I called ahead to see if they can accept me and came in and they had me sitting for 20 mins with no communication as to how much longer I have to wait. When I asked how much longer, I got a few mins as a response and the wait still continue. This was all over a simple 10 min eyebrow wax service. Not coming here again. I honestly feel like I've given this place way more chances than they deserved. Partly because it's just so close to my work and it's hard to drive anywhere else that late. There are two younger ladies and one guy who I believe is the owner that have done a great job and I guess I always hope I get one of them... but I haven't been so lucky. I don't know his name, but the taller skinnier guy who doesn't speak English at all and is set up on the far right table in the middle row is the worst. He always sands down the front half of my nails excessively, which makes them weaker and more prone to breaking. My nails are naturally thick and strong but I always have a problem with them breaking after getting my nails done with him. Not to mention the huge indent on the front of your nail with a sudden bump towards the base of your nail which does NOT look cute... one time I even told him I had two nails that were cracking and he said they were fine. I figured okay, they're the experts, I trust them! Literally 2 days after, those nails were broken... I had one gel nail fixed by him once and when he finished, he said it was $5 -___- to fix ONE nail ? I guess it's my fault for not asking beforehand too, but wtf dude. Last week, the guy with glasses did well with shaping my nail and he was nice but did not fix my nail when we were talking about how it was broken. He only cut my nail short and glued it when it was already halfway broken, so the very top portion of the nail was still loose. The polish coat was also uneven and you can see transparent patches. Went in today to fix that and the older lady that fixed my nail today redid my nail in a square shape when the rest of my nails were clearly round... it was also lopsided. And the side that was made lower wasn't even the chipped side??? The "standard" here if you don't say anything is a square nail, but really??? She already sanded my nail down to how thin the chip was so she didn't even need to shorten it.. smh now i have another thin nail.. read more

They also offer other services such as eyebrows and do a great job in shaping your eyebrows to a natural looking shape. They offer reasonable pricing and they occasionally offer specials. The shop itself is spacious with plenty of chairs to accommodate whatever services you are getting. Still love this place, it's been my go-to nail shop for the past 4.5 years now for the quality of their staff and affordable pricing. I was so glad to find out they were still open as some shops didn't survive the shutdown! This is my new favorite nail salon close to home. I got a gel mani ($25) and a pedicure ($20). The work was quality and efficient and I was done in only 45 minute. Two of the other nails salons I go to, take 3 hours and that is just too much time. I need to be home with my kids :P I brought my own nail polish for my pedi and they have a beautiful gel nails colors. The second time (two weeks later) was even better when I got another gel manicure. The pedicure has lasted a month and still looks good!!! I recently moved to Chino Hills from Orange County, and my beloved usual nail place is too far of a drive for me to make, so since this place is local, I tried it out. I've been here three times now. I'm simple, so it's hard to get it wrong - I get my nails filled, shaped (usually stiletto shape) and painted with regular nail polish. The place is clean and spacious, but the TV is behind all of the nail stations. So unless you're getting a pedicure and are in one of the spa chairs, the TV is utterly useless. One of the (summer) days I walked in, the A/C was either turned up high or not on at all and the doors were open. It was a little too warm for comfort in there. The first time I came in, I was in and out in about an hour. I had my nails painted a nude color, and I was taken over to the fans to have them dry. About halfway through, I pulled my nails out to inspect only to find that it had created little ripples in my nails because the fans were too strong. I hadn't said anything, but apparently I looked concerned so someone came over and I showed him what had happened. He repainted my nails (he said it that happens with certain nail polishes) and was very nice about it. I left feeling pretty good about this place and had figured I found my new nail place. The second time, I had come in to have my nails re-painted. She also filed down the inside part so it wasn't so obvious thad I had gone two weeks without a fill. I didn't ask for her to do that, but I went along with it. Only at the end did I realize she charged for that too, unless re-painting nails is $9.50. With a tip, I paid $12.50 to have my nails painted. If I would have known it would be that much, I would have just spent the extra few dollars and gotten a fill right then and there. I got my nails done here a few days ago, and I showed him a picture of the shape I wanted. I didn't know the name, but apparently it's called a coffin shape. My nails are so uneven and lopsided, I debated having them re-done somewhere else after I left. Multiple times when he was shaping them, I told him where to fix it and what parts to file down more, but there was really no point because it was already a mess. I might be back as a last resort, but for now, I'm going to keep trying to find a new place that I can count on. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for almost 1 1/2 years now. So this review is extremely long over due. Everyone does a pretty good job but Stacy is my go to girl. She is super detail oriented and her work is consistently great. I'll come in w/a picture of a design I found online and she has always been able to duplicate it perfectly. I also bring my 6 year old nice in w/me at least once a month and they are ALWAYS so good with her. She fidgets a lil when she gets a little uncomfortable as she is a 6 year old but they do not show any of their frustration. They politely help her reposition and get comfortable. That level of service goes a long way w/me. I appreciate the cleanliness and organization of the salon as well. They have lots of cute gel colors to choose from. read more

The quality of the services were fair. Today I had a pedicure and gel manicure where they had to remove my dip manicure. My pedicure was fine. I did have to tell the lady a few times to adjust the water temp because it was freezing. I did notice that they didn't have the plastic for the spa bowls... but I continued to be serviced. My manicure technician was absolutely rude. He act like he didn't want to service me. There were numerous times that he decided to argue with me over nail colors. It is my understanding that you should never argue with your customers, but I guess that standard isn't true for all businesses. It is because of the lack for respect and just utter rudeness that I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Very friendly to my family and I attentive, knowledgeable in their craft and they take their time. The wait is very reasonable, usually by the time you've picked out a nail color, it's time for you to be seated. Sometimes they may not start on your feet right away, but your sitting in a spa chair, so relax and enjoy the message till a technician is ready. We go on Sunday after church shopping and eating. Seems to be a good time to go not crowded at all during any of our visits. Since moving to our new house (home owner) this has been our go to/new spot. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because they do a decent acrylic set. I've been going here for years and I have always been super friendly, tipped well, and have tried to blame the language barrier for the horrible management. I started getting my nails done there but I just needed a quick pedicure before the holidays so I decided to try Bella out again. I called today around noon to try to get in at 4 for a pedicure. The man on the phone answered and said "too busy". I then asked when a better time would be and he said 5:00. He took my name down and set a 5:00 appointment for a pedicure. I came in later at 5:00 and it took 5 min before someone asked what I needed. I said I had a pedicure appointment at 5:00 and they responded by saying, "okay" without any further direction, time estimate, or even a hello. So I sat down and waited. I then asked the manager how long he thinks the wait will be and he couldn't be bothered to look up at me as said, "I don't know". I started to ask if it was going to be more than 20 minutes and he didn't respond so I didn't think he heard me. I asked again and he just told me to sit down so I just got up and left. I was very annoyed because I waited around for an hour because I originally wanted to go in at 4, but it wasn't available. I came in for a set appointment at 5 and it still was not promised. Very irritating to plan your day around an appointment only for it to not be promised at that time. I've been in there getting my nails done prior to this and I've seen a lot of people being treated the same way and they leave upset because they don't have time to wait around. I've even waited an hour for an appointment once and that was only because they give no real time estimate and are always on their phones. I only recommend going to this place if every other nail salon is closed and you don't mind being treated poorly and waiting an hour for your appointment.
