It was around 5:30 when we walked in. It was hotter inside the bakery than it was outside. Mind you It was around 94° outside, so the inside was terribly hot and humid. It was ridiculous. The 2 women employees there were visibly hot and sweaty. We went in for 2 sweet breads that we paid $4 a piece for. We paid $8 for bread that was clearly not made today. Both were hard AF and dry. We live in Fontana and when in the area we go in to get our favorite bread that we only find there. We are very disappointed. We've never bought anything old or hard there. Stopped by for lunch because my crew kept telling me about it. I'm mad I waited so long to try it because this place is bomb!!! I ordered a Lomo De Puerco Torta, and it was juicy and delicious, and the salsa gave it the extra kick I spoke with the owner and she said they had been there for 40 plus years. I was craving eggs with sausage decided to go here the girl that help me was not friend at all and was more concerned about being on her phone then helping the costumers. I order a plate it had two side orders of beans and very dry eggs with sausage it was probably had been sitting there for a while. Was looking for last minute Rosca and I happen to come across this Juarez Bakery and they did have some but they were way to small for the price they were selling them for. They did have small medium and large but way too expensive. Another thing is that this spot really went over board on the price for the bread and sad to say that the bread isn't that good, I've had better for lower price for the Rosca and the bread. We also got: - a concha - the little piggy shaped bread - champurrado - coffee - a torta - a chicken tamal The champurrado was good because it wasn't chunky like others I've had in the past. We put rice, beans, and chorizo con papas in our torta. The chorizo was oversalted, but aside from that, the rest of the torta was great. The chicken tamal was okay, it wasn't too oily or salty and the tamal was fairly large in my opinion. The sweet bread was okay, i don't remember it tasting like anything out of this world. The employee that helped us out was very polite and sweet. I really enjoyed the experience we had when we were there. We recently moved to Ontario a few years ago from La Puente and it's so hard to find good bakeries that remind you of the ones you have growing up. I looked up close bakeries around my location and tried a few, including superior and El Super.. After trying Juarez bakery I absolutely loved the flavor and freshness of the bread. I get picky with the cookie styles because some bakeries harden too quick. The cookies here are soft and delicious. I also like the fact that they serve warm breakfast as well. I found out about this place because allegedly they had some Colombian breads and since there are no Colombian bakeries at all we drove for 40 minutes to get there. We wanted to have lunch first so we ordered 3 tortas, and 3 drinks. The lady forgot my drink but overall it was about $80 dollars. After we sat down we realized how expensive it was and when we asked they said one of the tortas was about $20. And they are just malicious because they don't list their prices anywhere!!! The tortas were okay, they were actually big but they should warn people about pricing and sizes. The meat of the tortas was dry and flavor less but they okay. After that we went to get bread and some pastries and again no prices anywhere so when we went to pay it was $70 dollars!!! Just one of the cajeta/arequipe breads was $6.50!!!!! When we got home I was beyond disappointed and upset. The bread was most likely made on Friday (we got it on Sunday) it was extremely hard and it didn't have enough cajerta. it was just a bland piece of bread. The only one that was good was the guava, although the taste wasn't the best. The "peras" were just sad, they only had a bit of cajeta and the bread was hard and tasteless. We had to toss most of it because it was hard as a rock. I sent a message via Instagram since they are so active in social media and no response whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money coming here. Service is okay but the quality of the products is awful and everything is extremely expensive. I got a sandwich today to go. As you can see in the pictures the bread is super soggy, the lettuce is old, the meat is clearly dry and old and the tomatoes taste very acid. Decided to try this bakery after I kept seeing it on tik Tok. And I so wanted to give them a five-star rating. This is the second time I visited because the first time the bread was so good and the customer service was horrible but I decided to give it another shot because we all have bad days. I have to admit the taste and texture of the bread is very good you could tell they use quality ingredients when baking them. My only complaints would be that it does seem overpriced especially for the area that it's in. Like for example I bought a Salvadorian quesadilla bread and it was $5.50 it wasn't super big so I did feel like I was being robbed however the taste made up for it because it was very delicious most of the bread is $1.50 or $3.50 now I wouldn't mind these prices on a regular basis if the customer service was a little better. The first time I went there was a younger lady and an older lady and I asked what kind of feeling there bolillos had. To which the younger female as the older lady what kind did you bake them this time and she said I don't know I forgot. The second time that I went the same little old lady was there alone working the cash register and she was very rude and made me feel like I was bothering her when I asked her for the names of a couple of the breads. What really bothered me was that she kept saying I don't know it's whatever we have out there in Spanish. Which to me was not a good answer because if you really don't want people asking you questions then maybe you should label all of your breads as opposed to just a few I'm not going to lie there was about eight or nine that did have names on the glass in front of them and that was very helpful. Normally I would love supporting this bakery consistently but when their customer service is rude it's very off-putting and does not make you want to come back maybe somebody should work on this I decided to take a video to show the variety of baked goods they have I might go back because honestly the bread is really good but if I do go I'm definitely not asking anymore questions because it's only going to piss me off if they are ride to me again lol I can assure you that if you fix this issue I will be there getting bread every night. read more

Panadería Juárez is truly a hidden gem. The owner and operator is a sweet little old lady (she speaks mainly Spanish, so brush up, scrubs!) who puts her heart and soul into everything she makes. We love her bolillos (it's similar to French bread). She had a variety of healthy items to choose from and even sells Orgains protein powder. A specialty drink she makes is a vampiro, a drink made from oranges, carrots, beets and celery. I'm very particular about my vampiros and this is the best one I've ever had. The owner even has a sign that lists ingredients and their health benefits, both in English and Spanish. Apparently, people come from miles around to get her bread. Even all the way from Perris, CA!
