How do you give an ice cream shoppe a bad review? Like this... Came in to order two quarts of our favorite flavor. When the nice young lady put the ice cream in a put the carton on the scale I thought for sure she would then go back and add to it. The serving was very short. Normally when they hand pack they use a spade to press the ice cream to the bottom of the container. She didn't do that. She just scooped up a spadefull and laid it on top of the ice cream that was in the container already. The container was hardly full when she put a lid on it and gave me a price. I started to say something but she looked like a minor and I was hardly going to confront a minor over some ice cream. When I got home, I opened it and the serving was sooo short! It was about HALF! We just took one container and scooped it into the other one and made one full quart. There was plenty of room to do this when there should not have been! Guess I just gave them an extra $12 tonight. I left feeling ripped off. I don't like that and don't think I'll ever go back. read more

I'm sure you all know BR and if you don't I'm sure you've passed by one since they're in so many plazas scattered around town. So let's start off with a fun fact you probably or probably knew. They two guys have been around since 1945 and still serving up the frozen treats. Well not them but the people working on the chain gang. Anyways, so I recently stopped by to try out the Pumpkin Cheesecake since it's that time of the year. The flavor was decent but I kinda tasted a little freezer burn unfortunately. I'm going to say maybe it was because at the end of the day it does that? Well it shouldn't but onward to the service which wasn't good but what do you expect from a teen who is hating their job and wishes they were at the Boo's house, LoL. Besides ice cream they also have cakes and shakes and other types of frozen goodies. Abe that's my take, Peace read more

Baskin-Robbins has always been a favorite of mine since childhood. It's always fun seeing the variety of flavors and trying something new. The service was good, we were helped right away and the store front was clean. Today, we tried the Trolli flavored ice cream, it was supposed to be like eating an orange-green gummy worm, and it tasted like it! It reminded me of something I would've had as a kid, I really enjoyed! Will definitely be back! read more

The past two times (within the last three weeks) I went to BR's I left. The first time I was with my daughter and we went inside and there was nobody behind the counter. We waited and waited. Nobody came so we left. The second time I came my husband and I walked in. There were two people working on what looked to be a DoorDash order never said hello never looked up. We were there standing for about five minutes. Nobody helped us. Nobody acknowledged us, so we walked out.. vampire penguin here we come! I shouldn't have to wait to give you my money! read more

Don't get the Dubai sundae! They were very stingy with the toppings and the pistachio sauce. It was a total waste of 12 bucks..

This is easily the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to! The employee (yes, only one on a busy summer day) moved with the speed of a slug. Additionally, when I visited the location, the POS system was down but there was no announcement from the employee and a huge line formed in the store. Instead, there was a sloppy hand written note taped at the register (in pencil at that) stating that no coupons or membership accounts are being accepted at the moment. Mind you, he was only able to accept cash. I understand that systems go down, it happens. However, please have a little more sense and make an announcement when people are walking in. Also, there was another employee in the back that could have assisted with bringing the line down for those that might have had cash. Nope. Do yourself a favor and go to the location by the Archibald library. They have the BEST customer service and wonderful employees working there. read more

THE WORST SERVICE. there's two staff members here but one lady is hiding in the back and it's busy in the front. The guy here with his sloppy sideways unprofessional hat is moving very very slow. So frustrating. Been waiting for over 15min now and just fed up. Ended up walking out. I do not recommend coming to this BK. read more

Customer service was a bit of a miss (employee) could of really surprised my son because they didn't have what my little one ordered and they didn't give him his crown which came with the order. No hello or good bye even though the place was empty. Unfortunately, my little one didn't t like peanut butter and jelly ice cream. (Everyone does have a different taste buds.)He didn't tell me anything because he said the person looked mean and he didn't want to say anything. I loved my choices sherbet and rocky road so delicious of course I got small gallons. Of course I shared. It was also very quiet peaceful and very clean when we went . read more

