Don't waste your time. If you are trying to pay with a big bill. You will get told " If you spend $40 I can serve you." Was told there is no change . I see a machine which I know dispenses change. How are you a gas station without change ? Let alone a SHELL. It was an older man working. Seems like people don't want work these days. read more

Stopped to get gas. Walked in the store to grag a soda and lady at the register was super nice! Another plus with this location is the Popeyes attached to the store. I don't know about you, but the smell of fried chicken is fantastic! read more

The gas station at 3310 Peyton here in Chino Hills gave me change for a 20-10-dollar bill when I went back the following week to use it to get the lottery ticket I buy every week a guy at the counter or some middle eastern guy with saying that there was something wrong with the bill I explained you guys gave that to me last week he marked it nothing was wrong with it then for some reason he decided to deposit it they're safe wouldn't accept it so they would not let me use the $10 bill they gave me would not take the time to check the camera because I didn't have the exact date when I was there last so be careful if they give you change if it's a crispy Bill reject it they will not allow you to use it when you return read more

If you want the most expensive gas, the most expensive market items such as water, milk or food. You found it. Congratulations the greedy owner breaks the record for the most expensive items in Chino Hills at a gas station water that normally costs Ninety nine cents is four dollars here read more

Gas station cashier/attendant rude attitude. Would not check lottery tickets and scratcher for me. Asked me to use the machine to check on my own. Then, after I requested payout amounts of $25 and $5, she tells me that she doesn't have any cash. Then why did she tell me to check in the beginning? She could have told me that information when she asked me to use the machine. She said she only had $5 bills. I proceeded to tell her that it's okay and that I would take the $5 bills and she then states she needed the change for other customers. Again, why say that if she knew she didn't want to provide the service? read more

Do not use card here. Used one of my cards a few weeks back and I got a charge for 175 dollars on it right a short time after I left this location. I wouldve just assumed it could've happened anywhere else but I had a hunch and tried again with my Venmo card and sure enough somehow after using this gas station someone skimmed my card and is now trying again to charge my Venmo account with shit from door dash. Shit people work here read more

Horrible. I saw all the reviews but I needed gas and thought "well, it's a gas station, is it REALLY that serious?" Ummm yea, it is... First, sketchy... employees and customers... I refused to go inside. First pump, card didn't fit. Like physically didn't fit in the slot... wtf. So I move my car, trying not to get shot, another pump. I try a card, like 7 ways from Sunday.. no luck. Nope, not going inside. There's like 20 people in there, not being helped... nope not doing that. Try another card... like 8 times, fails. Try my atm... enter pin... FINALLY works. Get the minimum amount of gas possible and leave... not getting any more of my money that absolutely necessary. Never coming here again. HOW is this place in the middle of chino hills???? read more

Should be no stars. I went here to get gas because I needed to replace the gas I used for my rental. I used my card and then cancelled because I wanted to verify on the proper gas grade. I used my card again for 10 bucks and everything went fine. The next day there was a 125 bucks for services not render. According to my bank the funds will be released and I will not be charge but what gives them the right to attempt to charge me 125 for a cancellation? Straight up shady. Do not go here. read more

Didn't go inside because we just neede gas and used a credit card. No problems, typical speed pump :) There was a mysterious person dressed in black sitting on the dark side of the building but he didn't approach me. May have been a whole gang over there and you wouldn't know because it was so dark. Definitely needs some better outdoor lighting all the way around. read more

Waited in line for a couple min and when I began to realize no one was around I walked to a door that was open in the back and said "is there anyone here?" The woman responded from behind another door and said "just a minute". I waited a other 3 or so minutes and had to go back and let them know I have somewhere to be and then 2 employees finally came out from the way back. It was weird and seemed like they were doing things they should't have been. read more

Very poor customer service, husband & I went in for some beer, husband was paying while I was using the restroom, clerk didn't want to ring up my husband until I showed my ID, now I'm not the one paying why did he need my ID? No need he was just being an A hole, second we try to purchase power ball, again he said he couldn't sell it to us because the other clerk wasn't around to approve, what the hell?! Stupidest thing ever! Also telling us "it is what it is" very unprofessional! Why are you working there then? This was around 9-10pm guy in his 30s should have gotten his name, rudest person ever wouldnt recommend going inside, watch out with the night crew! read more

The woman working today was so rude. She kept walking away from the counter to text on her phone. Went up to the register to pay for my item and asked her a question. She didn't even look at me and rudely said just said "no". I pay for my item and she hands me my cash, yanks the receipt from the register and tosses it out without asking me if I wanted it. read more

Shell food mart counter clerk wasn't very helpful when I tried to redeem a manufacturers coupon. He wouldn't take it because he said it takes too long for him to get his money. But the fact is, he'll get his money. So I went down the street to 711 on chino hills pkwy and had no problem. Will not return to this store. read more

Walked in at 8:45 PM on a Tuesday night made a quick coffee and grabbed a snack only to have the cashier counting her drawer right out in the open on the counter to tell me that they are closed and they are not opening or taking purchases because of shift change. So not only did they lose a sale purchase but they also lost an open beverage on the counter .There had to of been at least 5 to 10 customers in there eating Popeyes on a Tuesday night and this cashier had to turn away at least five people from the time that I was in the store because she was counting her drawer and it was shift closing time. A little unheard-of if you tell me. This isn't the first time that this cashier has been rude so I will not return. they lost a daily customer read more
