I was really craving frozen yogurt tonight and found this place on Yelp. When I arrived, it was pretty packed. The party in front of me was taking up a lot of space/wasn't giving me enough room to get my yogurt/get my toppings. When they finally moved out of the way, the girl behind me cut me in line which was really rude. also to note: I'm allergic to milk so I was unimpressed with their 1 non-dairy option they had for frozen yogurt. Love this Yogurtland location! They have plenty of flavors to choose from and toppings are a good mix of fresh fruits and sweet toppings. There's plenty of seating for customers indoors and they typically have some tables outside as well if the weather permits. I will say that their chairs have seen better days though. They're a bit rough looking and scuffed up on the edges. Not a big deal though. I don't recall the last time I went to this location but the prices have definitely increased. $16 for two yogurts that weren't even full, but I get inflation is pretty bad these days. This place used to be our Favorite! But the last two time we came like at 9:15 the service was so awful! They had most of the flavors turned around and as soon as they seen a big crowed coming the workers all went and brought in the tables and moved the chair so no one can sit down! Its nice to get some cold yogurt on a hot summer day. We've been here probably 4 to 7 times this summer. They have multiple flavors here. You can mix and match as much or as little as you want. They have so many different toppings to choose from. From fruits, to candies to mochi to chocolate to jellies to boba and everything in-between. Price is all weight based. Its kind of small inside with only so much seating. Some more seats outside. Depending on who's working here they are either nice or not so much. Had a rude guy the other day. You can tell he hated his job. He was miserable. And he tried to make everyone just as miserable too. Went on a froyo date with my mom while visiting her and Yogurtland has been her favorite! I can see why, this location is clean and toppings are plentiful and fresh. There are different yogurt flavors and the consistency is very creamy! Everything is self-served and you pay based on weight of your yogurt cup with its toppings. Service is friendly and efficient. There is seating inside and outside. It seems like whenever they have a special flavor and I go there to get it, the machine is broken and they don't have it available. Every time I've gone here when the mint flavor is in season, they have an out of order sign. It's just disappointing because they have the same flavors every time, but the special flavors are never available. Everything tasted great and I was pleased with the service provided. You really only deal with anyone when your cups are placed on scales to determine how much you will pay. Yesterday, May 31, 2025 my best friend and myself went to Yogurtland. I was so embarrassed of how dirty this restaurant was more than half of the yogurt stations didn't work. They would just drip out all over the trays. Nothing was clean. The floors were sticky and dirty all the tables inside and out were sticky messy. No one was attending to them. It looked like there was two people working there the place was filthy Flies everywhere. My girlfriend is from out of town and she was pretty grossed out with the way that this restaurant was viewed I could not believe that it had A rating. I visited this store a few days ago and was impressed with all of the steps they're taking to both stay open and protect their customers and staff. They hand out gloves to everyone and only allow a certain amount of people in the store. As of that day, most stores weren't even observing the 6 ft. distance rule or setting a limit of how many people can be in their place of business but Yogurtland was one of the first. This Yogurtland is always packed in the summer with families and it's always clean and fully stocked just like majority of the Yogurtland's I've visited. Definitely a place I'd visit during the quarantine to feel some sort of normalcy and get dessert! read more

Wow has froyo changed from what it was pre-COVID. I was so excited to that Yogurtland was open and, honestly, very curious to see what measures they had taken in order to social distance. First, there are no longer tables inside, rather stickers on the floor indicating where to stand 6ft away. At the location, you kind of wrap through the store if that makes sense. Once you get to the machines, there is someone who will take your order and ask you how much yogurt you want. Same concept, you just can't get it yourself. She did verify with me if the amount she had put was enough (I told her 60%). The machines are also blocked off by clear barriers, so you aren't able to go to the machines. I didn't ask to sample, but I'm not sure if they still allow that (my favorite part of froyo to be honest lol). For toppings, there is another person who will help you add all these to your froyo. Same concept as before, you just don't do it yourself anymore. All in all, good experience and reminded me of the first froyo spot I had ever visited in Atlanta. If I could give negative stars, I would. This place has either gone seriously downhill, Covid made them lose their sense of humor, or they simply have absolutely no people skills whatsoever. They make you enter in one door and exit through another. Okay, fine. They got rid of the taster cups so you can't even sample the flavors. Umm...okay, every other yogurt place I've been to through the pandemic still has taster cups. Then while my group and I were getting our frozen yogurt, an employee came up and asked all of us to put on gloves, which by the way you don't need to wear while eating, so their trash can is overflowing with gloves and they're all over the floor. See photo. I asked if they even still give spoons out and they do but they have to be handed to you by another employee who was already wearing gloves and I asked if her gloves were clean. Got the death stare. Then after we completed our transaction, we were told we had to leave. "You need to leave." So rude! So I pointed out that their precious gloves were all on the ground and it isn't sanitary and it wasn't until then that they got the broom out to clean up. I hadn't been to a self-serve yogurt place for over a year before visiting this Yogurtland a few weeks ago. My experience was so good that I returned two days ago (Tuesday). Even though I prefer adding my own toppings, I like how they let customers fill up their own cups (must wear gloves, which are provided near the entrance). They are operating very smoothly and cleanly, with a great variety of flavors and toppings. There's something (or two, three, six flavors) for everyone! The Tuesday evening employee was absolutely delightful. I was super impressed. Customer service is so very important, and her helpfulness and friendliness topped off the perfect visit. You can improve on your hours that are listed online. It states you close at 11pm but I arrived at 10:40 and the store hours on the door say you close at 10pm. My favorite is the tart with cheesecake and popping boba. It's really good! I was craving the tart yogurt so I decided to come tonight. This location has a lot of toppings and flavors, but the watermelon one ran out. I went today around 7:30pm and there was a teen girl who was licking her fingers and touching all the yogurt from the machine to sample it. Very disgusting! She would touch different flavors then touch the next few ones with her bacteria filled fingers. Eventually, I did tell her to stop, which she did after touching like 4-5 of them, but it ruined my appetite and I was contemplating on eating there or not.
