This location actually had a lot more items in-stock than the Ontario Mills location, as I was going to be in two places on the same day. As with any Bath & Body Works location, we are greeted on our way in and there is also always a long line to the registers. There were bins in the middle of the store, near the register, with great deals! The store was clean, neat, and fully stocked. My online order for pick-up was not ready until late morning the next day (ordered the early afternoon before), so keep that in mind especially if there are sales going on. I was worried that my order would not be ready by the time I arrived, but good thing I was there in the early afternoon the next day, instead of the morning. We were able to pick-up our order, without any issues, and they even had the free plastic bags for gifts (when asked). We were at the Ontario Mills location earlier, and they were out, as we had also purchased a few items from there. There were plenty of parking in front of the store, very conveniently located store.

On my next visit, the head pharmacist decided to speak to me about it. Instead of apologizing for my experience he defended his employee and CVS. Not once did he acknowledge my opinion and experience. He told me when he first read it, he figured the customer was "just acting out of anger" until he learned it was me. Get that last point? He initially tried to blow off the survey. Just like he was defending the employee! By the way, he did not even speak to this employee. So far, two strikes. So the lesson to be learned is if you fill out a survey it means nothing to them. The customer is "always wrong"! How things have changed!

Well lit shopping space, lots of super friendly, welcoming and personable staff to answer any questions, skin concerns, and help you try out and match things to whatever your preferences are. Lots of other LUSH locations have filled bowls with soap, bath bomb crumbles everywhere, the not best product out due to people grabbing and trying things, but this is hands down the cleanest one and despite having a super popular collaboration going on (Sanrio), they were well stocked AND had a good stock of past collab goods too (Paddington, Minions, and even the Super Mario movie). You'd be hard pressed to find that at other locations. Store is larger than others and the way they display bath bombs is ingenious. You can see everything on the wall, it's not tip toeing up and to look at items on a higher shelf, you're not dropping or accidentally rolling it off the table, and it's aesthetically pleasing. This location has a lot of different sizes for the fragrances and variety available too. Hands down probably one of the best LUSH that I've been to.

It was the flaxseed hand cream and I fell in love. I didn't want to buy online because shipping for rural residence is difficult no matter what company ships. So when I was traveling again I thought I'd take the time to stop by a local Lush. When I looked online it said all the stores within vicinity were 'out of stock'. I was going to be next to Lush in the evening and decided to call beforehand and just check if they had some flaxseed hand cream in store or if they had information on stock/restock information. Sweet woman answered and said she had some, large and small. I told her I was excited and be in later! I stopped in and brought my sister for her first time. When I got there I asked about where the hand cream was located, Ally started to direct me but then asked if I called earlier and said she actually set one aside for me 'just in case' and I was so grateful. Since my sister had never been I wanted her to experience all the product testers and demos. Ally's coworker (forgot to grab his name), showed my sister the bubble bar demo as well as sample her some skin care products.
