Very cute place, we came for lunch. It was a beautiful day with perfect weather. Our service was good. We want to come back for breakfast. Very good food and ambiance.
Great, cozy spot that's packed for a reason. Prices are very affordable. The setting and food feel more like a family setting than restaurant, which is nice! The food wasn't phenomenal but it was good and I left feeling full and happy. Met for a friend's birthday and ordered mimosas. The server recommended we get a flight instead since it's a better value. Was under $20 for four full-sized mimosas in a variety of flavors. You can't beat that! Wish I'd taken more pics but was busy yappin'!
This spot has a unique charm, appearing to be an old house that has been converted to a restaurant. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the servers were friendly and attentive. The food is priced reasonably. One thing I didn't love was being seated next to dogs without being asked first. I understand it's a dog friendly establishment, but I personally prefer not to sit near dogs while eating, even my own. A quick check in before seating guest in that area would be appreciated. As for food, it was decent but not particularly memorable. It was good enough. Overall, a pleasant atmosphere and kind service.

The staff were friendly but busy so not as available. This might have been because of Mother's Day. For food I ordered the biscuits with gravy and a patty sausage on the side. I unfortunately did not like the biscuits they were too dry so I recommend you skip. However I did really like the french toast! My group all liked there food.

We had a hearty, home cooked breakfast in this quaint historic building in cute downtown Upland - food was decent overall, staff very welcoming and attentive, and we loved the cozy, dog-friendly vibes in the craftsman-style house. And we didn't even have to wait for a table during prime brunch hours on a Saturday! I think we just got lucky though lol. For my breakfast, the Billye's Texas Benedict caught my eye since the menu states it's served with a "Texas cheese sauce". Seeing as I am a Texas native myself and always on the lookout for a decent queso, how could I resist? It was pretty good overall - the eggs were perfectly poached with a rich, runny orange yolk and the ham and muffin were delectable. But the cheese sauce was, unfortunately, not it - it was pretty bland and resembled nacho cheese sauce that comes out of a can so I probably wouldn't get this again. Hubby got the build-your-own omelet and enjoyed his choice. For his side he wisely went with the biscuits and gravy which were quite nice. The biscuits have a lovely texture and the flavors are decent, only requiring a little bit of salt. Both dishes also came with a side of their home fried potatoes which were excellent. We also couldn't resist trying one of their giant cinnamon rolls after hearing people outside raving about them. It was pretty massive - we had to take half of it home lol. It was over-the-top sweet (sweetest I've ever had), the cinnamon mixture was very thick and pasty with a gritty texture and very mild cinnamon flavor, and the icing had no flavor to it at all. I can't say I really enjoyed it and doubt I'd get this again either. For drinks, hubby opted for the OJ which tasted very fresh. Their menu states to "ask about flavored weekend drink options" so I asked, thinking they would have various special latte flavors but they don't - this is referring to their various mimosa flavors (they also have mimosa flights). So I went with the cappuccino - and watched as our server filled a glass with regular coffee, a powder mix of some sort (???), and topped it with a heap of whip cream. It tasted nice but definitely not an actual cappuccino - Still not sure how I feel about it lol. The real draw for Molly's is its quaint, historical charm - the house is decorated with cute vintage signs and bric-a-brac, there are unique seating areas around each corner that feel very intimate (both inside and out), and they pride themselves on their high level of dog-friendliness. It really felt like eating at a favorite Auntie's house! It's located in the core of downtown Upland which is very walkable and a great place to meander and explore. Plenty of free street parking or in one of the local public lots. And there was a farmers market going on nearby during our Saturday visit - so it's great for a leisurely weekend morning out.
I got the eggs Benedict idk. Pretty good tbh and the vibe/view was cool. It was humid outside but it didn't feel too bad. Pretty pricey in the but it is what it is. Coffee was good to. Service was pretty quick and straight forward, it wasn't too busy when we went, so maybe because of that.

