7/5/25 Set inside Haven City Market in Rancho Cucamonga, this stall serves up yummy treats! Shout out to Abigail who is sweet, friendly & efficient! She was kind & answered our questions with a smile. I was hanging out with my buddy Ray Ray & we each got yummy treats. He chose the Ube gelato & I opted for the coffee. Of course I would always have food envy & wished Zi had gotten the one but that leaves room for next time. My coffee gelato was perfect, although a bit too sweet for my taste. Today was hella crowded since it's a Saturday but we were lucky to snag (free) parking that was shaded. A bit pricey but worth it!
Chocolate Covered Pistachio: This was on their list for their most popular combinations. It's a pistachio popGelato half dipped in white chocolate and coated with pistachios. The gelato bar was very creamy and had the right amount of chocolate and nuts. It was a tad sweet but not too bad. Strawberry Pineapple: This is one of their popSorbetto split flavors. I opted out for no extra toppings. It was very refreshing, not overly sweet and very cooling. If you are looking for something more refreshing and light I would go with one of their popSorbetto flavors. Overall: It was a cute ice cream place that had fast service and amazing flavors to choose from. Love that you are able to choose from different options and customize it how you want it. PSA: This location is inside of the Haven City Market food hall. The food hall can get pretty hot so you have to eat your ice cream fast. Also they have a cute photo op station on the side where you can take cute photos.
I've been to the location in Anaheim several times before, however this was my first time at this one. For a Saturday night, it was not crowded at all and service was fast. I got the chocolate covered pistachio pop bar and it was delicious!
We've stopped by Popbar at Haven City Market many times, and it never disappoints! The popsicles are always fresh and delicious, and we've tried a variety of flavors over our visits, including Ube, Mango, Dulce De Leche, Strawberry Pineapple, Hazelnut, and Pistachio--each one hits the spot. On our last visit, we tried their new Chocolate Gelato shake, which was creamy, rich, and absolutely satisfying on a hot day. They also offer samples of different flavors before you buy, which is always a nice touch. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the place is consistently clean and inviting. I'll definitely be back again for more popsicles, shakes and frozen lemonades. My Personal Rating : 4.18 Desserts 4.2/5 Staff 4.3/5 Price 4/5 Ambiance 4.2/5 Cleanliness 4.2/5
Pistachio bar is so good. Must come back here again to try other bars. Service is friendly and location is nice.
The first time I visited Popbar in Haven City, I ordered a caramel vanilla shake, while my mom chose a birthday cake gelato bar topped with sprinkles. The shake was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was impressively creative. My mom had no complaints either--she loved her gelato bar. When I recently returned, I found myself torn between trying the strawberry lemonade or sticking with the caramel gelato shake I already knew I loved. Unable to decide, I asked the server to choose for me, and he went with the lemonade. I'm glad he did--it definitely didn't disappoint.
After a quick dinner bite at Brick Shack Pizza in Haven City Market, I wanted to get some pop. Ice cream pop that is. There is one right across the walkway from the pizza place... perfect! Popbar has an interesting concept that adds a flare to gelato. That's right... gelato ice cream in shake form with a cone and whip cream topped with toppings (sprinkles and nuts) placed above the plastic jar container. Yeah, that was a sentenceful LOL. They had some free samples placed out on the counter. I tried the coffee and caramel vanilla. The gentleman behind the bar recommended the caramel vanilla. It was very smooth in texture and taste... very gelatolicious! I ended up getting one of them with caramel vanilla. I wasn't very fond of the cone and whip cream on top because it didn't give me much WOW especially when the whip cream doesn't have much taste to it. I rather have the whip cream be inside the jar than outside. Now if they add a scoop of ice cream in the cone with the whip cream on top, that would take it up a notch! I would get this flavor again for sure. Their pops come in milk or water based. I decided to go with a water based this time around because the last few times I got milk based at other pop locations. I chose raspberry. The pop was packed with real raspberry fruit. I can taste the outside seeds and everything else that you get from a raspberry. It was solidly good. Size could be a bit thicker though IMHO. Staff was nice and friendly. Service was quite fast and quick. Prices were a bit on the higher end for the size. Nevertheless, great spot to stop by and pick up a pop and shake after a tasty meal!
The Frozen Strawberry Lemonade was tasty, refreshing, and made very quickly by the very helpful staff. The location was also very clean and well lit. Liked the overall experience. Best for people looking for something sweet to drink.
Pricey little pops, but definitely packed w/ flavor. Got the Strawberry (creamy one, not sorbet) it was tasty as is, no toppings needed. Smooth creamy flavor.
Gelatoshake was not a hit this time, felt that it didn't really embody its flavor as much as it could have and mostly just tasted of sugar. Might be back to try their signature popbars but the Gelatoshake wasn't really for me.
Decent place to get a popsicle. They have various flavors that include Blood Orange, Peanut Butter, Cookies & Cream, etc. They also have Asian-inspired flavors like Thai Tea, Passionfruit, Matcha, etc. A good variety of popsicle options! You have the option to dip the popsicle in chocolate and add toppings as well. I got the Thai Tea popsicle with White Chocolate and Caramel Corn on top. It was good, but the popsicle was really soft and already started melting when the worker handed it to me! They possibly need to keep their freezer at a lower temperature because I was in a rush to finish my popsicle before it melted. I came on a Saturday and of the three workers, one of the workers was not wearing a mask! Not very safe during the pandemic. I highly encourage those to be wary of the worker that wasn't wearing a mask and serving customers.
Been a minute since I've had Popbar. I tried the location in Anaheim packing district ages ago and remembered it being good. I mean the popsicle was good, but for 7 bucks would rather get boba. They have a lot more flavors than they used to. Ube had good ube flavor. Service wasn't the best, felt kinda rush.
The desserts we got were fantastic. Service was great! Everything looked clean and tidy. Overall can't complain it was a good dessert experience:)

