Alebrijes makes the best conchas I have ever had. I am also a huge fan of their hot food. I have to get the Quesabirria plate every time I stop in. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful every time. I also love the color and ambiance of the place. Right when you walk in there's a huge splash of color and it feels like you are being welcomed in to someone's home. This is definitely one of our local hidden gems.

Los Alebrijes Bakery has delicious food and yummy Mexican sweet bread... I always come and eat there, my go to meal is the birria tacos... Today, I tried their Platillo de Mole and it was authentically tasty... Every time I come to eat, I always leave with my bag of bread.

Pan dulce/ food is so bomb here I had to also get my sisters gender reveal cake at Alebrijes! I always get so nervous ordering a cake but it was easy! So glad they were still open after I had gotten off work during the week! They have different cake options and design options and I of course wanted a heart shaped cake! I sent over my Inspo pictures and they took down the notes and the. Sunday afternoon I picked up the cake for our little family get together. Thank you Alebrijes for making this special moment even more special with this artwork! Oh and of course the cake was bomb! Not to overly sweet with the whipped frosting!

Just finished dinner at another local spot (Elvira's) and figured let's try this spot out since we absolutely love the other 2 Alibrijes spots.... THIS PLACE IS SUPER CUTE AND ROOMY. FOOD: pan dulce- delish Champurrado- slap you, make you cry, delicious!!! AMBIANCE: SUPER Mexican bakery vibe. SERVICE: ALONDRA WAS FABULOUS. Knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be returning if we're in the neighborhood. MOISES WE'RE PROUD OF YOU!!!!

I'm so glad this bakery opened near my house. I've been here multiple times now for their pan dulce and food. The inside is so inviting and makes you feel like you are walking into a home. They have a seating area with a mini kitchen where the hot coffee is self serve, and tables if you want to dine there. I've ordered their asada and ham tortas and both are delicious, the bread tastes very fresh.

***updated review to add fifth star. Consistently on point with food quality, selection, and service.

They made a bonus batch of puerquitos

I was invited to a concha making class. What a wonderful experience! The professionals at Alebrijes Bakery are so talented and energized to bring people together to learn and appreciate the art of baking. Much success to them to reach their goal of opening a location just for classes.

I really need to go in and take some better photos... but this place is amazing. Our go-to for pan dulce and also a great local baker for custom cakes!! We have loved everything we've tried here. Service is always wonderful, and the order-ahead items we've done for parties or school events have always been perfect. Don't sleep on this local gem!

Stopped by while in the area because it was a place my partner had been wanting to try. We grabbed a bunch of different pan to try. We grabbed a few different conchas and a jalapeño and cheese bread. There is ample seating and drinks inside for those who can't wait to try everything. The conchas were delicious. Would definitely come back again when in the area.

The cake came out exactly how I asked, and it was absolutely delicious! I went with a marbled cake and, based on Cynthia's suggestion, chose the whipped mixed berry filling it was such a great choice. It was a huge hit, and everyone loved it. I'll definitely be ordering all my custom cakes from here from now on. Also, the champurrado is a must try! Highly recommend!

I stopped by to get Pan Dulce for a work meeting and I was blown away by the great selection they had on Pan Dulce. I asked for help with the most popular options and the staff was super friendly and provided great suggestions. They also have a kitchen that serves tacos, burritos, tortas, and more. They just opened in August 2025.

Where do I start so glad I found this gem in the Inland Empire. This bakery isn't only a bakery they also sell authentic Mexican food. The moment you walk in you enter to a really nice bakery with vibrant colors and Mexican decro. They have plenty of seating for you to enjoy their delicious food and bake goods. I ordered 2 tacos and they were not your small tortillas size tacos they were a full size tortilla loaded with meat. My favorite was the pastor tacos and asada tacos. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer an extended options of Mexican bread and other desserts! My new favorite bakery!

