Ok this place was legit. I wasn't greeted because the guy was on the phone trying to figure out the internet... I contributed it to being rude from Philly... not a fan! Go Niners! However, the sandwich was delicious! The fries were delicious! The bright green pickles... you guessed it delicious. The interior was clean and somewhat comfy. Overall, I'm not from around there... but will look for this restaurant around towns!

Came back to Philly's Best for round two, and they're still killing it! This time I went with the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and wow -- that thing was . Perfectly moist chicken, just the right kick of buffalo sauce, and the ranch tied it all together. Super tasty and definitely something I'll be ordering again. Big shoutout to Adriana for her awesome customer service -- she's always friendly, quick, and makes you feel right at home. And Jason back on the grill is a true pro -- you can tell he takes pride in what he does because everything coming off that grill tastes spot-on. Between the great food, great people, and great vibes, Philly's Best really lives up to its name. Can't wait to come back again soon!

So I was craving a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich so I decided to check out this spot ! Parking was a bit hard to find since the plaza seemed pretty busy but I ordered ahead so the food was ready when I walked in. The employees were friendly and the Cheesesteak was solid! Will definitely be back for more of their sandwiches for sure.

Philly's best is located at a popular plaza at Chino on grand ave. The chain is all about Philly, so the vibe and decoration on the wall on all strictly from Philadelphia and even the chips and snacks they sell on counter are from Philly. Service is quick despite the fact it was busy lunch hour on a Thursday. So I ordered the Philly's best steak sandwich. It is so good. Meaty and ingredients go well together with American cheese. I also tried my friend's pizza fries, it is unique and delicious. Onion rings taste crunchy and yummy! I would rate this hot sandwich shop as good as Jersey Mike's. Will be back for more sandwiches!

Picking up simple Chicken and Cheese sandwich for my picking son. He loves Phillys! Service is fast and ambiance is nice. Always great customer service!

I'm so mad this place was awful. It looked good on screen menu. The meat and buns are so gross. Soggy gross.

This place by far has one of the best Philly cheesesteaks. The staff was very friendly and the customer service was on point. They were quick and didn't waste any time. The ambience was well lit and the restaurant itself was clean. Couldn't find one thing wrong about it. When it comes to the food. It was well cooked and made to exactly the way I enjoy them. I chose their classic Phillies best but added onions and Mayo on it. Highly recommend trying it. Out of 10 I would have to rank this a 9.5/10. There are so many more options to choose from and I will be coming back later. If your ever in the chino spectrum and want a great lunch I would recommend trying them out!

Type of venue - Cheesesteak sandwich shop Venue Access - Great; venue is in a strip lot with a large parking lot and adjacent to major streets. Time of day good for - Lunch/dinner Wait time - Party of 4 arrived around 12:00pm on a weekday, ordered and seated immediately. Food took about 10-15 minutes to all arrive. Service - Great; staff is attentive and fast What was ordered - Cheesesteak hoagie and fries. Does it taste good - Yes Any grievance - No Price/Performance - Great; portion is large and sandwich tastes great. Fries are good but unremarkable. Did I get a stomachache after eating here? No Would revisit? Yes Additional Notes - Need further verification via a return trip but the fries remind me a lot of Habit fries. Venue decoration is slightly dated but functionable and noise level is medium.

The sandwich was so good it melted in your mouth. The roll was so soft with a good bite and chew and the steak and whiz was just perfect! Also ordered the cheese fries and they did not disappoint! Definitely on the hit list to come back again soon!

1st time try on a location I have driven by many times. Now that I stopped and had the Pepperoni Philly Cheese-stake I will have to frequent more often. Upon entry the menu is on large screen monitors that are easy to read. Location has sports playing on another tv. Personnel is friendly and helpful to answer questions. My sandwich took no more then 3 minutes to cook and ready to go. What made this experience enjoyable was the staff, sandwich and bread used in the sandwich. The rolls used are soft where most rolls are normally crunchy. The white cheddar has god flavor though I'd prefer a little sweeter. Just my preference. Though overall the meal and experience is worth the rating.