The staff was VERY nice especially when i mentioned i had only been there once awhile ago so i had kinda forgotten what to do. Thankfully it came back quickly! I got the green tea bar with caramel dark chocolate dip and waffle cone pieces. The bar itself didnt taste quite like i was expecting it too and neither did the chocolate dip. The waffle cone bits were great though. And it was very refreshing since it was so hot. But i do see why it had been years since i had the last one. I guess its just not for me read more
There USED to be one of these much closer to me, but I never got a chance to try. I don't think I'd be the type to go out of my way to get a popsicle, unless I'm at an anime con and there's those ice cream trucks outside. But after talking about sweets at an off kai held at Haven City, I had a hankering for something sweet and after a quick walk around, I decided to try Popbar then and there. There was no line and the worker was super friendly and upbeat. I had no idea how it worked so she explained to me the process. You just choose a flavored popsicle (apparently they're gelato bars!), a dip (you can get a full dip or a half dip), and some toppings sprinkled on top of that dip. I knew I wanted to get the ube flavor, but wasn't so sure about what to get for the dip and toppings so I asked the worker for her suggestions, so I got half a dip of white chocolate with the waffle cone. Since it's gelato, the pop bar wasn't icy and was creamy throughout. Delicious earthy coconut-y ube flavor balanced by the sweetness of the white chocolate (half so it's not too sweet) and the waffle cones added a yummy crunchy texture too. There's a little guard at the bottom to prevent any melting onto your hand. The toppings did fling and drop everywhere so keep that in mind and like all popsicles, it gets harder to eat when you are almost down with it. It was around $8, so pretty steep, but we live in a capitalist hell society so it is what it is. read more
I rolled up to Popbar thinking I'd make a calm, responsible dessert decision. Rookie mistake!! They've got so many flavors, dips, and toppings it feels like building a custom popsicle in Willy Wonka's test kitchen!! After way too much internal debate, I went with the chocolate birthday cake pop, dunked in mint chocolate dip, and crowned with chopped pistachios, because if you're going in, go all the way in!!!! It was cold, sweet, crunchy, minty, chocolatey chaos in the best possible way!!! Every bite tasted like a celebration that got a little out of hand. It was soooo good!! Already daydreaming about my next flavor combo!! read more

I had previously visited Popbar out in Costa Mesa a few years back. I loved it, but I don't go to that area very often. I was super excited to see that there is now a location in Haven City Market! And even better, they deliver!!!!! Super excited to see that they deliver on Postmates, so naturally I had to get my dessert from Popbar! I got the horchata, chocolate and caramel popcorn, and green crunch. Omg both of them were soooo good! I'm honestly so shocked that I hadn't ordered delivery from there earlier during shutdown, but I will for sure be ordering again! read more
Strawberry lemonade is okay. Nothing unique or spectacular about it, and maybe just a tad more sour than I'd like. Located inside Haven City Market, there are other fruit dessert options that may be better. Service was sub-par and drink was served in a regular cup rather than their marketed reusable bottle. read more
At Haven City Market anything is popsicle. Our crew stopped by the Popbar for dessert at Rancho Cucamonga's newest food hall, and I've got the inside scoop! I've had Pop Bar once before at the Anaheim Packing House and this location is just as tasty. The menu has expanded to include ice cream, yogurt, and gelato on a stick. Plus, they have seasonal hot chocolate pops that can be stirred into hot milk on a rainy day. Pop Bar is all about customization! After choosing your preferred ice cream base, you can pick a dip: white, milk, or dark chocolate. Once your popsicle is layered with chocolate, it's time for toppings! The gentleman working the counter was incredibly kind, and offered great recommendations. I ended up choosing the Pineapple gelato, with a half white chocolate dip and waffle crisps. Yum! My only suggestion would be for the owner to make napkins available to guests. read more

