Mmmmm...Butter! I have to give a shoutout to my friend Leonard who recently tried this place, and made it look so good, I had to try it out myself! Another great find! It's tradition for my daughters and I to go out to breakfast on Mother's Day prior to going to church. We got here about 5 minutes after they opened and there was already a line inside! Very popular place! The line moved quickly and we placed our order at the register. They call your name when your order is ready and my daughters were kind enough to go pickup everything. There's tables inside and outside and we chose the large corner booth inside. It's very clean and roomy inside with minimal decor. The owner brought over cookies for the moms, and brought out cups of iced water for those who needed them. Great hospitality and service! I was tempted to get the Ube pancakes, but I had been eyeing the lilikoi French toast all week, so I went with that and a cappuccino. Also got a side of bacon and eggs. My oldest got the buttermilk pancakes and my youngest got the chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes and an iced matcha + honey with strawberry cold foam. Everything was wonderful! They make their own bread for their French toast and the passion fruit curd from scratch! Wow! So good! The strawberries were also super fresh. The bacon was cooked perfectly--nice and crispy! This is our first time visiting the butter cafe & bakery. We had the macadamia pancakes & chilaquiles, and iced coffee. The pancakes were so buttery soft and the chilaquiles were just right not too spicy or watery. I started with a London Fog which is a black tea with steamed milk and vanilla syrup if you didn't know. It was perfect and so far so good. My second drink was The Bulletproof and this cup of tasty came with an espresso shot with agave and MCT oil along with steamed half and half. Wow this was really delicious and good for me too! Love this spot! Tucked away by the golf course enough tables and booths we stopped in on a Friday with my sister and nieces. Butter Cafe & Bakery became a favorite spot to go to! I've gone here several times already and each experience has always been great! The food here is delicious! We've tried several menu items and they all tasted good! For sure my favorites are the Loco Moco, Kalua Pork Hash, Breakfast Burrito, Lilikoi French Toast, Pandan French Toast, and Macadamia Nut Pancakes! You can say I like the whole menu lol. We ordered the Kalua Pork Hash and Butter Loco Moco to go, both of which are advertised to come with garlic rice. It was definitely just plain white rice. The Kalua was supposed to come with fried egg, but we got scrambled eggs. A completely different dish than advertised. The Loco Moco beef patty was also way too salty to the point it was inedible. This female barista was making coffee, which we understood, but no acknowledgment what so ever and just taking her time wiping the counter after making her coffee, still no acknowledgment, no eye contacts, no hello NOTHING!!!! I am an Ube lover so when I saw that Butter had Ube on the menu, I got excited. We ordered Ube pancakes, side of bacon and the a turkey Pesto sandwich. We also got a variety of fresh bakery items (cinnamon roll, Ube cheesecake, gluten free brownie and gluten free lemon cake) The food took longer than you'd expect to come out. We weren't in a rush, so it wasn't a bother, but you should plan accordingly. The Ube pancakes immediately disappointed me. They don't use Ube in the batter, they are just regular pancakes but they have a rich, Ube sauce over them with toasted coconut and sliced strawberries on top. After eating them, I'd say they were good, but just know what you are ordering when ordering Ube pancakes. The side of bacon was yum! Perfectly cooked, higher quality bacon that had good flavor without too much salt. Hubby ordered the sandwich. When he placed the order, he asked for mustard unfortunately they only had Dijon (another disappointment). The sandwich had fries that were crispy and flavorful and nice and hot. The sandwich was ok...he says to tell you it could have been awesome if not for the missing mustard. I have yet to jump into the pastries, but my small nibble of the cheesecake makes me hopeful. OH also, they have tropical tea and something you might think is weird to call out, but a self service water station where the water tastes good...if it's from the tap, they have a really good filter. read more

First things first. The food is over all good and so is the service. No one is waiting tables but you order at the counter, they call your name, you grab your food. Staff is friendly and Filipino owned. Which I'm always happy to see Filipino establishments that serve some Filipino food in my area bc there aren't many. I enjoy the adobo fried rice very much. Their pancakes are huge to me and big enough to share. My husband loves their breakfast burritos. Oh! And I also whole heartedly enjoy their pecan squares, they're delicious!! I don't leave w/out taking one to go. My only issue is that the garlic fried rice is not garlicky at all I wanna love the longsilog bc it is good but to serve it with garlic fried rice is disappointing bc I just feel like I'm eating regular rice. So if they could make the garlic fried rice garlicky and have garlic chips in there I will be forever grateful. Lol Parking is easy, plenty of parking spaces. Ambiance is just like any other regular cafe. Nothing much going on there and no complaints about seating at all. I do wish they didn't service it on paper plates and have regular glass plates instead for people dining in. While traveling decided to try someplace new for breakfast. The name and description of their food sounded great. We ordered a three egg omelette with green peppers, tomatoes, and ham. It came with potatoes and sourdough toast. Now I measure food not only by taste but freshness and this was spot on. You can tell it is freshly cooked and the taste needs no salt or pepper added. Food is always good here. That is why we keep going. Workers are always nice and helpful. The reason for the 2 stars is for my take out experience. Every time we order take out, there is always something missing. We check to make sure we get what we ordered but I've never memorized the menu. So when my sister orders the kalua pork hash which is awesome and is supposed to come with gravy, I expect the order to be complete even after I made sure we had the hash and everything else we ordered. I trust they put everything in the order that is supposed to be there. When I got home and we all sat down to eat there was no gravy with the hash. That one thing missing kind of ruins the whole breakfast experience especially that specific meal. Like I said, the food and people are awesome, just don't order take out. The Ube pancakes were light and airy, definitely not bag pancake mix! The Ube sauce was just sweet enough. The Kalua Pork hash on top of garlic rice, gravy and scrambled eggs... MMMMMM GOOD!! I've tried both the longsilog and the adobo fried rice; the garlic rice makes both of these dishes. I could eat the garlic rice all day! I'm looking forward to trying the kalua hash and loco moco. My friend had the sausage breakfast sandwich with tater tots and loved it. The pastries are a little dense but taste is good. They have a good variety of pastries for every one. I get the cheececake every time because I love cheesecake. The coffee drinks are smooth and strong. What I really like is the tropical iced tea. I think it is a black tea and it isn't sweet, which I like. The workers here are so nice and really helpful in explaining dishes and desserts.
