lots of choices! It is a good feature, but also overwhelming. I would come back. Definitely more unique than juice it up or the jamba juice. read more

Nekter Juice Bar - parfait! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Nekter Juice Bar is one of my favorite spots for a healthy cool treat, and this location in Rancho Cucamonga lived up to expectations. For those who plan on going frequently, I highly recommend getting the app for rewards points and promotions. It was a hot day, so my boyfriend and I were looking for a cool treat. We both decided to get some healthy smoothies. The latest branding version of their menu is a bit overly colorful and disorganized. If I didn't already have my usual order I might have been overwhelmed. My boyfriend ordered a Pink Flamingo ($8.49/small) which has dragon fruit, strawberry, pineapple, coconut water, and agave. This is a great option for those who are craving something refreshing and fruity. I wanted something to support my protein intake for the day so I went with the Health Nut ($10.29/small) and swapped the Peanut Butter for Almond Butter. This smoothie has banana, dates, cashew milk, vanilla protein and agave. A bit pricey but it is what it is. The drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. There was plenty of open seating for us to hang out and enjoy our drinks in the nice AC juice bar. It was hot outside so the AC was much appreciated. This little pick me up really helped my energy level to resume our adventures. read more

Thankful to have a Nekter so close to home! I used to come here more frequently than I do now, but it's always a good place to grab something healthy. My go-to has always been and will always be the Toxin Flush with spinach, parsley, red apple, lemon and ginger. It's so refreshing and delicious! I found myself here because my daughters have been battling a cold and this mama has NO time for that! I decided to pair this with a Turmeric inflammation fighter wellness shot. I ordered online for pickup and the process was quick and simple. I opted for no ice because I figured if it needed it, I could add ice at home. Once you walk in, you're greeted with the brilliant aroma of citrus and that cool, clean smoothie-bar freshness. The place is clean and welcoming. There were other people waiting for their orders as well, so I sat down and waited. Then, several people came in after me, walked up to the counter and received their to-go order. Once I saw that, I did the same and my order had been sitting there waiting for me. After the fact, I noticed the email stated to let them know you're there at the pick up window. Oops. Everything was wonderful and I felt like my immune system got the boost it needed! Stay healthy, friends! read more

Small store, big bowls and smoothies! Custom juice with beets, apples, carrots and oranges- done! Protein Power Bowl with cashew milk, bananas, strawberries, cacao nibs, granola, peanut butter, plant based protein , extra fruit, chia seeds, peanut butter drizzle on top plus agave; then some more agave requested and the fantastic Nick obliged with a smile. Delicious and Invigorating! ( photo). By the way you should have seen his love and his focus as he prepared both bowls. Loved how he also presented the bowls. Amazing customer care. Awesome Luna bars, Kind bars, and the 20 gm energy laden Builders Protein bars - great variety! Love the sturdy and pretty blue spoons that add to the experience. Small and tight space with seats inside and a few out. Open daily from 7 to 9. This indeed is a small space but with big time juices, smoothies and bowls just a 1/4 mile east of Haven on Foothill. read more

Nekter Juice Bar in Rancho Cucamonga is a great option when I want something healthy without sacrificing flavor. The smoothies taste fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully made, and it's nice knowing there are plenty of nutrient-packed options that still feel like a treat. I especially like stopping here while shopping since the location makes it an easy and convenient pick. It is on the pricier side, which I definitely notice, but the quality helps soften the sting a bit. This feels like a good balance spot for when you want to make a healthier choice and still actually enjoy it. read more

I went in and ordered a large juice and some waffacados. Then I ordered a blueberry and Almond protein bowl because it looked so good on the picture! When I got it it had 1/2 a strawberry and some small blueberries. I asked the guy who made it if I could get more strawberries. He said no, that's how they come. I told him as I looked in disbelief at the advertisement, "I ordered it because of how good it looked in the picture! This doesnt have nearly as much strawberries as in the ad. He replied that he knew the ad looked like that but it was just for advertising, that that's what management told them to put, just one strawberry. I told him that was false advertisement, and the whole time he was just standoffish. I looked at my bowl and showed him there was barely 1/2 a strawberry there! He began to walk away. I wanted my money back at that point, these bowls are not cheap. He continued to walk away and didn't refund the bowl. The irony is, i just spent almost $40 dollars yesterday and about $32 dollars today, after not going for a few years due to them nickel and diming me. And now they lost my business over .25 cents worth of strawberries. Go figure. I had just told my wife i was eating there for lunch all month. No wonder its lonely in there. Juice it up bowls hook it up. I never should've went back to Nekter. Avoid. read more

Dear Nekter Management, I'm a regular customer at this location and usually look forward to starting my mornings here. However, I need to bring something to your attention regarding the customer service experience. There is a young lady who works most mornings, and unfortunately, her attitude and demeanor are consistently rude and dismissive. I've tried to overlook it, as I understand everyone can have tough days, but this seems to be her regular approach. Each time I visit, I notice the same behavior not only toward me but also toward other customers. It's reached a point where it makes me not want to come to this location anymore, as dealing with that kind of treatment first thing in the morning is very discouraging. I truly believe she would benefit from additional customer service training to help her better represent the Nekter brand and create a more welcoming environment. I enjoy Nekter and hope to continue coming here, but I wanted to share this feedback so the experience can improve for myself and others. Thank you for your time and understanding. read more

