A quick grab and go spot when you're looking for a smoothie on the run. At least in my case. I'm sort of a creature of habit when it comes to these kinds of drinks so I stick to one or two. This case I usually get the PB Protein that comes with non fat yogurt, bananas, peanut butter and almond milk with a scoop of whey protein. Even though it does have yogurt it doesn't mess with my tummy, LoL. My sister and my mom decided to take me out after a tragic time in my life. We saw this little shop and decided to try it. It was the best decision ever. The food was delicious and well priced. The smoothies were nice and refreshing on this already warm morning. I tried the avocado toast, and the mango tango. My mom tried the #1 turkey breast sandwich on sourdough with a customized beet juice. My sister ordered the same sandwich but on a croissant roll with a Green Goblin smoothie. Our dogs go to the vet in this plaza which is right by Smoothies Haven. They opened not too long ago and so far I've tired their açaí bowl and the Pink Rainforest smoothie (#5) and my husband likes the Raspberry Blue (#15). Their smoothies aren't overly sweet as there's no added sugar. This is a small family owned business and customer service has always been friendly. I called last minute to grab a protein smoothie. I snagged a peanut butter one medium sized. It was pretty good. I don't have any complaints, but the gentleman did ask me if I wanted to add anything and I did not and I feel like I should have. I would like to taste the peanut butter a little bit more but that's my fault.