It used to feel even more homey when seating was mainly inside the house and the patio was much smaller, but it's definitely grown and changed a lot over the years. It's still a great family friendly place with comforting diner vibes that we like coming back to. I'll always have a soft spot for diners, and Molly's Souper is one of those. My go to is always the eggs Benedict with home fries, you really can't go wrong with it! Another bonus is that they're dog friendly, so you can even bring your pup along. Overall, still a solid spot for a cozy breakfast or brunch with family and friends.
I haven't been to this restaurant in about 30 years. I used to live nearby and come all the time. It's not the same unfortunately. We took my son here for his birthday for breakfast. One thing I really love is you can get half of orders. My son had aches over easy toast, biscuit and gravy, bacon and he ate it all. My husband had ham and cheese omelette, English muffin and it came with potatoes. I ordered a bowl of fruit. It was OK. I also had coffee and it was just OK. I had a half order. It was potatoes with eggs and cheese. The waitress and I don't know her name didn't come around very often, but the guys that poured the water did. It's in an old house which I think is very neat because each room is unique. Very crowded and somewhat noisy.
If you're in the mood for homecooked breakfast without having to make it, go to Molly's. Our food was plentiful and delightful. I am a big fan of eggs benedict, but sometimes the restaurant doesn't quite hit the mark. Not at Molly's. I asked for extra sauce because it was so good. I will say the cinnamon roll was the star and a favorite of our table. I had the pool chops and I would definitely order again. Other things ordered pancakes and French toast. I can't wait to come back and try something else on the menu.
I would say that this is on the list of the more famous diners along former Route 66. Located east of Los Angeles in Upland, this little country diner is in a house that was refurbished to be a restaurant. It really has a great look to it when you arrive and even though there was a line of people we were able to be seated right away for a party of two at a 10:30 AM Saturday brunch. Inside is quite large and there are many different rooms where you can be seated. They don't have booth seating, it is tables only. Our server was polite however it took quite some time for her to come over to get our drink orders after we sat down. There is not an attached parking lot, but street parking is really easy to find and the business parking lot across the street is available on weekends so parking is very easy. I started off the meal with a Cinnamon Roll and would highly recommend ordering it. It was honestly really good and better than the version that I had at another place close by a week prior. It was really gooey and had a lot of icing on the top and had just great flavors. For my breakfast, I chose the Billye's Texas Benedict and thought it was nice however, I thought the ham really lacked any flavor and wish it would've been more salted or I would prefer to switch the protein. The hollandaise was also a little bit different than I am used to, almost had a bit of a bitter taste to it, and the green onions I felt took a little bit away from the total flavor so overall, I did not dislike it, but it was not one of my favorite versions of a Benedict. Overall, I would recommend if you are in the area and are searching for a quick and casual diner for breakfast or lunch.

YES, choose to eat at this establishment. Met an old friend here and had the best experience. People were attentive and asked several times if we needed anything. Started breakfast off with their cinnamon roll. It was warm and toasty and fresh from the oven good. Then it was the chili omelet with country potatoes and biscuits and gravy. Everything, I mean everything was delish. We sat outside and they had heat lamps to keep us warm. Of course I'm coming back. read more

First off be sure to stop at the podium when arriving and place your name on the clipboard! Breakfast... the question is, do you prefer homestyle, bougie, or somewhere in between? Now on with my review. This place has been here for a long time and I may have stopped in before COVID. The food doesn't WOW me but for a comfort food breakfast location, you can't go wrong if selecting Molly's. Servings are plentiful here, coffee was tasty and my biscuits were dry for the Biscuits and Gravy but the gravy itself was delicious. We had to ask for butter for our pancakes and more napkins. Other than that it was a pleasant experience for myself and the 2 grandkids. Clean restrooms too. Respectfully Reviewed. read more
Such a charming place for breakfast. Great tasting pancakes and French toast. Cinnamon buns are a must. I had the Texas egg Benedict. Parking is easy and service is quick and efficient. They have heaters and dogs are welcome. Ambiance is very relaxed and welcoming. They had an "oferenda" for The day of the dead celebration. read more

Ever since I moved into the area, I wanted to try this place, it gives you a homestyle feel the house is very old, which makes it very unique. The food was good. Nothing over the top. I would advise to look for their special I end up getting the French toast with banana and strawberries, and it was surprisingly good. Let's start off with this place being in the middle of a neighborhood and it's an old house turned into a restaurant... love love loved it .... We went for breakfast and it was delicious ... the pancakes were very fluffy and a plate of 2 pancakes were enough for 3 of us ... The food was good, the service was very busy but okay. We sat on the patio and had to wait for everyone to be there to get sat. The food was very basic nothing special. Felt like a diner but a mom and pop place it was very packed so it's liked by a lot of people. When it came to paying you have to take you're bill to the register with about 10 other people and your asked to move out of the way because it's very inconveniently placed where people have to walk. It's in a dumb location for such a busy place. Anyways food was good just basic not sure what the hype is for this place. read more

