Nutella bowl - love this dessert acai bowl, the chocolate chips inside were great. Overall it's really good with chocolate! We asked for no bananas on the Nutella bowl and when our order was ready we saw bananas in it. The employee right away offered to remake it, with no hesitation, but I didn't want it to go to waste, so instead she offered extra strawberries on the side, which was really nice of her to do. Thank you! Unfortunately they sold out of the cookies and cream sauce so we opted to get the Nutella bowl instead. Hopefully we can try it next time! I absolutely love this place. It's not like a normal açai bowl place. It's different in so many ways. First starters, their açai is basically soft served, and then they pile on the delicious toppings and ending it with your favorite syrups. Really disappointed with my experience. I paid an extra $1 for blackberries, only to find visible mold on one of them. When I brought it to their attention, they did remake my order, which I appreciate, but they offered to add blackberries again even though they appeared to be coming from the same container/batch as the moldy ones. At that point, I obviously didn't feel comfortable having more added. I also wasn't offered a refund for the extra $1 I paid for the blackberries, and the apology felt more like a quick "oops, sorry" than genuine concern about serving moldy fruit. I ended up checking the fruit in my replacement myself because I was worried there could be more mold. I understand mistakes happen, but finding mold in something I paid extra for and then feeling like I had to inspect the replacement myself was really disappointing. I tried the Very Berry Bowl, Biscoff Bowl, avocado toast, Coco Berry Toast, Strawberries and Cream protein smoothie, and Piña Colada smoothie, and everything was so fresh and flavorful. We ordered small bowls, but the portions were huge, which was such a nice surprise. The avocado toast was super fresh, and even my picky 5-year-old loved it! SO GOOD! The interior of this space is so cute, a bit girly but good amount of seating and a really cute accent wall. The bowls are reasonably priced, I love the concept of soft serve acai and it tasted delicious! Hubby and I ordered the Swirl'd bowl and the Seaside bowl in size regular. The staff member who made our bowls did them perfectly, loaded with toppings that were perfectly placed and I got a little of everything with each bite. I also love how they're not stingy with granola as some places are. I can't wait to come back here when I'm craving another bowl! read more

I come to this plaza frequently and decided to try out this new edition! I used to come to this store a lot when it was a boba place, and I loved it! but I also love smoothies/bowls so I was pretty excited to give it a try. I've gone twice, once to try the açaí and the other to try a smoothie. Ambiance and service 5/5 - The place is super adorable, love the colors and decor! When I came inside the first time, there were two little kids in the back and they called for their parents that a customer was there, I thought it was super cute. Love a mom and pop business. It's a very well decorated place and the people who helped me both times I went were nice. Açaí: 3/5 I got the biscoff acai, and it was alright. The acai on its own was good but I think the combination of the flavor of the acai and the biscoff didn't compliment each other well in my opinion. I like the idea of soft serve acai but mine was a bit icy. The fruit tasted good and fresh though. Smoothie: 1/5 I got the Malibu skies and I was pretty disappointed... when I went the first time I saw someone else order this drink and it looked good and reminded me of the Hailey Bieber smoothie from erewhon so I told myself that i would come back to try a smoothie since the acai was just alright. All the ingredients in it are things that I like so I was pretty sure it would be good, but it wasn't. It had a good consistency but it just tasted creamy and I couldn't taste anything else, not sure how else to describe it. It was like I was drinking a plain yogurt smoothie and thinking about what a strawberry tasted like, it was just a super faint flavor. I couldn't taste the banana or mango and I would only get coconut flavor when I wouldn't bite into a coconut flake. I wouldn't get this again, bc it felt like I wasted 10 bucks. Definitely could get a better smoothie elsewhere for the same price/less. Would i go again? Maybe, if my friends or family wanted to try it out. But I probably won't go again for a while. Maybe it's just the things I ordered but as of rn I'm kind of annoyed about spending 10 bucks on a smoothie that tasted like it had one strawberry in it and nothing else. read more

Swirl'd Açaí just had its soft opening. If you're familiar with the area, they took over the spot that was previously Boba Break. They offer soft serve açaí which is something I haven't seen at our other açaí shops. The interior is really cute with the pink and green decor and customer service is amazing. The owner actually moved to Rancho Cucamonga from out of state. You can top your soft serve açaí with fruit, nuts, granola or go a more dessert route with options like Dubai chocolate, cookies & cream, cheesecake or biscoff. They also have smoothies and toast. I ordered a regular sized bowl and received such a small, abysmal amount of açaí. As I dug into my bowl hoping the açaí was hiding under all the toppings, I was once again disappointed because there lied a big gaping hole in the middle of my bowl. It's legit crazy that they charge $13-15 for bowls but hardly fill it up. The açaí itself was not that great either and was too tart for my liking. I didn't even know acai could be made into soft serve! I stopped by to see if it's better than having it scooped and I did enjoy it much more. The place is small with like 5 tables inside and a couple outside with umbrellas. I love the aesthetic inside. It's pink and mint through the store, very pretty. The owner is super friendly and assisted me in choosing the acai bowls we wanted to try. We had the Dubai Chocolate bowl because we love Dubai anything :) Also, had the Azura bowl, but without the coconut flakes. I had her add mango and almonds as well. Love that you can customize any of the bowls. We also had the Trail Mix bowl, but without the raisins. They were all so yummy! My favorite was probably the Azura bowl because I love all the fruit in it. My husband loved the Dubai bowl since he loves chocolate. He did say he would of preferred layers of the kataifi (comes mixed with the pistachio cream) in the bowl instead of just on the top. But he loved the taste of the acai with the Nutella and kataifi pistachio cream. We also had the Fuel Me Up smoothie and a Tropical Glow refresher. I loved the mango flavor in the refresher, so refreshing. They also sell loaded toasts, so I decided to share the Almond Berry toast with my husband and it was delicious. They also sell pastries on the weekend from a bakery in LA. I got an almond croissant to take home and it was yummy. I have to come back soon and try their biscoff acai bowl with my daughter since she loves cookie butter. If you're looking for a delicious acai spot, this is it. Fantastic soft serve acai. 'Regular' size portions were very genrous, and the ingredients are very quality. The fruit on the Very Berry bowl were all sweet and ripe.