My friends and I visited from out of town last minute and found this great ice cream friend! With dairy free options! I recommend coming and trying out all their amazing flavors read more
Overall: 4 stars. Taste: 4 stars. After trying lots of food at Haven City Market food court, we got a few Popbars popsicles. Pricey but the kids enjoyed them. Suggestion: sign up for their Rewards program to earn points towards $ off and for a free popsicle on your birthday (something like that). Price: 3 stars. Pricey. We paid $4.xx - $6.xx for each popsicle creation. Think the bars start around $3.50 then can add $.50 for chocolate dipping and add $.50 for toppings. The new flavor Birthday cake was quite sweet and the dipped milk chocolate and white chocolate made it even sweeter but my 7 year old and his grandma said it tasted good. Service: The young lady and the male cashier were both pretty patient and nice. read more

Came here on Sunday around 2. It was a hot day and I wanted something cold and sweet to finish my meals. I got the ube flavor and it was decent. It wasn't super ube flavored but the popsicle was cold and very creamy. Love that they had a little cardboard insert on the bottom to catch the melted gelato! Would be interested to try other flavors next time! read more
2021/03/30 19:00 Creative gelato-based desserts! It's located in the Haven City Market. I got the Hazelnut popsicle dipped in dark chocolate and topped with more hazelnuts. Here are the highlights: - Gelato in popsicle form is quite interesting. It was much more thick and creamy than a normal popsicle but not as much as gelato ice cream. - They have a lot of flavours, but I always opt for hazelnut or some other nutty flavour with gelato. - The topping customizations are very fun. You can have it half-dipped in your choice of melted chocolate and one topping. The chocolate solidifies to give a thin coating with the toppings stuck to it. - Aside from gelato popsicles, they also have ice cream sandwiches, shakes, hot chocolate, and dairy-free options. read more

Deliciousness! Definitely recommend their popGelatos. They're made freshly and you can get them dipped im different dips my brother chose milk chocolate. You can also have it double dipped by choosing a topping! We chose chocolate sprinkles all on an horchata popGelato bar. Very delicious they have amazing options and plenty of flavors for everyone. They even serve dairy free options (: read more
This place has a lot of delicious popsicle treats! They have sorbet, yogurt, and regular popsicle textures and so many flavor options! I didn't get to try their frozen hot chocolate but it's definitely on my list! I had the hazelnut pop and it was dipped side ways with chocolate and sprinkled nuts. Best way to end a delicious meal at Haven City! Happy Eats read more
For sure can't go wrong with the chocolate gelato shake, but I gave 3 stars because the customer service was OK, she seems like she doesn't care about the customer at all. Second, the cone supposed to come with the chocolate sprinkle as well, when I asked her about it, she just simply said we don't serve that anymore... You charged me $8 for this drink, and that's what I got...? read more

Located in haven city market this is the perfect place to go if you are looking for an icy sweet treat!!! There are endless options to customize to your liking from dipping in white chocolate to adding toppings such as nuts... here's to curating your perfect dessert! It's a gelato fun read more
Located in the Haven City Market, Popbar is a great stop to get dessert after eating at its next-door neighbors! They have a diverse selection of desserts, attracting most customers with their popbar popsicles (you don't say..). Dessert Quality: My friends and I all got the popsicles and shared between the flavors - they were all very good. They have two types of popsicles, sorbet and gelato. I definitely preferred the gelato more. I was told that for the gelatos, Pistachio, Hazelnut and Coconut were the top 3 flavors. As for the sorbets, I just remember the Strawberry was mentioned.. (clearly tells what I chose to get).. Basically you choose a popsicle of your liking, either get it as is (plain or predecorated) or you can have them coat the popsicle with a fresh layer of chocolate of choice and add toppings. My preferred choice: Pistachio gelato popsicle coated with dark chocolate and topped off with more real pistachios! Writing this review makes me want one right now.... Service: The man that helped us was definitely very charismatic and took the time to explain the differences between options and flavors. Jolly attitude + good tasting dessert = a great way to head towards the holidays! Price / Quantity: A bit overpriced. But after finishing the popsicle, I wasn't upset at how much I paid for it. Parking: Definitely no issues here. Popbar is located in the marketplace so there is a huge parking lot that accompanies this place. However, since the marketplace is quickly attracting more attention at a rapid rate, I wouldn't be surprised if parking becomes an issue later in time. read more
