As a 1st timer here. They were super friendly and welcoming right way. Super clean. Definitely recommend

10/10 service! Highly recommend this nail shop. I recently moved to the Ontario Ranch area and have tried 5 nail shops around me and they were all horrible. S & S nails are so accommodating when it comes to appointments. Everyone is very nice and professional. When I asked if they could do a certain design from an inspo pic they were all for it. I found my new nail shop. Very happy customer. read more

Ava did my nails, I hadn't had fake nails before and I tried their cat eye polish I believe it's called. They are amazing. I couldn't decide between two colors and Ava said let's do one of each color and then you can decide which you like best. She went above and beyond helping me and explaining what she was doing and why. She did the extra work of applying two different colors o couldn't decide on and I told her it's okay I didn't want to make more work for her and she was so sweet and said no it's no problem I want you to love them it's okay! The color was amazing they have a huge selection. It's clean and they're friendly! read more

Love this place! I always get my dip here with Vicky. Clean and love that they always have appts

The owner Ava is so sweet , they have great customer service. I recommend this to my friends.

First and last time here. Yelp says acrylic full set. I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist said "we only do dip sets so try dip"... so I did. Horrible set and pedicure. I asked the lady doing my nails for French tip when choosing out my colors the receptionist overheard and said "you needed to request that when you called for an appointment" very rudely in front of the whole salon. I don't do well with confrontation so I said "oh okay, just nude dip please". The nail techs proceeded to talk about me the whole service and stare, I felt horrible. The lady doing my pedicure did a bad job, she pained and filled my nails and I paid for the 2nd highest package & she not do any callus removal or Cuticle removal ..... Total I paid $97 + Tip . Will never come back here again. My left hand looks OK but my right hand nails look like spatulas. read more

Service was great....had pedicure and lip waxing....everyone was nice and clean. First time here.... I would come back.

I really want to gatekeep this place, but I guess I'll share with yall! Vickie is a master at her craft and the only person I'll go to for my pedicures. $50 dollars for a hot stone pedi with a gel French manicure is unheard of these days. Book your appointment now! read more

Never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon. I never felt so racial profiled. Called to make an appointment, told me 330pm for manicure and pedicure. Few minutes they called me back to come in within five minutes so I did only live 5minutes away from this place. Lady took long after they sat me down. Asked if they did callus scrub treatment and looked at me weird and told me all have callus treatment. Did the bare minimum of a pedicure I would say hardly a scrub. All the working woman kept starting at me and making comments. Three ladies able to do my manicure none of them took me, I'm Hispanic. The one doing my pedicure kept apologizing for not doing my manicure. Holding my tears. How can someone make you feel like this. A business. Once done able to get up and pay at least for my pedicure, receptionist kept saying sorry and if I would have came earlier or made an appointment...... well not professional at all. And well never be coming here again. read more

I highly recommend this place to anyone! I went there for the first time today - I called and was able to get an appt within 10 minutes of my call. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and put in a chair. The store is very clean, basically brand new! The music was really calming and peaceful and the 2 ladies working there were both attentive and warm and friendly. I got my gel pedicure done by Sunny. You can tell she put a lot of care and kindness into her work; she was so gentle with me and did such an amazing job with my nails! She was so thoughtful and even gave me a massage with hot stones! Not sure if it's included in their regular pedicures but it felt like she was going the extra mile to be caring and attentive to me. Thank you so much, Sunny! I will definitely be back again for my next pedicure Also, for those wondering, it was $40 for my gel pedicure. read more

S&S Nails Spa - Pedicure done. Not the greatest toes, I know! Lol but the work and experience was phenomenal and so relaxing! - Nail Salons Near Me - Chino, California

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Started in the beginning, I had an appointment at 1:15PM. Arrived ON TIME . Didn't get started until, almost 1:45. So when the employees start doing my nails, the manicurist was very very rough, and did a horrible job.I got something called "the dip", it's basically acrylics on top of your natural nails. Every single nail is I ever compared to the other hand. Now my pedicure was even worse. Apparently I had an ingrown toe nail. Though I am great full for the removal, there's so need to repeatedly stab someone in the toe with your little needle. He didn't stop digging into my toes, until I literally had to tell him to stop. All in all, I ended up bleeding and I left the place within TWO HOURS. NEVER WILL I COME BACK TO THIS NAIL SALON. I advise you all to never come ! Unless you want to get jabbed and end up bleeding. read more
