I've been coming to this salon regularly with my daughter and my bestie, and we always have a great experience! My daughter sees Lisa, and Lisa always does an incredible job on her nails. I usually have Lien for my pedicures and Jenn for my manicures, and we've never left unhappy. Jenn is so personable--she's talkative, funny, and makes the appointment fly by. Lien is quieter, but incredibly kind and consistently gives the most AMAZING pedicures. We usually make an appointment ahead of time, but on days we walk in, they're usually quick to get us started. If they know they're too busy, they're honest and let us know right away what time to come back, which I really appreciate. I've never had Helen do my nails, but she is so friendly, and the times I've had to bring my baby with me, she's been unbelievably sweet to him. One time she even got down and played Hot Wheels with him --he loved it! The salon is always clean, they have a great selection of colors, and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my nails! The shape came out so clean and feminine, and the soft pink color is perfect. The attention to detail was amazing and they made sure everything looked flawless. What really made the experience even better was how kind and welcoming everyone was with my daughter while I was getting my nails done. They kept her entertained and made us both feel comfortable the entire time, which I truly appreciated as a mom. This place is awesome! I came here with my girlfriend and we both got pedicures. As a man in a nail salon I thought i would feel awkward but the ladies here took great care of us. I wear work boots 12-14 hrs a-day. I had a couple of problematic ingrown nails and in general my poor feet were in rough shape. They were able to fix 2 really bad nails. They were gentle and caring. Apparently, I discovered a new trend here--one-week dip nails! Paid $65 for a set that cracked in under 14 days, and was told "dip doesn't last long." Oh, really? Funny, every other salon manages 3-4 weeks. Either they've invented disposable nails or they're using expired products. Bonus: they wanted me to pay again for their mistake... at a "discount." What a bargain. Never again. read more

I made an appointment with a nail tech for 10 am on August 27 for a dip. When I got there the nail tech was sick so another lady named Nancy did my nails. She didn't know what she was doing. She took over 2 hours to do my nails. They were all bumpy. She kept having to start over and add more powder. Finally someone else had to take over for her. It took another 30 minutes. While I was there a woman was getting a pedicure. She yelled out 'ouch, you cut me'. I would NEVER go there again!!! read more

Came in as walk-ins on a Sunday and they were welcoming, our service didn't feel rushed and the environment was peaceful. Got the Honey & Milk pedicure and it was super relaxing, hot stone massage included! They were very detailed with nails and skin cleanup, and even helped my boyfriend with some toenail discomfort. Jennifer has been my go-to for appointments for about a year now, and I haven't felt the need to go anywhere else for my nails or pedicures since! As I said Jennifer is my go-to nail lady, but everyone here has been so nice, welcoming and so eager to make sure your every need is fulfilled. Absolutely amazing! I had a really bad experience at another salon and was in a desperate need it fixed. Hua came in like an angel willing to take me in last minute and give me the nails of my dreams. She super understanding and took time to go into detail for my nails. The staff there is all super skilled and nice, however I love my girl Claudia. Unfortunately I suffer from chronic migraine, so I often visit Claudia for her headache relief massages. In means of price, I feel like Intermission Spa is very reasonable. They also accept Spa Finder gift cards!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Helen at True Nails and Spa. Helen is a fantastic nail technician and she did my gel pedicure with a French tip and I couldn't be more impressed! Not only did she take her time to ensure my feet were pampered and looked beautiful, but she also did it in a very timely manner. We had an amazing conversation as well! Love this place. They always do amazing work and the pricing isn't too bad. They take their time and have plenty of different options as far as colors, gel, design. They even offer a free beverage (water, glass of wine, soda) while they do your nails. Only issue is they only accept cash for tips. I never have cash on me and it's easy to forget to stop at the atm before when you're in a rush. And they don't offer appointments. I took a recommendation from my best friend and decided to try True Nails was kind of skeptical since I was driving from LA to Ontario but I very pleased such a beautiful classy place not to mention the huge selection of gel polishes and they serve wine beer and water. Walked in for eyebrow tinting and waxing with my daughter today. Was greeted with a very warm welcome by the lady at the front desk (forgot to ask her name) our first impression was "wow it's very nice,clean and modern." I had such a great experience at this nail salon here in Ontario, CA! The lady who did my nails was incredibly sweet and really took her time to make sure everything came out even and exactly how I wanted. They do awesome nails and toes as well!! Ive been coming here for a while and I love it ! I get long nails and it will last me almost 3-4 weeks without a fill and same for my toes!! First thing I saw when I walked in was their cute chandelier which made the place that much better! Lol Their decor is so chic and elegant :) Their services & prices are great, most importantly, reasonable!! $$$ They offer a great variety of gel colors & designs!
