I would give a 10 out of 5 if I could. First one piece of advice, never get the seeded role, the bread is too dense. I think the biggest problem with Philly's Best is that you only think of the cheesesteak when all their sandwiches are amazing. In fact I think the cheesesteak may be my least favorite sandwich even though it's great. The club, the tuna, the others are the best you could buy in Chino Hills. Super soft roll, tender and juicy flavorful meat, fresh onions and sweet peppers and hot crispy fries. And a generous portion too! Also love how they gave me the KETCHUP BOTTLE. About time that restaurants do it right. Instead of giving me a few packs of ketchup which won't be nearly enough they gave me the bottle. Also another plus: they have Coke products. Not Pepsi. Perfectly moist chicken, just the right kick of buffalo sauce, and the ranch tied it all together. Super tasty and definitely something I'll be ordering again. The chain is all about Philly, so the vibe and decoration on the wall on all strictly from Philadelphia and even the chips and snacks they sell on counter are from Philly. Service is quick despite the fact it was busy lunch hour on a Thursday. So I ordered the Philly's best steak sandwich. It is so good. Meaty and ingredients go well together with American cheese. The ambience was well lit and the restaurant itself was clean. Couldn't find one thing wrong about it. When it comes to the food. It was well cooked and made to exactly the way I enjoy them. I chose their classic Phillies best but added onions and Mayo on it. Highly recommend trying it. Out of 10 I would have to rank this a 9.5/10. I ordered the Philly's Best cheesesteak with grilled onions. That first bite felt like absolute heaven. A Bobby Vinton song suddenly played in my head and the world went slo-mo. Meat perfectly seasoned and tender, cheese slimy and melding perfectly with the slight sweetness of the grilled onions, and finished off with a chewy Hoagie bun that refuses to get soggy. A bag of Herr's chips to top it all off really makes for the perfect lunch. I've been here five times now and I don't plan on stopping. I definitely recommend this spot if you've never had a decent sub sandwich! Service is decent. Big city service; you'll get your food and go, no frills. 1st time try on a location I have driven by many times. Now that I stopped and had the Pepperoni Philly Cheese-stake I will have to frequent more often. Upon entry the menu is on large screen monitors that are easy to read. Location has sports playing on another tv. Personnel is friendly and helpful to answer questions. My sandwich took no more then 3 minutes to cook and ready to go. What made this experience enjoyable was the staff, sandwich and bread used in the sandwich. The rolls used are soft where most rolls are normally crunchy. The white cheddar has god flavor though I'd prefer a little sweeter. Just my preference. This would be our most convenient location whenever we crave Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches....this branch is located inside Chino's Spectrum Town Center and is easy to find. Their restrooms are open for customers to use: I'm not sure about the public. They have been kept clean every time we visited this restaurant before we went back to the Ontario Mills' location for a switch off. I always get the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with grilled mushrooms and onions to go with fries. They don't have chilly cheese fries here either. I always call ahead of time to place my order and when I would have arrived, my order would be ready for pick up and then I just pay at the cashier upon arrival. read more

We come here often when we are craving for a Philly Cheesesteak. It is our fave. You can't go wrong with any of their steak sandwiches. My hubby always orders the Philly's best which has the peppers, onion, mushrooms and cheese. I always get the mushroom steak, which basically has the same thing as a philly's best but without the peppers. They have awesome cheese fries too. Everyone there is very nice but I think the owner needs to put a smile more often. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but he always looks mad...lol. Anyway they have a great deal on the any date landing with a 7 (7,17,27) for $7. It's totally worth it. They also have a frequent buyer card so after 10 sandwiches you get a free one.
