We wanted to try a new donut place and tried Pam's on a Sunday morning around 10:30am. First of all, there was little selection of donuts, the owner seemed preoccupied with people buying lottery tickets or playing scratchers. We got donuts holes, a glazed twist and a chocolate donut and 2 milks that came out to $13.50 which isn't too bad but quality wasn't there. After we payed and were walking out one of the owners came in with a tray of donuts from the trunk of his car, unwrapped and uncovered. My concern is that they aren't fresh or made in house and also the standard of prep they are made with is in question. The shop wasn't the cleanest so who knows where these donuts came from . Needless to say we threw away our donuts and went to another shop. If we knew this prior to buying we wouldn't have even come and don't recommend to others. read more

I visited Pam's Donuts last Thursday around 3:30 pm and I had a wonderful experience!! The donuts were still very fresh and the owner was extremely kind and thoughtful I had donut holes, a devil's food donut and a twist donut all of which were excellent! The ham and cheese croissant is not good. The ham tastes a little old . Will not buy ham and cheese here again

08/29/25- literally less than 15 min ago. I always come here for the ham and cheese, today my hubby went in and they told him it was going to be a couple min for mine and I wasn't sure what he was talking about, I thought they were going to finish baking more? BUT, I got what felt like a day or two day old bread with A slice of room temp cheese and ham cut through the middle and halved? Can't even bite a piece off without chomping and pulling aggressively. I'm utterly disappointed. Don't worry, I will no longer be a frequent customer if this is the new managements "quality". read more

Horrible service over all I went their today owner was incredibly rude I ordered a ice cream which I revived less than half a scoop for $3.50 then I asked for a smoothie added with bubble that they were promoting and they owner had flat out told me no without any explanation of why I couldn't get it until I asked again several times for them to just say they don't sell it why promote if you don't have the item overall bad we've rice never going back again. read more

I went there today and the owner was very rude. I told her what I wanted. She picked one up that I did not point at. So I told her again while pointing at it, like most people do at a doughnut shop. She got upset saying "You said you wanted this one!" I asked her "Ma'am, are you ok? Because you seem frustrated." She said "I'm ok, you kept saying old fashion. It's called a Dutchie!!!" It wasn't like it was crowded. I was the only customer in there. So her impatient and rude behavior was tacky and unnecessary. Never going back there again. My family and I love the donuts here. The donuts here are always fresh and good, and conveniently located next to the .99cent store. We have tried many different donut shops closer to our home, however Pam's Donuts is still our #1 choice. Try their Tiger Tail donut, my son & I fight over this one! So good! read more

Their donuts are ok and I believe the coffee prices are a bit high for the quality. They charge 3.25 for a medium cappuccino when you can go to the gas station in the same parking lot pay less than $2.00 and the quality is BETTER than Starbucks read more

I've never been to this location for the donuts but figured I'd walk in today (July 8, 2016) for a lotto ticket. My 3 children and I went to the 99 cents store (2 buildings down) prior and rather then hauling everything to the car then walking back we just held what we had in hand and walked into this facility. After waiting for about 4 minutes, a woman emerges from the "back" with a walk that I'd compare to molasses. I requested my lotto ticket and she immediately seemed bothered by my request. No joke this woman's attitude was front and center- RUDE! Doesnt she know customer service is everything!? I will never come back to this establishment thanks to this woman and I will be sure to pass on my experience to my family and friends who reside in the area. read more

I'm sort of not a big fan of doughnuts, however this place has my cravings up! I frequent "Pam's Doughnuts" daily to purchase Lottery Tickets for my Lottery Pool. I usually get myself an extra ticket for myself, or when I can't resist the cravings I get a glazed twist! It is the most mouth watering doughnut I have ever had! Always fresh & a lot of times still warm. When Im feeling like breakfast, I take advantage of the ham & cheese croissant! Talk about flakey & buttery! Umm umm good!
