I asked for my nails to be filed straight, and the response I got was, "I know," but several still came out visibly uneven, with some noticeably shorter on one side. I've included photos with this review because you can clearly see the unevenness. I will also include a picture of a service I received when everything was good to see the comparison. The nail and callus cleanup also felt rushed and incomplete. I specifically asked for regular polish because I have a badly chipped big toenail(the right side) and wanted to let it grow out before doing gel again. What I thought was a regular clear coat ended up being gel. By the time I realized, she had already applied it to all my toes and put my feet under the UV light. Between that and some of the comments being made throughout the service, I honestly didn't feel comfortable speaking up again. I also brought my fiancé with me. He didn't get any polish and mainly just had his nails and feet cleaned up, yet we were still charged the full pedicure price. His feet were also left damp afterward, and his service felt unfinished. We paid $87 total, and unfortunately the quality of both services did not reflect what we paid. We've both been here before and had much better experiences, which is why this was especially disappointing. I really hope it was just an off day, but this definitely wasn't the level of service we were used to receiving here.

The entire design and layout of the shop is beautiful, welcoming, and so comfortable. I also loved that they had HGTV and the Cooking Channel playing side by side, so I was able to enjoy both of my favorite TV networks while getting my nails done. I called to see if they had any availability and they were able to make appointments for me and my sister. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking. The interior and decor was really nice, clean, and spacious. I did the hard gel manicure (by Vivian) & hard gel pedicure (by Holly) that include hard stones which comes with lotion & massage. Holly said that with hard gel manicure it's an additional cost so it would be total of $41. While my sister did the gel manicure (by Gina) & gel pedicure (by Helen) with cat's eye color which has an additional cost of $30. They offered a free drink of your choices of wine, beer, tea, water, etc. which I thought was really nice since I have never seen any nail places offered that before. I went with green tea while my sister went with herbal tea. They were all very friendly and helpful. I felt very refreshed and clean after getting this done. The nails came out pretty, but only thing I didn't get from the manicure was lotion and massage. I just noticed Vivian used the oil to put on my hands and arms. I was waiting to see if I get lotion and massage, but had to hurry up and leave since my sister had an appt after this. When we got the pricing, the total for me and my sister was $236. I wanted to get clarification of the pricing, but didn't have time since we were in a rush. Next time we come, will make sure to do that since I was trying to look at the pricing menu and I couldn't figure it out what the cost to make it to that. However, I would come here again, but make sure they did provide all the services that should be included and ask for a breakdown of the services since no receipt is provided of the breakdown.
