Great service! A lovely patio space to enjoy the day next to the water fountain with sounds of trickling water splashing into the rippling pool. The suns rays will warm you up too much and you'll get a little toasty. It may just make you want to enjoy a cool refreshing smoothie. Boba or plain, little straw or boba straw. Life changing decisions will keep your day moving with fun and exciting adventures. Plenty of parking available right in front of the store.

Big fan of Lee's since I was first introduced to the chain 20 some years ago. What a fantastic business and a large following of people from all cultures to Vietnamese sandwiches. Their food has always been great, and I am a super fan of their Banh mi's. This store in Chino gets packed at lunch, so be prepared or come early. I only came in today for baguettes because they are perfect for making the sandwiches at home. Also love the egg rolls and the drinks they sell too.

Came in as I needed a morning pick-me-up and was greeted by Andres, who was so friendly and helpful! It was all around good vibes in there - clean, good music, and to my surprise they also have buy one get one specials on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday! Will definitely be part of my weekly treat thank you Andres!

Very delicious coffee and sandwiches!!! You need to try the Bischoff coffee. I like that there is plenty of parking and seating outside.

Lees sandwiches is my favorite place to go for your Vietnamese sandwich and iced coffee. I prefer going to the one in the city of Alhambra. This location was my first time here, very small place. The workers were nice. I didn't see any Vietnamese workers in there. But it's surrounded by other genres of food. My hubby was craving Mexican so we got him a Carne Asada burrito from the restaurant next-door, while he drank all my iced Vietnamese coffee lol

Very disappointing experience at Lee's Sandwiches today, mainly due to misleading promotions and poor service. The blackboard outside clearly stated: "3-6 PM: Buy one sandwich, get the second half off." I ordered two sandwiches, but my receipt showed no half-off discount at all. When I asked a female staff member, she first gave me completely incorrect information, claiming it was a morning coffee promotion, which had nothing to do with what was written on the board. After she checked my receipt and realized there was no discount, she called over a male staff member. He then said the discount was already applied and that I "saved $2," explaining the sandwich was originally $10. That makes no sense -- half off should be $5, not $2. Then he changed the explanation again and said that since I ordered grilled pork, there was already a Friday special and discounts cannot be combined. Here's the problem: * I ordered two grilled pork sandwiches -- why would only one be discounted? * The blackboard never stated "only one per order" or "cannot be combined with other offers." The rules seemed to change on the spot depending on who I talked to. I stopped arguing because it was pointless. To make things worse, I ordered a coffee with less ice, and the cup was about 80% ice. When I pointed this out, I was told, "That is less ice," and then blamed with, "You already drank it." How else am I supposed to see that the cup is mostly ice without taking a sip? No apology, no clear explanation -- just silence and indifference. I will not be coming back. (°°)

Complaint About Rude Service on 5/25 12:30 Dear [Manager/Owner of Lee's Sandwiches], I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your chino hill locations One of your employees was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit, which made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. When my order was ready, the worker ignored me and refused to hand me my food, despite clearly being aware it was ready. When a coworker asked if she needed assistance, she dismissively said "no," even though it was obvious she was struggling and could have used the help. Her attitude was dismissive, uncooperative, and unacceptable for a customer-facing role. I visit Lee's Sandwiches because I expect friendly and efficient service, but this employee's behavior was far below your usual standards. I hope you address this issue--whether through retraining or reassigning staff who are better suited for customer interaction. I'd appreciate a response regarding how you plan to handle this matter. I want to continue supporting your business, but not if such poor service continues. Thank you for your time

My #6 BBQ pork sandwich was so delicious. Great service. Very Clean, their iced coffee was great. Definitely go back there again.

Had BBQ pork sandwich #6 it was delicious. I will definitely go back again very clean pleasant good customer service their iced coffee was delicious.

Lees is always nostalgic for me. It's been something we've enjoyed as a family over the years. the staff here in Chino are super kind and friendly. Food is always good. We like Special Combination #11. Most recently, when I came in, it was the sandwich of the day and it was discounted! So lucky.

The bread was fresh and perfectly toasted, providing a satisfying crunch with each bite. The fillings were flavorful, featuring generously grilled pork. The server recommended the grilled pork sandwich, but I think I'll try the chicken one next time.

