I will say, I'm so incredibly disappointed. On removal of the gel mani, a few days after my initial review, my nails are damaged and incredibly brittle because of the way the polish was applied. Im updating my review because the last time I came here was with my two young daughters. I came in and let them know the girls were getting a manicure and I was just getting a pedicure. They sat us down right away. Then when it was time for them to get their nails done the owner Amy came over and very loud to my daughter made a comment about her cuticles. I usually don't say anything but this is my 12 year old daughter who had never gone to a nail salon in her life and is a child. Amy took it upon herself to make comments about my daughter's cuticles loudly and saying how much she had and needed a full manicure. I didn't mind paying for a full manicure but to put a young girl on the spot like that isn't ok. Then after she made a comment about her cuticles she walked over to a customer whom she didn't have an appt with and came in after us and started asking her about how she wanted her nails and completely ignored my daughter. I had to speak up and say if she was going to do them after all. This place has gone downhill with professionalism. The woman who did my pedicure was very kind and very professional. But sadly with poor ownership they have lost my business. read more

Went in for a gel builder manicure and had a bad experience with Ivy. She was rude and unprofessional, and my nails came out bumpy with uneven shapes. When I politely spoke up, she got upset and called me "picky" and said I can't deal with you lol I mean, I'm paying for a service, so yes. After that, staff started talking in their language which felt uncomfortable and disrespectful. Wouldn't recommend if you care about quality or customer service. read more

So there's a few things here that needs to be said. Pedicures here. Excellent. Manicure? My girl had a very terrible experience. Let's move on. Upon walking in we were greeted immediately. And sat down next to each other. They started our pedicures immediately. Then a lady came over to start my girls manicure. The removal of her old nails went well. No issues. But then came adding the new nails. They brought out curved nails. She asked for acrylic straight. When she mentioned "those are curved not straight" The responded with "no it's ok natural style ok" NO it is not ok. Don't put nails on someone that they don't ask for. They actually put one on her and she pulled her hand away saying no! When nails grow it'll curve down. So then they actually took the nail Off and it ended up making my girls finger bleed. Overall the experience was terrible. However the pedicure was great and that's why the 2 stars. Would I recommend this place? I guess if you need a simple pedicure. read more

Went in with my sister I made an appointment for mani and pedi and they told me while I was soaking that they could only do one. They were rushing us when we tried to double check on our designs and the lady doing my nails cut me with her own nails not even a tool with how forceful she was being. Here are some pictures of what we wanted and what we got. And while I was getting my nails done they let two walk in and go in for a pedi and asked me if I wanted to do mine when they had previously told me they wouldn't be able to do both. I got Gel X for the first time and had a reference photo but unfortunately my nails came out not looking like how I wanted them to look. Design-wise, not the best. But service is OK. They do well with solid colors and shaping, and they are very patient during the design process, but you will need to guide them to choose the correct colors. Language is biggest challenge here no body speaks good english and explains what is the price of service. They give one price and once you sit and during the service they would ask you if you need this or need that but wouldnt let you know that they are not covered in price discussed at counter. Also the french nails on my legs were a massive flop today after sitting for an hour and since they dont know language you cannot even explain them whats wrong and neigther get nails redone as you already have wasted your 1hr of time read more

I've been here twice for gel pedicure. The first time one of my nails came off the same day, I went back and they fixed it and it came off again the next day. I came back probably 6 months later to give it another shot. I got a gel pedicure again, they rushed through it (it was not busy at all), only did one coat of the colored polish so it didn't look like the color I chose and was translucent. On top of that, one of the nails came off within a few weeks. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but have now had 2 poor experiences here. Definitely not worth the money read more
