A very pretty lady with brown hair and black roots did my nails, though I didn't get her name. I have small nail beds and paid around $60 for the length and design. They had some rendition of how it was 48 then there was a charge for the card. Still didn't add up. Anyway, not going back. I agree with others. Really really wanted to love this place because they do incredible nail art. I got lots of compliments on the work. Unfortunately after the last experience I won't go back. On an average I am at the salon for 3 hours because while they are working on you they are also working on three other people. I stayed for three months because the art is great but the time I spend and the money just doesn't add up. I gave two stars instead of one because the nail art is on point. Today a gentleman did my toes, cut my big toe pretty badly and the paint job was horrendous. Definitely the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. I'll need to go to another salon for a polish change because the results were so bad. Sitting in the chair while getting a massage I felt groped because he was going up my thigh. So $93.00 later not including tip and I'll need to get the polish replaced. They also advertise they take card payments but when I paid asked for me to bring cash next time. After giving this salon a few different tries, I'm not sure I will be back again. Every experience seems to get worse and worse. A few weeks ago I called to make an appointment and when I showed up (early) I asked if I could sit and soak off my gels. No one even started to help me until almost 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and by then it was going to take too long so I had them take my nails off and I left. When I returned a few weeks later to get gel X extensions I had a good experience and was happy with the work by Tiffany. She did a really good job with the design I showed her. Fast forward to today, I walk in on a Saturday afternoon and the place is empty which isn't a good sign. I ask for a gel polish change only and they try to talk me into getting a fill which is an additional charge. My nails were grown out a few weeks, but I asked them to just file the base of the nail to smooth it out and put gel polish over it. The owner/manager was very pushy and other employees got involved which made me feel uncomfortable. I let him know that I am a licensed cosmetologist so I understood how it works and I just wanted the gel polish. The girl doing my nails seemed like she was annoyed and was very rough while filing my nails. Mind you they were reusing implements that should be disposed of between each client. The nail design could have been neater, but I could tell the nail tech was nervous. The manager seemed to disappear after that and my service went on ok, but I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I could tell other employees were talking about me. Despite all of that I did leave a $10 tip because the girl who did my nails took her time and tried her best to do this design. And you can't even tell by looking at my nails that there is a slight dip where the gel X nails had grown out. read more

My first time coming was superb! Kept in contact through Yelp where I made the appointment for a pedicure and manicure set. The lady that took care of me REALLY did an amazing job! The color blend was gorgeous and my nails were so beautiful, toes and all. Perfect for my birthday getaway. However, I decided to get a fill instead of removal about 3 weeks later. The man that works there did it. First he said it would be $15. Then he bumped it to $25. Then he mumbled something and said $40. This was all within 45 seconds, so I was pissed. I went with the $25 considering I never had a fill before. But I know it sure isn't $40. My set was $40. I was hoping he could blend the green into the hot pink which would have been lovely. But he covered the pink area completely and didn't know how to blend. The job was terrible. Plus, the fill was bad because they started lifting again within 2 days. Total waste of money. They get 4 stars for now, and I'll try to ask for the same lady I had the first time. She did so well! read more

The ladies were very nice but my cuticles were sliced multiple times, the acrylics weren't covering my nails fully and another technician had to come fix it, and my pedicure was done so quickly with minimal effort. I didn't get my nails done regularly in the past so I didn't know. But now that I go to other nail salons and see how attentive the technicians are and how much work they put in for the same services, I'm so disappointed at this place. read more

I loved the nails Hannah did for me, she is really good and always kept making sure I was satisfied with the nail throughout the process. They came out looking beautiful and the way I wanted it. Been here two times and actually started to like this place. Was there a few days ago for a pedicure and asked the lady to remove what felt like in an ingrown toenail. She removed the nail and I was happy with my pedicure. Fast forward to the next day woke up with a red and swollen toe. I went back thinking she did not remove the entire ingrown so she tried again. All they did was put some sort of liquid on my toe after cutting too deep. I kept telling her it hurt. Needless to say the next day I ended up in urgent care with an infection. Now I'm on 10 days of antibiotics... this place is not worth it!!! I have yet to get an infection from a nail shop until now! Will not be returning! read more

Hands down the best nail salon I have ever gone to!!! I'm very picky and I actually have eczema on my hands so I sometimes expect the nail tec to say something about it and get judged but not here! The whole staff is very kind and detailed in their work. The environment is very cleanly, they definitely take that seriously. They don't try to rush you out to of there like other salons. Also if you're trying to get a reallllllly good pedicure, this is the spot. I come out feeling like I have brand new feet! Ken is my favorite for pedicures. I recently went here for my birthday and I honestly didn't know what to do with my nails at first... Lisa was so patient and helpful during the whole process! I absolutely love it here. I realized once she got to the car and went back. They tried to tell us we were in the wrong but after going back & forth gave us the remainder we actually deserved. To add on top of that.