Ordered a grilled pork and most of it was just salty fat. Their meat was always on the cheap side but it's getting worse and worse...

Walking into the establishment, the atmosphere was clean and organized. It didn't feel chaotic even though they were a little busy. There wasn't much of a greeting when I walked in, but it wasn't a big deal they seemed focused on getting orders out. Pickup was simple and straightforward. Now let's talk about the food. The lobster mac was the highlight. They were not shy with the lobster with generous chunks throughout. That was a major plus. Nothing worse than ordering lobster mac and getting tiny flakes. This one actually delivered. Creamy, rich, and the lobster pieces made every bite worth it. The clam chowder was creamy and had a nice texture, but it was a bit mediocre overall. Mainly because there weren't enough clams in it, and it came without oyster crackers which feels like a must with chowder. Flavor was decent, just needed a little more substance. The sourdough bread, though? That was a treat. They were not stingy with it. Nice chewy texture, fresh, and flavorful. It definitely elevated the meal and honestly might have been my favorite part alongside the lobster mac. Overall, solid experience. A few small things that could improve, like more meat, but the generous lobster and that sourdough bread make it worth coming back.

Conveniently located in the Shoppes at Chino Hills, this is not a large sit down restaurant, but there are a few tables to enjoy your meal. Don't let the size of this place fool you. Great food and service. Jen ordered the lasagna, while I ordered the meatball sandwich. My sandwich was very good. Perfect cooking and taste of the meatball, great sauce and the use of ciabatta bread made the sandwich taste light and didn't take away from the meatball, sauce or cheese. We ordered and spent time on their patio while it was prepared. When ready it was brought out to us. The owner even stopped in the restaurant and checked on us to make sure our dinner was enjoyable. It's definitely not for a large party. There are three tables inside, but there's really not much space. She said they're known for their pizzas, so okay, I ordered a whole cheese pizza and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. She tells me it'll take about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I waited over 30 minutes and nothing. Not once did someone come out to inform me if my order was ready or delayed. Okay.... the place wasn't busy, there was nobody in line. I go inside to check on the status of my order. Employee sees me and hands me a paper bag that's been sitting behind the counter. As she hands me the bag, she tells me they ran out of fettuccine so it's spaghetti Alfredo... I share the pizza. Nothing spectacular. Friends said Little Caesar's Pizza is better. The chicken spaghetti Alfredo was okay. Chicken was super dry. I wouldn't recommend either. I'll give this place another shot and will try something else next time. But, $40+ for cheese pizza and dry chicken pasta? Not worth it. If the next time it is better, I'll let y'all know.

I have eaten my way through filet mignon, ribeyes that could make you emotional, slow braised short ribs that fall apart if you look at them too hard, and somehow, somehow, this corned beef just walked in, sat down at the head of the table, and said, "We're doing things differently now." The meat? Ridiculous. Tender in a way that makes you question physics. Moist without being greasy. Rich without crossing into that heavy, regret filled territory. Every bite felt like it had been engineered by someone who understands joy on a molecular level. And then, because apparently that wasn't enough, you get the balance. The sauerkraut cuts through with just the right tang. The Russian dressing slides in with this creamy, slightly sweet acidity that ties everything together like it has a degree in culinary diplomacy. Nothing fights. Nothing overwhelms. It's harmony. It's orchestral. It's borderline inappropriate how good it is. The rye bread? Let's talk about it. Toasty, flavorful, structurally sound, which matters, because this sandwich has presence. It doesn't just hold the sandwich, it participates. It shows up. It contributes. Now let me save you from making the same mistake I did: Do not order the fries. Listen, the curly fries are great. I'm not here to slander them. But pairing them with this sandwich is like trying to follow a standing ovation with a fireworks show indoors. It's too much. This sandwich is already peak decadence. Add fries, and you've crossed into excess that your soul, and your digestive system, will have a meeting about later. Next time, I am getting fruit. Something light. Something that respects what just happened on that plate. Final verdict: This isn't just a sandwich. It's an event. A commitment. A decision you don't make casually. And yes, I will absolutely be ordering it again.
