On my next visit, the head pharmacist decided to speak to me about it. Instead of apologizing for my experience he defended his employee and CVS. Not once did he acknowledge my opinion and experience. He told me when he first read it, he figured the customer was "just acting out of anger" until he learned it was me. Get that last point? He initially tried to blow off the survey. Just like he was defending the employee! By the way, he did not even speak to this employee. So far, two strikes. So the lesson to be learned is if you fill out a survey it means nothing to them. The customer is "always wrong"! How things have changed!

I rarely remember an employee's name after a bad customer service experience, but Stephanie made herself memorable for all the wrong reasons. Her attitude was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily unpleasant. There is a difference between being busy and treating customers as though they are an inconvenience for simply needing assistance. A pharmacy handles things that actually matter to people, including medications, instructions, and time sensitive issues. Competence and basic professionalism should not be optional. Between the pharmacist's inability to follow instructions and Stephanie's attitude, this location has managed to make Walgreens somewhere I actively do not want to return to. I was not having the greatest of days but his humor was able to put a smile on my face. I have been coming to this pharmacy for the past 7 years and this is ultimately the first time I had an enjoyable experience. There was an issue with my payment, instead of being dismissive and having me come inside like I have been asked previously he quickly got it handled. They have…read morealways had very long wait times via phone , but this time I called 4 times and waited on hold over 10 mins just to be hung up on each time by the automated system " experiencing issues" When the associate answered your phone to place me on hold, I couldn't even get a word out before the placed me on hold again. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service. Whomever is in charge of this pharmacy, your staff needs to be re-trained overall on how to do proper customer service. A lot of people have questions regarding their medication, most especially pricing. No need to get snippy or rush us. If you're not happy there or can't treat customers the professional way, you are NOT the right person for that job!

I've visited three times so far, and I still don't think I've explored the entire store! This location is huge and seems to have just about everything you could possibly need. We've been making several trips while getting settled into our new home, and it's become our go-to stop for moving essentials, household supplies, cleaning products, storage bins, groceries, and all of those little things you don't realize you need until you move. Despite how large the store is, it's been clean, well stocked, and easy to shop. The layout is spacious, and I appreciate that I can usually knock out my shopping list in one trip instead of driving to multiple stores. If you're new to the area or just need a one-stop shop, this Walmart is definitely worth checking out. I'm sure I'll be back many more times; although at this rate, it may take a few more visits before I finally see every aisle!

I needed some information about an item and approached the employee working in that department. For nearly every question I asked, the response was simply, "I don't know." After hearing that repeatedly, I decided to take a chance and proceed with my purchase anyway. As I was heading to pay, I needed assistance with another item that was kept in a locked display case. When I asked for help, the same employee seemed annoyed and complained about being delayed from going home, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for assistance. As a customer, that was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience reinforced why I generally avoid shopping at Walmart. It often feels like no one takes ownership of helping customers or solving problems. I understand retail employees work hard and deal with many challenges, but basic customer service and a willingness to assist should still be expected. Walmart's corporate leadership should take a closer look at employee training, support, and customer service standards. Experiences like this do not encourage customers to return and ultimately drive business elsewhere.
