Takes walk ins Reasonable prices Great service Large parking lot I've been having such a hard time finding a nail place that won't secretly overcharged me at the end of my service and also do a nice clean job , so I'm so glad I found this place !! Their prices are reasonable and the work is beautiful !! Also the gentlemen who did my daughter hands and toes was SOOOOO SWEET AND SOOOO PATIENT with her! He also did a really clean job, cause sometimes when they do my daughters nails they don't really care do to a clean job since she's just a toddler , but her really took his time and made sure they were perfect !! Thank you
This is my first time getting my nails done, and I love them! I originally wanted hibiscus flowers, but my nails were a bit too short, so we chose a different flower design. A very pretty lady with brown hair and black roots did my nails, though I didn't get her name. I have small nail beds and paid around $60 for the length and design. The salon's interior was very calming and relaxing.
Really really wanted to love this place because they do incredible nail art. I got lots of compliments on the work. Unfortunately after the last experience I won't go back. On an average I am at the salon for 3 hours because while they are working on you they are also working on three other people. I stayed for three months because the art is great but the time I spend and the money just doesn't add up. I gave two stars instead of one because the nail art is on point. Today a gentleman did my toes, cut my big toe pretty badly and the paint job was horrendous. Definitely the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. I'll need to go to another salon for a polish change because the results were so bad. Sitting in the chair while getting a massage I felt groped because he was going up my thigh. So $93.00 later not including tip and I'll need to get the polish replaced. They also advertise they take card payments but when I paid asked for me to bring cash next time. I won't be back.

I had to tell both people to get new tools because they were trying to use tools with someone else's cuticles on them! He cut almost every finger. Doesn't say anything then put some blue liquid on it and it starts to burn like crazy! He painted my skin and left it. One of my fingers is still throbbing from the cut being so deep. Do not recommend at all! Disgusting!

No one even started to help me until almost 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and by then it was going to take too long so I had them take my nails off and I left. When I returned a few weeks later to get gel X extensions I had a good experience and was happy with the work by Tiffany. She did a really good job with the design I showed her. Fast forward to today, I walk in on a Saturday afternoon and the place is empty which isn't a good sign. I ask for a gel polish change only and they try to talk me into getting a fill which is an additional charge. My nails were grown out a few weeks, but I asked them to just file the base of the nail to smooth it out and put gel polish over it. The owner/manager was very pushy and other employees got involved which made me feel uncomfortable. I let him know that I am a licensed cosmetologist so I understood how it works and I just wanted the gel polish. The girl doing my nails seemed like she was annoyed and was very rough while filing my nails. Mind you they were reusing implements that should be disposed of between each client. The nail design could have been neater, but I could tell the nail tech was nervous. The manager seemed to disappear after that and my service went on ok, but I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I could tell other employees were talking about me. Despite all of that I did leave a $10 tip because the girl who did my nails took her time and tried her best to do this design. And you can't even tell by looking at my nails that there is a slight dip where the gel X nails had grown out.
My first time coming was superb! Kept in contact through Yelp where I made the appointment for a pedicure and manicure set. The lady that took care of me REALLY did an amazing job! The color blend was gorgeous and my nails were so beautiful, toes and all. Perfect for my birthday getaway. However, I decided to get a fill instead of removal about 3 weeks later. The man that works there did it. First he said it would be $15. Then he bumped it to $25. Then he mumbled something and said $40. This was all within 45 seconds, so I was pissed. I went with the $25 considering I never had a fill before. But I know it sure isn't $40. My set was $40. I was hoping he could blend the green into the hot pink which would have been lovely. But he covered the pink area completely and didn't know how to blend. The job was terrible. Plus, the fill was bad because they started lifting again within 2 days. Total waste of money. They get 4 stars for now, and I'll try to ask for the same lady I had the first time. She did so well!
If your looking for a nail spot in chino/chino hills this is the place to go. I've been getting my nails done by Tracy for 3 plus years the quality and price of her work is absolutely amazing. I'm never disappointed, they don't over charge you like some places do ( adding $5 to everything) they are upfront with their prices and work. 10/10 recommend asking for Tracy and making an appointment before hand, you won't be disappointed.
I came in on a Tuesday to get my nails done. I got gel x and Hannah was the one who did my nails. I loved the nails Hannah did for me, she is really good and always kept making sure I was satisfied with the nail throughout the process. They came out looking beautiful and the way I wanted it. Not only did she do a great job, it didn't take as long as I expected. It is located in a plaza so you don't need to worry about parking. I am definitely coming back again!

I hate to say it but this place wasn't really good. The staff is friendly although, my nails look like I could have done it myself. It also started chipping and clumping within a day. I was bummed bc I went to a wedding and wasn't happy with my nails. read more

This was my first time here and won't be my last!! Tracy did my nails, while Van did my friends nails. They both came out amazing. Been here two times and actually started to like this place. Was there a few days ago for a pedicure and asked the lady to remove what felt like in an ingrown toenail. She removed the nail and I was happy with my pedicure. Fast forward to the next day woke up with a red and swollen toe. I went back thinking she did not remove the entire ingrown so she tried again. All they did was put some sort of liquid on my toe after cutting too deep. I kept telling her it hurt. Needless to say the next day I ended up in urgent care with an infection. Now I'm on 10 days of antibiotics... this place is not worth it!!! I have yet to get an infection from a nail shop until now! Will not be returning! read more

Found this place through reading reviews and am glad I visited! Got my nails and wax done by Tracy and she was super careful, understanding, and is very talented. Told her what I wanted and she happily went with it and I love how it all turned out. I did the powder dip and feel no bumps. I will be coming here every other week now. Thank you, Tracy! read more

My first time here and I'm head over heels over my nail technician! Bebe did my mani and pedi and I have no complaints. I like for my entire nail to be covered and she did just that. I came here for the first time today and I loved it! Hannah did my nails and she did such a great job. I had my nails previously done (somewhere else) and did not like them, so I came here to get them fixed and they couldn't have turned out better. I will definitely be coming back here. read more