This Baskin Robbins store is by far one of the worst places I have ever been to. The owners are rude. They don't listen. Their serving are small compared to other stores and what you pay for the product. My child was handed his ice cream and immediately saw a hair in it. It was the owner who served us. When I showed him the hair. He said it was my child's hair and refused to do anything about it. Very very rude. I would rather never have ice cream again than eat at this place. Luckily for me there's another Baskin-Robbins right down the road who have wonderful owners. If I could give the store negative Stars I would read more

Came by on a midday on a weekday to check out their ice cream cakes. Walked into a quiet empty shop, but the one employee working, came from the back area not too long afterwards to see what I needed/wanted. There wasn't much flavor options for premade ice cream cakes. I picked up the mint chocolate chip cake, serves 3-4 for roughly $20. Tasted great. read more

on mother's day my wife went to your store to buy me a banana split royal around 7 pm and was told by the male worker that they were out of bananas, my wife called and asked if i wanted something else, i told that's fine with the ice cream we have bananas here, not only did the employee not offer me a discount but he was actually rude to customers coming into buy ice cream, he was telling them the store was closing due to mother's day, i understand everyone wants to spend time with their wife's and mother's, but that's no way to treat your customers, the ones that keep the doors open to your business, Please note i actually wrote this review the day after for the wrong store , they barely got back to me and inform me after their investigation i had the wrong store, so i rechecked with my wife and she informed me it was your location on milliken near baseline in Rancho Cucamonga, when she said Rancho Cucamonga i figured it was the one on 19th street because that's my go to store and will continue to be, i will never come back to this location again read more

#13 for 2021 This location is the closest to us. Masks are required by everyone including staff. No service no mask. Social distancing is not really enforced but customers are respectful to maintain the distance even when viewing the tubs of deliciousness. Hand sanitizer is available on a table to the left as you enter the premises. No seating is available inside. There are areas to sit down outside but most take it home. I've been here a few times now, and service has been friendly and courteous. Today was no exception. The girl handling our order was efficient and nice. Her scoops were well rounded and tight. Not loose or small but the correct proportion. I was the 1st one to order in our party of 4. On this visit they were out of chocolate for the topping and bananas. I was going to go for a banana split. No really, I was. Disheartening hearing those words. Seems to be difficult for businesses to estimate how much they need. I decided to have 2 scoops. When it was done it was placed on the back counter. When my group was done ordering everything was brought to the front handed out to everyone. I was thinking mine would be soft because it stayed there the longest. It wasn't. I was surprised it didn't melt which would be a sign of poor quality ice cream. We sat in the car enjoying our ice cream talking about the flavors we got and how it would have been nice to have some of the fixings we are so fond of having. No worries, we'll be enjoying ice cream for the rest of our lives. What are some other options you may consider? Glad you asked. You can get an order delivered via Doordash or Uber Eats. Submit your email to stay updated on the latest flavors, treats and deals. Enter your birthday to get a free scoop. If you download the app, you'll qualify for a free scoop as well. All this can be found on their website, and more, like their history beginning in 1945 and purchase gift cards too. Summer is around the corner. I'm sure we'll end up here several times enjoying their 31 flavors. Not all at once but one scoop... at a... time. read more

