I was at Winco yesterday their avocado was $1.29 each. I didn't purchase any. waited the next day after work to stop by Aldi's right off the 15 freeway. Aldi's their avocados was $.59 each , bought 30 avocados for about a little bit over $17, bought two jars of tiki masala to make dinner tonight . some chips for kids snacks also pre-made pizzas at seven dollars

I made a quick stop before heading out of California as we don't have the stores with us. They were out of a lot of the chocolate I like to buy there like white chocolate and milk bars. However they had the assortment boxes luckily Check out was fast Not many carts available

Conveniently on a corner inside the parking structure of the plaza. And there's always plenty of parking.

Aldi near me! I walk here as I am just across the street. Super convenient! Aldi has amazing prices. Aldi does not necessarily have a huge variety of items, yet this is what makes it unique and more manageable. Too much displayed is way more overwhelming I think. Have a quarter for your cart, bring your own bags, bag your own items, and or wait your turn to check out from one of two registers; is worth the prices that are offered! Having to use a quarter for your cart is going to knock off additional employees for all day to have to bus those carts! Not a big deal for me again minimizing where they can is worth the prices they offer! I see some people get frustrated with these Aldi employees over only one register being open or just two being open; again the less employees on site the more affordable our groceries can be! Keep in mind these Aldi employees are not the CEOs of the company so lighten up on them. They always are very pleasant even while being yelled at. Come with the patience. Enjoy your browsing about and get your affordable groceries. We definitely are here at least three days a week! We have a large family and our refrigerators only can hold so much. We definitely are taking use of this Aldi near us! Come check them out!

I have been several times to this store and found it to be very clean, well lit and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are much lower than Ralphs or Stater Bros. Just a few examples: Sour cream at Ralphs on sale $2.99. - At Aldi only $1.19. Package of 24 Ibuprofen at Ralphs for $1.99. At Aldi I get 100! pills for the same price, same dosage. Avocados $1.29 at Stater, only $0.49 at Aldi I don't mind bagging my own items, after all, it is just one of many ways how Aldi keeps the prices low. However, I can also see where a bagging service would be helpful, for example if people bring their kids to the store. Generally speaking though, I think people make too much of a big deal out of it and I wonder why the same shoppers don't complain about bagging their own stuff at Winco, Costco, Food4less etc?! But now suddenly at Aldi, it is this huge obstacle ... I like the cart system, because I don't see any carts in the parking lot and hopefully we won't see any crashing into cars on windy days like it happens all too frequently at other stores, because people do not return them. The 25 cent deposit is no big deal, since you get it back. Checkout has been fast due to speedy cashiers and the fact, that there are barcodes on several sides on Aldi products and the cashiers don't have to twist and turn the items to scan. I have tried a variety of their store brand products and the quality is comparable to the bigger name brands, which is great because you will pay considerably less. They do have a selection of organic produce, organic pantry items as well as gluten free and international products. Love their DOUBLE GUARANTEE! If you are not satisfied with a product, they will replace it AND refund your money.

This was running next to register 2 till I kicked it over n let the staff know n They killed it right on the spot n picked it up with a paper towel n never cleaned The floor

First, get a preview of what you're walking into: https://www.aldi.us/en/new-to-aldi/shopping-at-aldi/ Got it? Let's go! Quarter to unlock a shopping cart: Check. Reusable shopping bags: Check. Shopping list of the items you buy most often: Check. You're right, the place is small, but it's not the "chamber of horrors" food rationing center from the darkest days of the Berlin Wall era as some have said. ALDI Inc. is the American subsidiary of German grocer ALDI SÜD (ALDI South), so don't be surprised when competitors' shills make outlandish claims like that. Once you get used to things like multiple item categories on each aisle and seasonal hard goods in the middle of the store, it all makes sense. Oh, and try the chunky chicken noodle soup. Yeah, I know, you never heard of Chef's Cupboard but trust me, it's just as good as the stuff in the blue or red can, only cheaper. Same goes for the Brookdale chili versus Brand H and the Parkview breakfast sausage links compared to J[CENSORED]ville. Grab 2 of those 1-pound bags of Priano bronze-cut pasta from Italy for about the same as you pay for a single pound somewhere else. Mama Cozzi's take-and-bake pizza from the fridge deli case might make you kiss your pizza delivery driver goodbye, but you can still be friends. And the Choceur brand chocolate from Europe? 2 DIE 4 at a Hershey bar price! Contrary to misinformation or deliberate disinformation, these aren't close-outs from failed grocery chains or short-dated overstock they bought up by the ton. These are ALDI's house brands, guaranteed to be at least as good as nationally advertised brands. If you see something you like under the ALDI Finds banner, grab all you can afford because these are limited-time items that might not be back. What's this? The cashier sits while you stand and unload your cart? Get over yourself and your indignation. Wealthier people than you have been buying groceries this way for ages in Europe and at ALDI stores east of the Mississippi since the 1970s. And put that box of granola bars on the belt instead of staring at the multiple bar codes. You're holding up the line. ALDI does that so the cashier doesn't have to play Hide 'N' Seek with a single elusive UPC symbol. Along with bagging your own groceries, everything you see speeds things up and keeps prices low. Now look at your receipt. Dang, that total seems low. What did they forget to ring up? Honey, start the car before they find out! False alarm. Everything's accounted for. Park the cart, insert the chain and there's your quarter. Tuck it away for next time. Can't wait to do it again? I know how you feel.