Welcome back for another episode of Delicious with Zach!…read moreToday we tried a Carlotta, Pineapple Drop, Palmiers, Turkey & Cheese Croissant and Monkey Bread Carlotta - 10/10 Absolutely delicious. The texture, the bright lemon flavor, not overly sweet, and full of fresh flavor. Everything was perfectly balanced and on point. Pineapple Drop - 8.75/10 I was expecting the cookie to be a bit drier, but that was just my initial assumption. The pineapple flavor came through nicely and wasn't overly sticky or "tacky." Palmiers - 10/10 Baked to perfection. Flaky, soft, with the perfect amount of crunch. The flavor was beautifully balanced and those sugar crystals were delicious. Felt like I was sitting in a South American bakery. Turkey & Cheese Croissant - 7.92/10 The croissant itself was perfect, the turkey was good, and the cheese was just okay. In fairness, we only ordered this because they were out of the ham & cheese croissants (which we love). If I had never tried the ham & cheese version, this one would probably land in the high 8s or low 9s. Unfortunately, the turkey & cheese just didn't stand a chance against the original. Monkey Bread 10/10 Holy cow! The monkey bread can be described as addictive... the monkey bread is baked with pecans on the bottom, cherries mixed in, cinnamon and a soft dough drizzled with frosting. The monkey bread was so fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The pecans and cherries were perfectly balanced in the monkey bread creating a delicious snack. One last note: We went back up to order more palmiers and the wonderful lady working the counter (Maria) gave us a complimentary one and a monkey bread. Super kind and thoughtful; she actually helped guide us to the carlota as I was wanting a lemon bar or tart and they were out of them. She suggested the carlota and described the taste and she was perfect in Her recommendations. Maria deserves employee of the month!

Their pastries are very good. The coffee shop is very nice, you can work from here or have a date with friends, I love the it

We parked and attempted to check in, but there was absolutely no signal. Luckily, the bakery had free WiFi for us. The first thing I saw upon walking in was their warm meat pastries! They ranged from chicken adobo, corn beef, chicken pesto, and more. I already knew what I wanted from looking at just that. We were able to try their banana pudding matcha, banana pudding iced coffee, and their mango slushy (I forgot the name). I also ordered some crinkle cookies: ube, pandan, chocolate, strawberry, mocha, and mango. I couldn't help but also ordered two cornbeef bombs and a chicken pesto pastry. The cornbeef bombs were DA BOMB! I'd highly recommend ordering those. Without this event, I wouldn't have known these existed! It was exactly what was envisioned minus rice. Their crinkly cut cookies were very fresh. The ladies working there kept baking and taking out fresh cookies in batches. Our drinks were also strong in matcha and coffee flavors. I'm not a matcha expert, but it was definitely strong. I would be honest and say the drinks were not to my liking. I would only visit again for their pastries and desserts. The ladies there were super friendly and kind. They were quick with our orders, patient, and helpful with a smile. I can't wait to come back again to support them and get delicious desserts!

We were all full and had a bit left over. Having been to London a few times I was really impressed by how traditional the tea felt. The scones, the egg and mayo sandwich, and the Viennese whirls in particular. My favorite though was the coronation chicken salad. Yummy. If you are wondering whether to book here, do. I kept trying f to reach them and did receive a call. They said the order was scheduled for the next day according to them. No. I sent the email to them proving the orders has indeed been processed for today. I was asked if I would return tomorrow for the order. I am not able to drive back again from out of town. I asked for a refund. I was then told their marine couldn't process it and that they would have to call me back. I am supposed to get a call back in about 45 minutes. I remain hopeful that I will at least get my money back. Based on my person experience, I do not recommend this business. Just wanted to warn anyone else considering an order so that this does not happen to another person. Hopefully. They will fix their systems in multiple levels so this does not happen to anyone else. I would also not engage them as a caterer, based upon this experience. I sure hope I get my money refunded. I remain hopeful but very disappointed.

Unforgettable Filipino kakanin -- worth the wait!…read more We recently placed a pre-order from Anna's Kitchen in Rancho Cucamonga, and I just have to say -- WOW. Every bite was worth it. The cassava with macapuno was the true standout. It's the kind of kakanin that stays with you -- the flavor lingers long after you've finished your slice. It has thick layers of macapuno, and the topping reminded me of yema -- sweet, creamy, and just addictive. It's easily one of the best cassava cakes I've ever had. Her leche flan was just as impressive. So smooth, silky, and melt-in-your-mouth good. As someone who also cooks, I can tell this was made with so much care -- probably strained multiple times to get that perfect texture. It's the kind of leche flan that doesn't even need a special occasion to enjoy -- it is the occasion. Anna's Kitchen is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic, thoughtfully made Filipino desserts. Just be prepared to pre-order -- they're made fresh, and absolutely worth the wait.
