WOULD YOU PAY $60??? This is the ugliest shi I've ever seen in my life. They had the audacity to charge me for "medium length" what about this is MEDIUM? They're short as hell and crooked. They shouldn't even offer GEL X if they don't know how to do the right technique that lady just be doing anything I swear Update: they deleted their original comment saying that they will correct their mistake and are using a review I put on a different salon 5 years ago as justification for their bad business. The salon I wrote negatively about in the past CUT MY FINGER AND MADE ME BLEED. They're acting as if I walk around looking for issues with nail salons. It would actually make them look better if they stood on business with their original comment but they decided to delete the response and blame the customer instead lol. My problem is that I ASKED if they can do this design and shape. The gel x technique was poor too as the nails were lifting and she kept adding more glue and layers. Made an appointment for a basic full set and for my 4 year old to get her toes and hands painted I was quoted $40 for full set and gel with an additional $10 for my daughter. So I pulled out $50 (plus tip), she said no my nails alone were $65!!!! How was I not told that my nails were for some reason an additional $25 for no design, no pattern, just a basic gel !!!! Not only was I overcharged for my nails but the shape isn't even , so crooked and the guy was so rough! By far one of the most painful appointments I have ever had !! Also my daughter asked for red and orange for her toe nails and the lady just used a different type of red! So my daughter was upset that she didn't get what she wanted I also made the appointment for 2:15 and we didn't get out till 4:30 !!!!!!! Just overall wasn't happy for being overcharged so much without being told,when I was quoted a very different price ! Also I was hoping my daughter and I would get our nails done together but they made her wait till I was done and then we had to wait even longer afterwards for someone to do her nails !! To top it all of the place doesn't seem to sanitize anything between clients! They don't whip down the chairs or tables after one is done and the new one sits down !! I dropped my 14 and 16 year old daughters with their two friends on 09/10/2020. My daughter called and said the lady who did her friends nails cut her badly on two fingers. She was bleeding on both fingers and had to hold a paper towel to stop the bleeding. When they pointed it out, the lady yelled and screamed and called them "crazy" and pointed at her face. To treat young girls in such a rude and horrible manner is UNACCEPTABLE. I am extremely upset that they were yelled at! I've been going here for a bit with my best friends, enough to fully get an idea of what I think about this place. First of all, even if you make an app. way ahead of time, they make you wait way over the time they're supposed to be tending to you! Its pointless to make one. Second, I get my nails done by Crystal and she does excellent at shaping my nails but she shaves my skin off EVERY TIME. At first I thought I could deal with the pain but now she literally is making me bleed. It actually is unbearable how much my skin will sting whilst getting my nails done. I came here with my friend and we both were unfortunately very disappointed. They were not very cleanly, the tools were not new or previously sanitized and the foot spas didn't have liners. My pedicure artist didn't seem to know how to do a french tip, she had to redo one of them twice. The towels were not hot and she was not very wary of a cut I had on my leg either, rubbing the sugar scrub into it a few times (by accident). My friend's nail artist was a little rough on her, when it was time to pay she didn't just tap her arm to let her know, she grabbed it forcefully and pulled her out of the chair. As a side note, they did not have any driers for your polish. For a just decent experience, the pricing was much too high. I will not be returning. read more

It was the worst experience we both have ever had getting our nails done. 1) nails polish selection is terrible 2) it's dirty inside 3) they don't use liners inside of foot basin 4) they wrap your arm and legs in 100degree towels 5) they are in a rush to get you out which caused both "nail techs" to do a bad job. I'm always in love with my manicure. Tina does a BEAUTIFUL JOB with acrylics. I've done a full set/fill with gel and have also had dip powder and love both. I have a tendency to pick at my nails and make them all stubby and not cute so I typically opt for natural-looking nails for shape/length and Tina always does an amazing job. They are perfect and thin- so it looks like my natural nail My mom also goes to Tina for her acrylics. She loves her bling-bling and bedazzle and Tina never disappoints. Everyone here is very sweet and accommodating. I recommend coming in on a weekday if it's a walk-in or making an appointment at least one day in advance if you want a full set or fill because most ladies/patrons of this shop seem to come in for full set/fill/acrylic, which does take time. It was an extremely rushed job and after he finished, I noticed air bubbles which I asked for him to fix. Stumbled upon this place when I was visiting the spa around the corner... wasn't sure what to expect but i had several broken nails from moving and needed a fill bad. I get acrylic with gel polish. John was my nail tech and he did an amazing job. I get pointed tips. He fixed my broken nails. Meticulously filed them back into shape. Filled them, gelled them, it's been two and half weeks, and no broken nails at all. Polish still looks good too. Will definitely be a regular customer for now on. Highly recommend. read more

Crystal is amazing! She always does my full set and I have never been disappointed. She keeps my fake nails thin (which is a must) and well shaped. She's younger and definitely is more in touch with what younger women like. She takes her time (which I appreciate) so don't expect to be out in under an hour. She's never cut me. I can usually go about three weeks before I need a fill and that's with no nails falling off (never happens). A+++ for Crystal. She's the reason I continue to return here. Overall, there are several things I would change about the location if I could (professionalism of owner, size, equipment, ambience), but I've never been disappointed or left with a bad experience. I would like to point out that I loved coming to this place because the people are so friendly and the place seemed to be kept clean. Prices were a bit high but the work was beautiful. However, I will not be coming back because I now have green nails due to either bacteria on the nail plate when product was applied (due to dirty implements or poor prep) or product adhesion was insufficient when I had acrylic nails. When the adhesion is insufficient, bacteria can find its way under the product through a crack, chip, or lift. Now that my nails are green I can not cover them and must treat it as a fungus infection. This is absolutely horrible and extremely disappointing because I thought that I have found my new go to nail spot and now I must keep looking. read more