I went to the Grand Opening late in the day and found Aldi to have some good deals. All of their items are generic brands made for them, but just like the real thing. I picked up a few items. You need to deposit a quarter 25 cents to get a cart which is something different. They also do accept all major credit cards. This chain is based in Illinois, but the family who owns it is from Germany and has ties to Trader Joe's. I'll be back. Aldi and Trader Joe's Family Ties Albrecht Discount was founded by Anna Albrecht in Essen, Germany. Her sons Karl and Theo later took over the company. In 1960, the brothers allegedly had a disagreement about selling cigarettes and split the company. Theo renamed his company Aldi Nord. Karl named his Aldi Sud. Aldi Nord controls territories north of the Rhine and much of Europe. Aldi Sud controls southern Germany, parts of Europe, the UK and Ireland. Both companies operate in the United States. Aldi Sud is called Aldi and Aldi Nord is called Trader Joe's.

The store is the basic Sprouts with each department - the fresh produce, the seafood and meat, grocery aisles, bulk foods( one of my fav with the cinnamon pecans and nuts being a must do), body care and vitamins, wine and beer having really good quality products. The two areas that really stand out in this store are - The Deli - thank you to the amazing Marco*(!photo) for the best veggie sandwich! I sincerely appreciate the personal touch and your verifying all the ingredients before creating that masterpiece. The way you brought out the sandwich past the counter and your warmth- off the charts. The fresh Umi Sushi bar - quality sushi and sashimi at great prices prepared in a spotless booth with $5 specials on Wednesday. ( tomorrow ie). I have got to mention the absolutely fantastic Liz* who was working and stocking in the produce section around 4:15 pm last Sunday 11/09/25. I was not able to find the Organic Italian lemon and grapefruit sodas. Her genuine effort in checking both the cold section and the soda aisle and her amazing attitude - Sprouts Corporate Office in Chandler Az- these two superstars represent the company with excellence and class. Please give them a shout out, a nice gift card and a raise. They are the true embodiment of love, hard work and happiness. Very lucky to meet the both of them. Other huge plus's- the lovely Klatch Coffee booth inside the store, nice covered seating outside and lots of stations to get wipes. One small suggestion if I may- please add some some small pencils/pens by the forms to order sandwiches.

Today I stopped in to get some flowers, and same issue I always say. Nothing is ever really stocked. They had a fair selection but all the bouquets were small and a lot of them were welted and picked over. I guess it's not super horrible because each one was only $4.99. I didn't encounter or speak to any associates on this visit because I walked straight to the flowers and they're near self check out. The store itself is like most grocery stores. They have labeled isles, registers, a cold section, etc. I will say, the store appeared even more empty but probably because it's closing. One last thing, I'm going to miss the self scanning carts and checkout. For me it's always convenient when you don't have to stand in a line!

Grocery stores are usually all the same, but Amazon Fresh goes above and beyond. Not sure how all the orgs/names are involved or related, but this is nested in the Terra Vista Town Center normally on Saturdays from 9am-2pm. Located in a drive through area between some retail /big box stores. This farmer's market is actually quite large. It was kind of surprising since I didn't expect all the stalls to fit this area (purely my perception). It covers all the basics that I've seen at other farmer's markets from the POV of a casual farmer's market patron. All the stalls I went to the folks were friendly. I ended up getting some coffee from Milo and Friends, some eggs from the egg farmer, some yogurts, and some pickles. Since it's nested in a large parking lot between the retail stores, there's a lot of parking, but this place can get packed on Saturdays. Glad to know this place is here and hope to come back and buy produce when I'm better at knowing what to do with it.

It was only 2 places to purchase fruit/ veggies from. I bought a bag of navel oranges and a pound of Cara Cara oranges. I wanted to try a barbeque place that was there, but they were sold out of everything I wanted to try and it was only between 1 and 2 o' clock. Very early to be sold out of items and it wasn't even crowded at the Market. It was a pastry vendor and a few taco food trucks there as well. So skip the entree, I opted for dessert at The Banana Pudding Lady. The Banana pudding cup (small) is 4" tall and about 10ozs can fit in there. The pudding to me, was VERY over priced for the price tag of $12, for that little a** cup. Why did you get it then, Tosha?!?!, might you ask! Well, because I figured the taste of it might be worth $12, since the size clearly wasn't. WRONG! Nothing special about it on my pallete. I also purchased a banana pudding cookie ($3) as well....NOPE!, to that one as well. $15 for dessert that wasn't worth it. I'm satisfied, I can now mark this place off my "to-do" list, now that I have thoroughly wasted my time, even going there.
