So, I've been here a couple times. This is a one-off, but it's also the last time. I'll tell you, everybody is really nice, the salon is very clean, open, and air. I do recommend... some of them. First, I came in with a not impossible disney design (poison apple). But I scrapped it in favor of red and gold. Now, I wanted a red. But not this red. In fact, I didn't get to choose any of my colors. The gold nails were supposed to have a pillow design. First, and I thought they would know this, to do a pillow design, you use a nail file to press down into the acrylic paste while it's still soft to create a diamond pattern. She used the clear gel and dropped it into diamond shapes on my nails. While they DO look like diamond shapes, they are also different sizes. Secondly, the gold color. SHE chose a glitter gold to put on the nails, and it completely took away from the diamond pattern. It should've been a matte gold. Again, I wasn't even asked. Then I wanted red stones in the diamond shapes (like the sample picture). I told her red stones. Well, I'm not paying attention and she's already put white stones on one hand and is getting ready to start the other. She said she forgot the red stones. My gold pillow nails that I was very excited for, don't look ANYTHING like I asked for. It felt like she rushed through it because it was the end of the day. read more

This was my first visit here and I'll definitely be coming back! I got a French tip gel pedicure, and Mina provided such a great overall experience. She was incredibly patient while I decided between different nail styles -- no attitude and no rushing, which I really appreciated. I'm usually uncomfortable during nail appointments because some nail techs can be a bit rough, so I have a hard time fully relaxing. That wasn't the case here at all. Mina was gentle and attentive the entire time. It's also common for me to be asked to constantly move my feet in and out of the drying machine, but this was the first place I didn't have to do that, which made the experience feel seamless. My skin is heat-sensitive, so I especially appreciated that she didn't just place a hot towel directly onto my legs right away and tapped it a few times before setting it down. The salon itself is aesthetically beautiful, the check-in process was professional, and they offer complimentary beverages. The entire staff seemed very polite and welcoming. Not gonna lie, coming into this place I had a high expectation based on all of the good reviews this place has. I had spent $70 just for a gel manicure...in my opinion is was too expensive. In the photo attached is what I had asked for. Not even 2 days later they had all chipped off. Which doesn't make sense because My mother had also gotten a gel manicure and hers is perfectly fine. Maybe it was because my service felt very rushed and not taken care of that well? Which I would say isn't fair when I had spent a total of $280 for 2 mani & pedis. All in all I wouldnt really reccomend this place in the future unless you want ur nails to peel off in 2 days! read more

I decided to treat myself for an upcoming special occasion. I looked this place up and decided to make an appointment with Nancy after reading reviews about her work. Nancy was professional and explained that I can get gel x which helps me grow out my natural nails. She was able to answer all my questions about the difference between acrylics and gel. I decided to get square shape on her suggestion, but realized after I left that I can't do much with this shape. I use my hands a lot so took some getting used to. I DONT recommend square nails! I also got a pedicure. I had not been here before so I was able to get a 10% discount as a first time customer. I also paid in cash so was able to get an additional 5% savings. Total with discounts was $88 not including tip. This isn't a "usual" shop. It's glitz and glamor and lots of ambience and extras. So I get why they charge a little extra (seemingly) for their services. Maybe I'm out of touch, (and yes they offer a complimentary alcoholic beverage). read more

Paid $50 for gel nails that started chipping in THREE days. I've had regular polish last longer than that. Went back expecting them to stand behind their work, and instead they had the audacity to charge me another $20 just to fix their mistake. And the "fixed" nails chipped again and started to peel off. So let me get this straight.... $ 70 total for nails that couldn't even make it a week? That's not just bad quality, that's a complete lack of accountability. If you're looking to waste your money and get treated like the problem when their work falls apart, this is the place for you. Great, professional, gorgeous place to get your nails at. 1st timer, checking in was easy (on an ipad) waited about 12mins, was offered the nails colors maybe 10 mins in. I chose Gel X stiletto, for the 1st time, LOVED then. I found a design on Pinterest and my nail tech duplicated it. I was done in about 45mins or so, i thought that was quick for the beautiful design. I happen to be in town, my sin was getting his hair done in the same shipping center.
