Nothing wrong with our drinks but, my gf and I got some drinks and wanted to do some work here on a Thursday night around 9pm. Not sure who the drink maker is but today is 18DEC2025. Service was great but the issue I had was the guy making our drinks just kept COUGHING AND COUGHING while making everyone's drinks. Granted hes coughing in his arm but at LEAST wear a mask if youre working while not feeling well or coughing profusely. It just makes us very uncomfortable and feels very unsanitary to have someone working in food service without a mask and coughing ALL OVER THE DRINKS HE IS MAKING. Lets have a better standard when it comes to consumer safety Starbucks. And the supervisor or Team Lead wasnt even addressing it. read more

Would give a zero if optional, I never write reviews but this one deserved it. Just came thru the drive thru with my pregnant sister in law and they were so rude to her. Especially Allison. We added on 3 extra food items and she was very apologetic because she knows how that inconveniences the workers. She gave my SIL a very smug attitude. We wanted to give Allison grace but she was overly rude. And to show how upset they were abt the added on items they "accidentally" forgot Carmel drizzle on two drinks. On my way home from an event I stopped at this Starbucks to get a tea. It was the only coffee shop around the area that was still open late. The place was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I ordered a medicine balm tea sweetened with lemonade, my go to drink at Starbucks. Overall it was a good experience coming here on a late night. read more

Every time I come here, I am always reminded why I should not go back. I decided to go to the drive thru to try their new banana bread matcha to treat myself. I was not greeted and asked what I wanted. When I got to the window, I was also not greeted. The girl in red hair that took my order and payment did not greet, nor smile and just gave me this wierd look. My problem was the drink. They are never consistent with their cold foams. There are times when it's non-existent even though I placed an order 3 mins prior to picking up. They say that it just "sank to the bottom from sitting there" lol... Other times it's like half an inch of foam. Today I decided to ask for a little extra more than the regular. The cold foam is literally 3/4 the entire drink. I had to come home and make more matcha to add to the drink. I added a photo what the drink looks like today and added lines to show what their cold foam levels usually are. Also, they really do not know how to make cold foam. Other Asian cafés make their cold foam thick so that it still sits at the top no matter how long it's been but not too thick where it's still drinkable. Starbucks always makes their's so bubbly/foamy and after 10 mins is just completely disappears so the heavy cream gets mixed in the drink. I put it in to the fridge 10 mins ago to let my dog out into the backyard and play with him. I came back to get my drink and the cold foam is just gone.. There's just a whole bunch of bubbles/foam. The heavy cream is completely mixed into the drink and I can't even taste the banana bread. It just tastes like milk. I ended up just tossing the drink because it became undrinkable after 10 mins.. I'm making my own matcha latte with strawberry cold foam right now because Starbucks costed me $7 down the drain... again... read more

Usually I do the mobile order app for in store pick up. Drink ready time is pretty accurate. I've never done the drive thru as the line is always long. Seems quicker to go in and order. It's normal flow of customers, usually not overly crowded, nor extremely noisy. My drink orders always come out how they're supposed to, so no complaints there. read more

Super cool location! I like the staff here and they're super quick (at least when I walk in)..they're drive thru on the other hand STAYS PACKED! but that's pretty much any and every Starbucks period. Whenever I do come to this location the staff is pretty chill which is always a plus. I came here a few months ago and they had ran out of the main ingredient of the drink I requested so the staff recommended something else and it was on the house! Great way to make sure the customer is pleased! Today I ordered my new usual which is a mango dragonfruit lemonade (I'm not a coffee person I come for the teas and lemonade Update : they have the absolute SLOWEST Starbucks drive thru that I've been too. I know these are all customizable beverages, but there's no way I should be in line for 15-20 mins for a drink. It's unfortunate that I can't get out of line because I'm boxed in. ISTG, this Starbucks has the coolest, friendliest, most awesome employees. They are always welcoming and provide excellent customer service and quality drinks. Every time I walk in they greet me: "HI [my name]!!!" (aww, this makes me feel so special, lol) Even though I don't know some of their names, they know mine because I come here often, as it's my go-to! I usually order my drinks and/or food through the mobile app., and they come out on time. On weekends they're usually more busy, and you can see them focused and working their butts off despite sometimes getting harassed by bitter and impatient "Karens" or "Kevins". No matter how busy they get, the drinks always come out perfect and mixed, unlike some other Starbucks locations that don't even bother to mix the drinks properly. The staff is friendly and bubbly. They made my drink just how I like it with no mistakes. So I ordered two drinks my first drink is probably my favorite it is a trenta black iced tea with no water 12 pumps of classic and cream. It tastes like milk tea boba but not as strong. I add a lot of classic cause I like my drink sweet :) the other is trenta green iced tea with no water and 12 pumps of classic. I made a mobile order because I was going to have a busy day clearly the label has everything I wanted added to the drink and they gave me a basic chai latte with regular milk and regular cold foam you see no caramel anywhere like the label stated no caramel cold foam no nothing. Not even the honey blend was in it. So whats really the point of a mobile order if they can't follow simple ingredients? If I wasn't so overbooked I would've stood there and told them to remake it right or remake me another drink. My son wanted to surprise me with a medicine ball because I'm sick. My son came to this Starbucks location with a clean insulated water bottle since my son rode his bike and it's hard for him to ride back with a drink.
