I've been coming to this salon regularly with my daughter and my bestie, and we always have a great experience! My daughter sees Lisa, and Lisa always does an incredible job on her nails. I usually have Lien for my pedicures and Jenn for my manicures, and we've never left unhappy. Jenn is so personable--she's talkative, funny, and makes the appointment fly by. Lien is quieter, but incredibly kind and consistently gives the most AMAZING pedicures. We usually make an appointment ahead of time, but on days we walk in, they're usually quick to get us started. If they know they're too busy, they're honest and let us know right away what time to come back, which I really appreciate. I've never had Helen do my nails, but she is so friendly, and the times I've had to bring my baby with me, she's been unbelievably sweet to him. One time she even got down and played Hot Wheels with him --he loved it! The salon is always clean, they have a great selection of colors, and their prices are very reasonable. This place is awesome! I came here with my girlfriend and we both got pedicures. As a man in a nail salon I thought i would feel awkward but the ladies here took great care of us. I wear work boots 12-14 hrs a-day. I had a couple of problematic ingrown nails and in general my poor feet were in rough shape. They were able to fix 2 really bad nails. They were gentle and caring. Came in as walk-ins on a Sunday and they were welcoming, our service didn't feel rushed and the environment was peaceful. Got the Honey & Milk pedicure and it was super relaxing, hot stone massage included! They were very detailed with nails and skin cleanup, and even helped my boyfriend with some toenail discomfort. Apparently, I discovered a new trend here--one-week dip nails! Paid $65 for a set that cracked in under 14 days, and was told "dip doesn't last long." Oh, really? Funny, every other salon manages 3-4 weeks. Either they've invented disposable nails or they're using expired products. Bonus: they wanted me to pay again for their mistake... at a "discount." I made an appointment with a nail tech for 10 am on August 27 for a dip. When I got there the nail tech was sick so another lady named Nancy did my nails. She didn't know what she was doing. She took over 2 hours to do my nails. They were all bumpy. She kept having to start over and add more powder. Finally someone else had to take over for her. It took another 30 minutes. While I was there a woman was getting a pedicure. She yelled out 'ouch, you cut me'. I would NEVER go there again!!! read more

I've been getting my nails done here for some time now. I genuinely liked it, service was great staff was friendly and my nail tech Lisa knew how to do my nails very well where it complimented my hands and feet. The last time I went I attempted to get ombre nails on hard gel for my hands. I specifically asked my nail tech if it was something she could do showing her a picture. She confidently said yes and proceeded. Prior to putting the final top coat she asked if I liked them. To be honest in the most respectful manner possible, they were ugly. Lisa asked if I would prefer to do a solid color instead. I responded with yes please, mind you these were my birthday nails so I wanted to be happy with them. She willingly accommodated with a good attitude. I didn't think anything of it. During this visit I only had my nails done. Normally I like to get both a manicure & pedicure together. Prior to this visit I started noticing whenever I would try to make an appointment with Lisa for both a manicure and pedicure Helen always insisted I used two different nail technicians. I had tried this before but was never satisfied with anyone else's work. The quality just wasn't the same as Lisa's. Today when I tried to schedule my appointment I got the run around. First Helen agreed to scheduling me an appointment with Lisa. Then when I mentioned I would want both a manicure and pedicure Helen mentioned Lisa was not available. Then offered Friday at 4. I agreed knowing how busy she gets. I figured it's my day off n I'm flexible. Then Helen proceeds to tell me that if I decide to change my color I would need to pay extra money. She indicated that the last time I was at the salon the lady after me got upset bc Lisa took longer on my nails making her late for the appointment. I told her I didn't understand why I was being told anything when my nails technician offered to change the color. Keep in mind I checked in with Lisa the day of to ensure she was good with her following appointment. I have always tried to be a customer that isn't difficult and ensure to leave good tips. I made it clear to Helen that I understood but did not agree why she felt the need to tell me what she was stating as if I did something wrong. I proceeded to try and make my appointment with Lisa, per Helen suddenly Lisa had no availability. Again Helen insisted I go with someone else for my pedicure while Lisa did my manicure. Helen what you don't seem to understand is that not all your nail technicians have the same quality of work as Lisa, respectfully yourself included. So rather than making it difficult to get a service I am paying for please be more understanding to customers preferred preferences on nail technicians. I will not he going back, it's so disappointing. Helen you are ruining Lisa's clientele. Which is unfortunate because she has exceptional customer service and quality work. read more
