The Raspados were pretty good. I liked that you can choose ice or milk for the base. It's so hot outside I didn't want a milky drink. The guy at the register was helpful, and let me know the drinks I can make icy. It a little place that has several dispensers for water, including two on the outside just in case you get there and they're closed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No place to sit but the A/C is great![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I would have gave them a 5 star but they don't have prices on anything, including their brochure. Pictures below. read more

This spot is a little hidden but I'm glad I found it. So it's a water place but also a treats place. We ordered a raspado de vanilla & 2 champiña. It was $18 (paid with card) and that's honestly a very fair price. The guy taking our order was very nice and our drinks were delicious. Stopped by again and some young kid was working the register and he was also nice. I can't wait to try the other items on the menu. read more

Did a search for a local juice place and found this place. It's a nice local business, take cards/apple pay. I ordered two juices: Green and the Anti-flu, large 32 oz were $7.00 and the juices were perfect, and yummy; I had called it in so they were ready when I arrived. They also make a wide variety of snacks like Tostitos and have a bunch of chips you can buy, I bought a pack of those dorados sticks that came with salsa picante, the young lady was nice enough to put some limon for me. Will definitely be returning! It was a to-go place, no seating that doubles as a filtered "wateria" type store. read more

Good variety of raspados, shakes (they use Thrifty's ice cream), juices, etc. I've tried several different of the raspados and enjoyed each of them. They put fresh fruit in the raspados which make it so much more enjoyable. The hubby always gets a vanilla raspado and says it's good. The kid gets a vanilla shake which is tasty according to him. Service is always quick and friendly. They do charge 50 cents to use your card. If that matters to you, make sure to bring cash then. read more

We were in this area for a family visit and want a raspado as a dessert after lunch. The flavor is weak, we expected something strong and more chamoy and mango in it. I went in there to fill up 4 five gallons of water, it was supposed to be $8.00 , my wife gave him a role of quarters , $10 dollars worth, he said he was going to charge her 2 extra dollars because it was in a role and that the bank charges extra for depositing the quarters like that. read more

Love this place. We were super fortunate to have found you when we moved back to Fontana a couple years ago and have now tried ALMOST everything on the menu :) not just raspados! There really isn't much to say here. This is a water shop that sells ice cream and raspados and several other snacks. They also sell smoothies and nachos. I went inside because I was craving a raspado. I ordered a small but their version of small is pretty large. I wanted 2 flavors but they said if I wanted 2 flavors I needed to get a large so I just went with vanilla. My wife got an ice cream and my daughter got a raspado. My raspado was good, nothing special. My daughter liked hers and my wife was whatever about the ice cream. Overall a solid raspado, I'd go back again. read more

I went to raspados Colima and I found a hair in my tamale and it also gave me diarrhea for then forth I will never never never ever eat or order anything thing from there will I'll do respect the tamales are not good and they are to doughy And the owner gorge was being rude and raising his voice at me bc my 1 year old niece was crying loudly and I was trying to calm her down but he kept telling me to shush her and he had no rights to raise his voice at me bc I'm not his family or friend of any sort so I'm telling you guys shouldn't go there bc most of the employees are most likely rude and disrespectful with no manners read more

I have never had this version before and I don't know the Spanish name but it was like a spicy strawberry slushee. My husband said it was the OG of its kind, however I didn't really care for the small chunks of ice. I like it either smoother or chunkier ice so it doesn't get sucked up. I will say the flavor was delicious! As I mentioned, it was a spicy strawberry with chunks of strawberries and tajin, chamoy and Tabasco. The flavor was a party in my mouth for sure! The shop also sells water refills, so its this large open are with water refills on one side and a counter for ice cream and lined chairs with the menu taped to the wall on the other side. The guy working the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful. I may return to try something else but I don't think I would get what I got again. read more

I love their pepinos locos -- and their openness to custom tailor them. I requested light Japanese peanuts and more of their hormiga candy and they did it. Whoa the large is huge! And with that super delicious! The shop has a homey feel to it and everyone inside is extremely friendly and courteous awesome customer service! The Raspado itself, which I got a Coco and Nuez (Coconut and Walnut) was soooooooo good!!! I've had a couple Raspados around the area but this one hands down is the best!!! If you're craving something cold and tasty make a stop down here you will not regret it! Might bump into me cause I'm definitely coming back! Oh also! BROWN BUTTER MISO (syrup) Butter Miso syrup with splash of whole milk. Ordered it as a latte and iced, but later changed it to splash of milk. It was slightly sweet. The coffee was not strong. Thought it would be espresso, but it was regular brewed whatever coffee. The syrup was not as good as they said it was. A light caramel flavor, but it kind of disappears as you drink it. The splash of milk even drowned out the coffee flavor! There's no miso or salted caramel or butterscotch flavor. None whatsoever. I did love this drink one bit! As the ice melts, all the coffee and caramel flavors disappear with it. They said this was their popular flavor too. Really? Now I'm confused. MATCHA COCONUT Coconut water + Matcha cold foam. Clean flavor, not as sweet. Mostly coconut water with light matcha flavor. If you don't want a heavy drink, this may be the drink for you. This was a far better drink than the brown butter miso coffee I had. COFFEE STAMP CARD I was given a stamp card after my order. So ask for one if you did not receive it yet. After 10 stamps, you get a free drink of your choice. AMBIANCE + SEATS It is located inside the senior center, so the furniture does give off that vibe. It is welcoming though. Indoor and outdoor seats available. There's an exit right where the cafe is, so you can walk to the outdoor seating area, but not sure if everyone can access it. I saw there was an group activity happening there, so I did not enter. There are small tables and seats indoors, as well as a large, round sofa in the middle of the cafe where people can sit and enjoy their drinks. CUSTOMER SERVICE Really friendly, lots of smiles and great customer service. LOCATION Inside the Fontana Community Senior Center. Please look for the Paperboy sign as you walk inside. Making this request at In & Out (still king) Wendy's, ChickFilA, Cane's or literally anywhere else results in a smile and a "you got it!" Freddy's by contrast tells its regular customers who have patronized the franchise for years, & spend at least $60 per visit usually once a week on 3 burger combos & at least 2 custard desserts to GET OUT passive aggressively saying "I'm NOT throwing you out, just asking you to leeeave!" amidst wildly unclear explanations as to why we're essentially being accused of theft. They should rename the franchise to Jack Boot Burger. Why is Freddy's is so allergic to money and good will, they'd throw it all away for fries they were making anyway? Remember friends, "Freddy's fries are always hot, even when they're NOT." The ambiance is cute.

Mistakes happen but what disappointed me was the lack of customer service and unwillingness to make things right for a regular customer.