This cozy Café in downtown Upland is a true gem. Weekdays are definitely the best time to come if you want to skip the weekend wait. Service was - the waitress and busboys didn't miss a beat. Water? Already there . Coffee? Refilled before I even had time to ask . Ketchup? On the table in seconds. Fast and super attentive. Now about the coffee... wow. I drink mine black no creamer and you can really tell how fresh and smooth the beans are. Hands-down one of the highlights here. Tried something new today and went with the bacon skillet . A little heavier on the veggies than I usually like. Then again I need all the veggies I can get. It was still really good and felt like a solid, hearty breakfast. Added biscuits and gravy with country potatoes on the side and those were okay, One thing I love is the vibe here. It's been around forever, loved by locals, and it's dog friendly so you'll see plenty of pups hanging out on the patio. 2/10/25 Folks, we a have a WINNER !!! Molly's Souper, come on down!! You're the next contestant on the Prize is Right! Hahaha couldn't help myself, after dining here, both Hubby & I were so ecstatic because we fond our NEW spot for breakfast/brunch! Hubby said he will come here by himself when I'm not cookin' I'm a sucker for hometown vibes & this humble restaurant has it all, checks all my boxes even with Hubby in mind coz we found a corner that is quiet enough for him to enjoy his meal--hard to find nowadays. As soon as I walked up, Meré greeted me warmly with a genuine smile, like a warm snugly sweater in the winter. He's hospitable. When I requested for a seat where it's "more quiet", he escorted me to the porch, best seat in the house! Nostalgia all around. Juanita was our wonderful server, also so efficient & amicable. We ordered: Hubby's chorizo (w/eggs) plate with home style potatoes & refried beans, my bacon skillet. I wish it was an actual skillet but glad the potatoes arrived crispy (the way I prefer them). The food arrived shortly. My eyes widened in surprise & amusement as soon as I bit into the bacon, oh yum, I'm in heaven, then the biscuits n gravy (perfect seasoning, not too salty). Hubby polished off his entire plate!!!!! Savory goodness in every bite. Portions are ample, prize-wise? My combo was $12.99, are you kidding? Fast food at Carl's Jr Or McDonald's costs more! Quick! Pinch me, am I dreaming? There's plenty of non metered parking & if I'm not mistaken, there might be a designated public parking lot by the city nearby. Great experience, will surely return when the mood strikes or when I don't feel like breaking out my kitchen wares or washing dishes. read more

Coming here whenever I need a good breakfast, it never disappoints. Classic brunch entrees, my favorite is their house potatoes and biscuit and gravy. Never an issue with the food, no matter what I order. Service is always fast, even if it's a busy morning. Staff is always checking in and topping off coffee. Always the nicest group of people. A lot of seating inside and out. Outside is the best for a breezy day. Keep up the great work. read more

Not-so-hidden gem! If you are within 20 miles of this place, you know about it. I'm a stranger in a strange land in Upland so this was new for me. They did not disappoint me. I was torn between breakfast items, so I did what every good Elite Squad member should do...asked the server! He narrowed me into pork chops, corned beef hash, or sausage. I chose the sausage, and Wowser. When you are ready for the typical 3" sausage discs and you get a 'smash burger' style, monster patty, you take notice. Obviously this was hand formed in the kitchen from sausage meat, and grilled to perfection. The eggs were light and fluffy and tasty. The potatoes come with onions, I chose to leave them out today. I also chose a biscuit with gravy. The biscuit was yummy and the gravy was savory. All in all, the meal was awesome. Now let's talk the dining experience. Very busy place with plenty of seating. We sat outside on the patio. They have plenty of heaters out here, and it is dog friendly. Lots of parking street side or at nearby lots. Read the front of the menu for the history of this home/turned restaurant. There is a very rich history in this area that once was home to many citrus groves. Don't miss this place for breakfast, and I can hardly wait to come back for lunch. read more
I was introduced to Molly's Souper by a friend and was shocked to find out I had never known about it until very recently since I do make visits to Upland to see relatives. It has since become of my favorite breakfast places to go to...it's the type of place that that takes full advantage of the its location - a converted home - to add to the homely vibe of its old fashioned American brunch food. And while the food is old fashioned, it is anything but meager. Expect heaps of savory gravy on your biscuits and expect to express regret when you realize the size of the must-try apple pancakes were larger than your stomach left room for. I'm particularly a fan of their Eggs Benedict with hash browns...normally my biggest complaint with Eggs Benedict is they feel like they don't fill you up, except at Molly's Souper. In this age of inflated prices, the amount of and quality of the food you get for the price you pay is incredible. Molly's Souper definitely feels like a peak breakfast food experience. In addition to the establishment being pet friendly, the staff here is always also very nice - the types of people who make you feel like they've known you for a while. read more

No. Only by the glass and whole bottles with juice sides.

I think 6. I have not seen more than that.

Yes just call it in they are pretty quick.