Walking into the establishment, the atmosphere was clean and organized. It didn't feel chaotic even though they were a little busy. There wasn't much of a greeting when I walked in, but it wasn't a big deal they seemed focused on getting orders out. Pickup was simple and straightforward. Now let's talk about the food. The lobster mac was the highlight. They were not shy with the lobster with generous chunks throughout. That was a major plus. Nothing worse than ordering lobster mac and getting tiny flakes. This one actually delivered. Creamy, rich, and the lobster pieces made every bite worth it. The clam chowder was creamy and had a nice texture, but it was a bit mediocre overall. Mainly because there weren't enough clams in it, and it came without oyster crackers which feels like a must with chowder. Flavor was decent, just needed a little more substance. The sourdough bread, though? That was a treat. They were not stingy with it. Nice chewy texture, fresh, and flavorful. It definitely elevated the meal and honestly might have been my favorite part alongside the lobster mac. Overall, solid experience. A few small things that could improve, like more meat, but the generous lobster and that sourdough bread make it worth coming back.

Conveniently located in the Shoppes at Chino Hills, this is not a large sit down restaurant, but there are a few tables to enjoy your meal. Don't let the size of this place fool you. Great food and service. Jen ordered the lasagna, while I ordered the meatball sandwich. My sandwich was very good. Perfect cooking and taste of the meatball, great sauce and the use of ciabatta bread made the sandwich taste light and didn't take away from the meatball, sauce or cheese. We ordered and spent time on their patio while it was prepared. When ready it was brought out to us. The owner even stopped in the restaurant and checked on us to make sure our dinner was enjoyable. It's definitely not for a large party. There are three tables inside, but there's really not much space. A couple of smaller tables outside, but just order to go and pick a couch outside instead Staff was fine. She said they're known for their pizzas, so okay, I ordered a whole cheese pizza and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. She tells me it'll take about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I waited over 30 minutes and nothing. Not once did someone come out to inform me if my order was ready or delayed. Okay.... the place wasn't busy, there was nobody in line. I go inside to check on the status of my order. Employee sees me and hands me a paper bag that's been sitting behind the counter. As she hands me the bag, she tells me they ran out of fettuccine so it's spaghetti Alfredo... I share the pizza. Nothing spectacular. Friends said Little Caesar's Pizza is better. The chicken spaghetti Alfredo was okay. Chicken was super dry. I wouldn't recommend either. I'll give this place another shot and will try something else next time. But, $40+ for cheese pizza and dry chicken pasta? Not worth it. If the next time it is better, I'll let y'all know.

I have eaten my way through filet mignon, ribeyes that could make you emotional, slow braised short ribs that fall apart if you look at them too hard, and somehow, somehow, this corned beef just walked in, sat down at the head of the table, and said, "We're doing things differently now." The meat? Ridiculous. Tender in a way that makes you question physics. Moist without being greasy. Rich without crossing into that heavy, regret filled territory. Every bite felt like it had been engineered by someone who understands joy on a molecular level. And then, because apparently that wasn't enough, you get the balance. The sauerkraut cuts through with just the right tang. The Russian dressing slides in with this creamy, slightly sweet acidity that ties everything together like it has a degree in culinary diplomacy. Nothing fights. Nothing overwhelms. It's harmony. It's orchestral. It's borderline inappropriate how good it is. The rye bread? Let's talk about it. Toasty, flavorful, structurally sound, which matters, because this sandwich has presence. It doesn't just hold the sandwich, it participates. It shows up. It contributes. Now let me save you from making the same mistake I did: Do not order the fries. Listen, the curly fries are great. I'm not here to slander them. But pairing them with this sandwich is like trying to follow a standing ovation with a fireworks show indoors. It's too much. This sandwich is already peak decadence. Add fries, and you've crossed into excess that your soul, and your digestive system, will have a meeting about later. Next time, I am getting fruit. Something light. Something that respects what just happened on that plate. Final verdict: This isn't just a sandwich. It's an event. A commitment. A decision you don't make casually. And yes, I will absolutely be ordering it again.
