At two weeks my sets always look fresh, with great retention. My lashes have stayed healthy and have consistent growth over the last 6+ months. I am a cryer and the fact they all stayed in tact after a few cry seshes AND DID NOT ONCE BURN AFTER OR DURING THE TEARS I was beyond impressed and knew deep down I could trust Natasha instantly! She is so talented and a true lash genie always granting me my desired looks; exceeding my reference photo expectation, going above and beyond with her own unique twist. I decided to finally lock into the lash industry once and for all after I found out she offered her own 1:1 training courses. I have taken classes prior, even ones out all the way in NY, and nothing/no one compares to Natasha; her level of lash experience + retention is TOP TIER!!! I've had my fair share in this industry paying over $1k in courses to only feel confused and insecure after realizing I was only being seen as a walking $transaction, not fully grasping the concept after forking out a fortune. BUT NOT THE CASE HERE, she is the best of the best! As an Instructor & Lash Technician Natasha took her time teaching and correcting me over and over until it was known by both her and I, I UNDERSTOOD. She was by my side the ENTIRE time guiding me, which is something I admired & was so grateful for! At the end we went over what I needed to focus on mainly, even correcting me by showing me what I was doing wrong so I don't make bad habits later. The amount of patience, reassurance, dedication, and creativity this woman has is insane! I absolutely feel 10000% more confident in starting up my lash career again with confidence thanks to GLOW ME LASH!!! 11/10 experience would recommend if you are ready to start your new life or just want to feel pretty you found your go-to lady ´･･`

She completely disregarded my concern and continued to place the blame on me. I got a gel pedicure last Saturday, and today is Saturday, so there's absolutely no reason for the gel to have come off after only a week. I was already in a rush when I got the pedicure and didn't pay as much attention as I should have because I also noticed that she messed up the shape of my toes. At that point, I was over the entire experience and just wanted to leave. I take responsibility for not paying closer attention before leaving, but I will definitely never make that mistake again. The way my concern was handled afterward was honestly what made this experience even worse. BEWARE of this place! I would not recommend it.