This review is for the Terra Vista location. Customer service if it's associates. The location is always clean and well organized. Albeit, the dining room is always sweltering hot but it's clean. We are fairly regular at this location as it's within walking distance from our home. The kids love it and it's one of the few ice cream places that are usually understanding of allergens. Sadly, our last visit was awful. We have a peanut allergy and I informed the associate (Dario) of this. He pointed to the last case that is filled with peanut ice creams and said "don't select from there." I explained that we'd been to this site before and the managers/associates will clean the utensils and then assist us. We've had associates and managers pull ice cream from the back room to prevent contamination. He shared that they don't do that because the ice cream is "rock hard". When we shared it's happened before, he just shrugged. This associate presented as annoyed by our allergy, like it seriously inconvenienced him to wash a scoop before assisting with our order. Also, We noted that there were marshmallows in one of the fruit sorbets and he didn't even care. He didn't take it out or say let me offer you something else. It was a "uh huh, so?". We ended up having to shift our requests to ensure our children didn't have an allergic reactions because of the possible cross contamination of whatever ice cream the marshmallow came from. We spent nearly $30 on ice cream and it was very disappointing to be treated as such. I hope the management discusses the seriousness of allergens with their associates. We're not trying to be difficult or inconvenience your life or your job by informing you. If you don't want to serve people with allergies then take down your sign that offers support for those with allergens. read more

Bad customer service. I came in today and the guy working was so unfriendly. I wasn't greeted and when I asked him about the free scoop day he said I would need to order on the app which I did. After I ordered, he was unable to give me the scoop even though there was nobody in the store. So, I had to wait 20 minutes for one scoop of ice cream. If that's the store policy I understand but the guy working was very condescending. I have worked in customer service and this was unacceptable. read more

I never like to give bad reviews but this basking robins gets 0 stars. The customer service here sucks! I ordered a shake and they put a syrup that made the shake taste too sweet. I went back to see if they can re make it without and I was told they had to charge me again. I asked to speak to a manager and instead of remaking it she goes on and on about their policy. As a paying customer the milk shake should've been re made but noooo she was spending more time trying to give me a refund instead of just remaking it. I don't know how she's a manger with those horrible customer service skills she has. Whoever is above her need to re evaluate her. read more

Ice cream was good but $4 for ONE SCOOP sundae?! What a joke. Rite Aid would have given me 3 huge and delicious scoops. I did complain to the employee and she gave me a little more (probably like a spoonful). But, what a rip off. You're better than that Baskin Robbins! read more

I scream you scream we all scream for ice cream.... I'm not screaming because my teeth are cold sensitive! Ice cream cures almost everything. It is definitely a mood booster for me on a hot day or the perfect treat after Pizza at Mountain Mikes in the same shopping center. This Baskin Robbins/31 flavors is located on the corner of the shopping center off of Milliken . This store offers ice cream cakes, blended drinks, cones, and more. I have never been disappointed with the ice cream here. The quality is so creamy. I got a cake here for my friends birthday and it was awesome. The customer service here is hit and miss. Whenever I have been here the cashier has always been young, which is not a bad thing , just inexperienced. You have to learn somewhere right?! Overall great ice cream, good location, clean shop, decent customer service. read more

The last three times I have ordered ice cream for delivery they were wrong. Service used to be amazing.

Just a regular ol' Baskin-Robbins here. It is a clean facility with a nice layout on the inside. They had all the flavors in stock and that's all i can ask for. I ended up going with two scoops; one of icing on the cake and the other was world class chocolate. If you haven't had World Class Chocolate i really suggest you try it. I'm not really a big fan of chocolate ice cream but the texture of this particular version is crazy good and adds to the deliciousness. I love ice cream. read more

The staff is great! Always welcomed with a warm greeting & fast service, even when the place is packed! Can't say enough great things about the customer service. One time I went in to get a scoop of my favorite flavor (Mom's Makin' Cookies) & the owner had told me that unfortunately they had just brought it out of the back freezer & it needed some time to thaw out, because the back freezers are so cold. Something I appreciate from a business is when they acknowledge all customers, even when they are very busy. We walked in, they welcomed us and as we waited they apologized for the wait. My husband and I visit this location quite often as we love ice cream. The ice cream is always fresh, the store is super clean, and overall a nice Baskin-Robbins. The only reason for taking 1 star away is because I value customer service. When you walk in, you are not greeted, and there is no small talk (hi, how are you). I guess as long as the ice cream is yummy, small talk doesn't matter. As for the overall ice cream and store though, I give it 2 thumbs up! read more
