it's like crack In a cup & they make me energized. I told the worker in the beginning I wanted strawberries and pineapples but I think he ended up forgetting. 1/2 Star Outrageous service. No words can even BEGIN to describe fully just how terrible this experience was. I received two VIP vouchers for the Superfruit Sunrise. Upon entering this place, the cashier wasn't friendly to begin with -- and even less so when I explained my vouchers. She insisted I could not use both vouchers, even though I was adamant in telling her that I was sent TWO and therefore could use TWO. She even suggested for me to drive to a different Juice It Up to use one of the vouchers. She then found the need to call and ask her manager for fear of "getting in trouble"; her manager reportedly indicated that he was not aware of it and had not received a word from corporate; therefore he will not honor the vouchers. By now I was already upset, and made it known. The customer after me was disappointed in the service she received as well, and everyone else in line was witness to the impertinence of it all. Finally, I made my way to the door, telling the cashier (whose name is Olivia) that I would be calling the agency that sent me the vouchers. She had the sheer audacity to give me this snappy retort with a fake cheerful attitude: "Okay, that's fine!" I will NEVER return to this location again. Just pulled up to the Foothill Ave/Elm Rancho location at 7:40pm tonight. I waked up and saw 2 employees in there but the door was locked. There were 2 signs on the door. One said "closed early due to curfew" and the other said "we're closed". I checked Yelp before coming tonight. It said for this location that they were open until 9pm. Another sign on the door with printed store hours said they were open until 8pm. First off does no one here update their store hours for this location on Yelp? I went to this location and got my favorite drink, a Lucky Lemon Punch. Let me just say, I was the only customer. My drink came out so quick. However, my blended drink was not fully blended.
