Was craving a donut last night and since this was the only donut shop open that late we thought we'd give it a try. From reading reviews we knew we weren't gonna get the freshest donuts but what I didn't expect was to pay $10 for 3 donuts! I get 2 were their "specialty" donuts but that seems pricey for what I'm assuming were day old donuts! They weren't awful but just couldn't get past the price. Bought 2 ham and cheese croissants. One of them was raw, I went back to exchange it and they told me that it's fully cooked that's just how it is. I explained to them that this is not the way a ham and cheese croissant should be. I asked for an exchange but they said it would be the same. I was so grossed out I just ended up asking for a refund. 2 stars instead of 1 because they still gave me a refund. The guy helping me was nice (just confused) but the older lady was giving me attitude. I have never encountered such a terrible donut shop. They charged an extra dollar just for a cup of ice. When I remarked that it seemed a bit pricey, a Mexican employee actually told me, "If you don't have the money, don't buy it," and proceeded to make racist remarks. I have lived in Chino for six years, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such abysmal service. We arrived at 11:30 PM on March 19th and rang the doorbell several times. We could hear employees in the back, but no one came to assist us right away. After ringing again, a man with a mustache finally came out with a rude attitude and told us we needed to park and walk up to be helped -- despite the business clearly advertising "Drive-Thru Donuts." There was no line and no other customers at the time. Late at night, safety and convenience should be a priority. Being asked to get out of the car in an empty area completely defeats the purpose of having a drive-thru. Because of the poor customer service and lack of accommodation, we chose to leave. Bad customer service they rush you and bad attitude. First and last time I'll ever go there again.

the display case looks promising but don't be fooled because i was truly mislead by the appearance of creative and colorful donut variety. it was $17 for a half dozen which means it would be nearly $40 for a complete dozen. i understand needing to make a living in this economy but theres so many donut shops that dont overcharge for actual GOOD QUALITY. this was my first time coming here and i was so let down because none of the donuts i went home with were fresh. actually most donut shops tend to have good customer service and fair business practices by either throwing out old stock or at the very least just heavily discounting it. i genuinely shouldn't have paid over $10 for all that and even then had i of known it wasn't fresh i would've just walked away and saved myself the almost $20. i feel ripped off, the doughnuts aren't the light and airy texture you'd expect, and the service isn't very attentive. never coming back and i suggest anybody else to not even bother trying this place read more

Update #2 my buddy came and got these nasty donuts yesterday..as soon as I saw the box and print I just threw it away! (Paid him back of course) But these donuts are made in the beginning of the morning and sold throughout the day so freshness isn't all there...up your game manna stop being a lazy business owner... places like sidecar and other new donut business makes there donuts fresh throughout the day...you wanna know why your business is dying well maybe put some effort into it... old donuts...what a joke Update: So some of my friends go here and was told how badly they were treated here. The donut as usual looks nice but did not taste good. Some key things this business needs work on is -customer service -prices - quality of items Literally the owner lacks basic business adequate. You see the complaints but don't fix it.... Your business won't last long if this keeps up The prices also fluctuate but i finally figured it out. They will charge you individually on their specialty donuts but do not bother telling you which one it is. Owner needs to teach employees or make signs explaining what comes in basic dozen and what will trigger the specially price dozen because once you chose one specialty in your dozen they will automatically charge them individually. The quality is not bad but not good either. I'm a baker and I know these are priced WAY too high. I've gone to many donut bakery and they let me tell you NAH SON! If you're gonna charge that much at least make the dough different. Same dough but it's just the topping that makes it look unique. This is the manna on riverside dr and east end in chino. The other is just as good but this one seems to have a bigger selection since it's a bigger store. We ordered sonurs for our family (4) and my sisters family (4). 2 apple fritters, a sugar donut, glaze twist, chocolate w sprinkle/, pink w sprinkles, cinnamon roll and 10 donut holes. Our total was just over $20! The donuts here can't be beat they're so fresh and delicious each time I have come here! It was packed when I got to the line and I know it's because this is the best donut shop around. read more

Best donut spot in the world! I grew up eating these . My grandpa would take my cousin and I after school . Amazing memories and amazing donuts ! Always tasty and fresh ! The workers are amazing , the vibe is basically pull up with your car and get out and order , like a taco stand . The world's hardest donuts! No matter what time you go it never fails. I always get tempted looking at the window when I pass by and there hasn't been one time I have went and got a fresh donut. They're always incredibly dry and so hard you could chatter a car window! Not to mention they are not cheap at all. They may look fancy but just one bite you'll know they taste like they've been sitting there for a week. It's absolutely ridiculous! Before you buy a dozen for about $30, I suggest you try one first and don't get zapped like I always do and end up throwing them all away! read more

I've been coming here for years and recently the freshness hasn't been there. I went last night and ordered a dozen donuts. The older lady that helped went to a tray in the back to get some of the donuts. I thought she was getting some that were freshly made. These donuts are fresh and delicious. This place has a very old school feel because it's a walk up small building and you order at the window. It's great that they are open 24 hours. They have a big selection of standard donuts and fancy donuts. Last time I went they also had cronuts. I truly believe this donut shop is a staple of the community. Came by on a Thursday night around 10pm and their selection was STACKED. They had everything from simple glazed to "special" ones like fruity pebbles or M&M's. I ordered a dozen donuts + another half dozen + 12 donut holes. Now...let me just be clear that I got the regular glazed donuts (original, chocolate, etc). None of the cronuts or the fancy ones with cereal. My order came out to be $31. My first reaction was: DAMN, inflation must have hit HARD because I don't remember ever paying that much for 18 donuts + 12 donut holes. The donuts themselves are good. I mean, they're donuts :) But also, $31?! I'm giving this place 3 stars only because the prices seem VERY inconsistent here based on other reviews. They also don't have prices listed for half-dozen/full-dozen or by specialty donuts so be sure to ask if you don't want that sticker shock. read more

Absolutely love this place but the last two times we've gone the lady at the counter has been very rude to my mom. She has zero customer service skills and it's making us not want to go there anymore. The first time it happened my mom let someone else know but it's still happening. Today my mom asked for a receipt after the purchase and the cashier scoffed at her and said, "why? Do you think I'm stealing from you?" Incredibly unnecessary attitude and comments.
