Lady is really great at what she does. I found her after I got my very first set of lashes from another tech. I have small eyes and the set I was given was to heavy for them. It was not cute at all. Lady helped remove them and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I don't wear heavy makeup and just wanted a natural look to open my tired eyes. She's more than a lash tech, she's an esthetician and she really talks you thru the right look for your face. Unfortunately for me she's very far and when I couldn't get in to see her after months of having her great work I made the mistake of finding another tech closer to home. Same problem again. I tried to schedule an appointment to get my lashes re-touched & I was refused due to my initial lashes were not done by LadyFace which is not stipulated on their web-site. Wow!! Totally impressed!!! Lady is awesome. She's friendly, professional & knowledgeable. I'm currently in "lash rehab" lol. I went to Johnny's Lashes (1st mistake) 3 weeks ago. The lashes held good but did not look natural. A week later I removed those lashes & went to a random person a friend recommended (2nd mistake). This person showed me the individual lashes she was going to use & told me that if I lost more than 50% within 48 hours she would retouch for free. She stated that sometimes the oil used to remove the lashes will cause the new ones to not adhere. Sure enough I started losing them fast. I went back for a touch up & they just didn't look right, they were patchy & falling out & just no good! They were better than Johnny's but not much. Then I found LADY! She explained to me that by looking at the pictures I sent her it seemed that this person didn't use single extensions either!!! I got to LADY's today & she removed the old lashes and sure enough they were a combination of singles & clusters! That person lied to me & used clusters mixed with singles while my eyes were shut!!! I arrived 30mins ahead of schedule which turned out to be no problem because there was a comfy couch in the corner with the perfect view to watch her work! The stuido is a nice size, and the smell of lemongrass and eucalyptus wafted through the air providing a pleasant and calming wait experience. AND as a bonus, while I waited enjoyed a thorough education of the application process and what to expect once out of the shop. I must say, having this be my first time for any type of service to my lashes done I was a bit nervous. I have never tried mink lashes before but trust me when I tell you once you go mink you never go back. She is very patient and most importantly NEAT!!!!!! The glue that she uses for the lashes did not burn my eyeballs at all and that was a first because I have been to numerous eyelashes extension places and their glue has burned my eyeballs and some places I have even had an allergic reaction to the glue. I have been getting my lashes done here for almost two years. Twice, while on vacation, and once while I was out of town, I needed to go elsewhere. Those other experiences showed me just how incredible and professional they are here. My last visit a few days ago was amazing. I had been out of town and had to have a stranger at a different salon do my lashes. She made such a mess that I didn't think it was possible to fix; my own lashes fell off with the extensions.
