I went thru drive thru because I order my food via their mobile app. I was greeted by two friendly staff at drive thru. Food is ready when I arrived at drive thru window. It's typical fast food but quality is higher. Decor is typical modern. The frosty lemonade is not too sweet; I like how the lemonade blends with other flavors and with the ice cream! Service was not the best at this location especially with the manager taking care of customer's orders. Not friendly at all, I didn't like a comment she made a young kid who was coming back from his lunch. I can understand it's busy hours and everyone is trying to work hard into getting the line down. It's always good to eat at Chick-Fil-A, but just be ready to wait in a long line if you decide to go drive thru. My recommendation is to pre-order (online) and pick up or just park, save your expensive gas and walk up to order. They are also now opened for in person dining. I walked up, placed my order and you then wait outside for pick up. When my order was ready, I checked my order by looking inside, the lady got one thing wrong- Spicy Chicken Sandwich instead of Delux Spicy Chicken... Big difference. People- Get the Delux... but any how, as I was checking the order, Zach- the Manager noticed and said, "not a problem, will fix that right away." I told him, no big deal- I will pay for it and wanted to return the Spicy Chicken, but they wouldn't take it back. I didn't even touch the rapper mind you, I just looked inside the bag. I later found out that they throw the food away, despite me not touching it or opening it up. No way! I would have gladly paid, long story short, Zach gave me a free Spicy Chicken Delux sandwich. This particular location (grand and the 71)has had to figure out the parking lot logistics and it's still sometimes frustrating doing thru the drive thru line. All this to say that the food and service have been pretty consistent. I ordered 2, 4 piece strips, a small fry, and a kids meal with grilled chicken and a lemonade. The total was about $25. I also got a free cookie and free frosted coffee from my rewards. I was able to use both! Even the order taker was surprised. I will say chick - fil-a is rather generous with the freebies. The grilled chicken in the kids meal was juicy, not dried out! The lemonade was their usual fresh lemonade, and the frosted coffee was good. The strips were big! One strip looked like a piece of chicken from a chicken sandwich. This was enough for my girls and hubby to share, and the grilled chicken was for their cousin and there was plenty of that left also! I'd recommend trying to share meals here as they can be pricey. If you can get thru that drive thru line you will be happy with your reward at the end, fresh food. Terrible. Ordered for pickup through the app and it was my first time doing so. From my understanding, order for pickup means ordering in advance, they prepare your food, and you are in and out of the location once you get notified the order is ready. But NO, at chick-fil-a, you order, then you have to go to the location and check-in. After you check-in is when they start to prepare the food. So I checked in about two minutes away, just getting off the freeway. The drive-thru line was super long and there were crowds of people standing outside, I assume all in the same boat of order for pickup (but I also read in other reviews there is no dine-in so that could also be it). But nevertheless, ordering for pickup should be an easy process. I parked for at least 20 minutes and nothing, no notification yet, and not even a time estimate. I called customer service and asked if I can cancel and I couldn't because I had already checked in. I asked for a refund, and the person on the phone told me a request has been sent to the location. I eventually left. I checked in at 1:57 pm, and I left the area around 3:45 pm to which the app still said my order was being prepared. I never got a notification about my order anymore, and when I open the app, it doesn't show any current orders. So I'm really hoping I get a refund. read more

In my opinion this got be the worst carry out Chick Fil A store ever. Period. For done in or drive through they are ok. However, carry out please make sure to double triple check your order, especially for your burger right there at the spot. We order carry out here maybe like once every two weeks, and this year there have been three times that they just missed one burger or another entree item from the order. Also if you are doing mobile orders and only found out about this after you gets home, too bad. They could not just refund you for the burger over the phone. You have to either go back to the store for the missed one or have them refund you there at the counter. None of these would be an option because you either watch others eat or they can eat without you, or everyone just wait and enjoy a cold meal together. Sadly this is the nearest Chick Fil A that I have no other options but to come here once in a while. Worst experience. Went to the drive thru and they had me parked and forgot about me. Then i noticed they charged me for 2 sandwiches when I only ordered 1. Once I got home I noticed that the sandwich I ordered the lettuce was rotten. Attempted to reach the manager on site and she was not help she gave me the "care team number". First of all they took 30 minutes to answer & all they did on their end is documented the report. That's all they can do she said, leadership team go over it and then they will get back to you.