The guy Christian working the cash register has a horrible attitude and gets the order wrong, Because he has the worst customer service. I was beginning to think he was being aggressive on purpose but decided to not escalate things. This is the 3rd time I've been in here and experienced his rude demeanor and tone. Last time it was my partner upset with the way he was acting. But it's just ridiculous. He makes you feel stupid and rushed and he's gotten what we've ordered wrong the last couple times I've been here; I asked for a chia pudding parfait and he gave me a plain yogurt with some granola and stuff on top not realizing that's what he marked on the receipt till after I looked at it. I was over my interaction and didn't want to escalate things and decided to just walk out. I'm not one to give reviews so I hope this means something to the management here. This will be the last time I come to this location. read more

Horrible customer service. A guy named Chris who rung us up was so rude to my boyfriend. A lot of attitude...you get the sense he just didn't want to be there. If people are going thru some personal things, that's understandable, but maybe have them work the blenders, not the cash register. We also mentioned that the "Oh Snaps" dill pickle bites were falsely advertised at the to-go station for $2.25 (see pics). And he pretty much said, "Oh well" with much annoyance and attitude. They charged us $3.95 instead. I always have great experiences at Nektar, but this just turned me off to the entire brand. Oh, and they were out of bananas. Definitely not coming to this location again. read more

Restaurant has clean and fresh ingredients! The smoothies are delicious. I'll definitely return back to the store

Ordered a mini PB&J smoothie with mango on 2/9/26 at 11:35 AM. It tasted like plain blended mango and ice -- no peanut butter at all. I called the store to ask whether peanut butter had been added. The employee I spoke with (her name started with an "M") told me they do not offer refunds and that I would need to bring the drink back in for it to be remade. With no refund option offered, I returned to the store. This time asked for it remade without mango, and watched this employee used a squeeze bottle and added a barely noticeable amount of peanut butter. I later called two other Nekter locations, both confirmed a mini PB&J should include two teaspoons of peanut butter using a measuring spoon. This location clearly isn't following standard portions. Paying nearly $9 to be shorted on ingredients and blamed for it is wild -- this location needs the staff to be retrained!!!! read more

Literally my favorite Nektar location. I have one near my house but I prefer driving extra due to the customer service. I really appreciate Stephanie's and Jays work ethic. They both work fast pace to get orders done in a well timely manner. Jay has such great customer service. Am a regular customer and every time I come in I always see them being productive and making a difference at the store. I've been to other Nektars and the hospitality and cleanliness is not the same as this ones. Am pretty sure Stephanie and Jay have to do a lot with maintaining the place. I came here on a Wednesday night and ordered A large recovery and a large toxin flush. I have a community loyalty discount card. That gives me half off of one of the drinks. When I showed my card, one of the employees was shaking his head and doing like a no jester, like not to take the card. The girl taking my order was nice. But the other two had attitude. It took him a while looking at my discount card and looking for an expiration date. Like I brought in a car that already expired, which I did not. After a couple of minutes they finally give me my discount. And well, I actually paid full price, because if you look at what I got. Both drinks were three fourths full! Ha jokes on me right...no. I wont be going there again so it's on them. Looks like this place has been getting bad reviews and it has slipped in ratings on Yelp. I also contacted customer service via email 3 times an the first one was I believe on Wednesday night might of been Thursday but still no response. Good way to make a customer feel "special" As I read more reviews it seems that management has a job to do... get your employees to be happy about there job. Greet customers, be nice and courteous to customers as without customers they wouldn't have a job. read more

Nekter franchise owners, you need to do better. I visited this location this morning and the line was extremely long with a very lengthy wait. The gentleman working there was completely alone, yet despite the rush and lack of support, he kept a positive attitude and worked hard to keep things moving. He absolutely deserves a raise for his effort, but he also deserves extra help so the lines move faster. It's not fair to customers--or to him--to have just one person handling everything. read more

I went in the morning and the girl that took my order had a really bad attitude, she said absolutely nothing when I stood there to place my order, she asked me if I wanted ice on my juice I said no. There was only me and another customer. She gave me juice with ice, I told her I didn't want ice. She had a bad attitude and I told her she should work on her attitude and started to argue with me. Horrible service , she took my drink pour it on a different cup and gave it back to me, and walked away talking, obviously not saying anything nice. I told her she was very rude and it's so early in the morning. Their service sucks !!!! She had the worse vibe. It was like 8:16 am Her name is Stephany G. read more

The service is bad, and the drinks are subpar. I went in around 2:20 this afternoon and was not greeted. The two girls were just chatting with each other. When one of them finally came over to take my order, she just looked at me, and I had to initiate by saying "Hi." She barely responded--if she did at all, I couldn't hear her. She made my drink and just set it on the counter without a word. I felt like I was interrupting their personal hangout session or something. I only came here because the local Jamba Juice closed, but I'll be sure to stay away from this place in the future. Message received. read more
