I got a deal from Groupon for eye wax and lamination. Throughout the process my eyebrows were burning and I thought it was all just part of the products they were putting on. However at the end I realized that it was burning because I was burnt with the wax and now I have scabs on both sides of my eyebrows. I would definitely not go back. & I also had to pay extra for the tint. I really wanted to like this place because the girls were so nice, but definitely not going back.
I found my new lash place! Mona was really nice and very welcoming. She explained everything to me and suggested what is good for me. The price is very reasonable compare to other expensive lash places. Thank you for my classic set (11mm)! I love em, very natural look just how I like em. Very comfortable too. See you again soon! I'm back again for the second time. Microdermabrasion with hydrating facial. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and I always feel so good after I leave. I saw a new esthetician and she was just as great as the first one who did my skin tightening facial! I can't recommend them enough! Great prices too!!!
Kelly and Mona are AMAZING!!! From the way they greet their customers, to their actual great service. I actually found them on Groupon, and they honor the discount. They truly care about the customer and it shows Mona did my lashes, took her time and we were conversing and laughing through it all. Before beginning, I was talked to and through the different types of lashes and looks. I love my final lash look and I will definitely be returning and making recommendations thank you ladies!!! Thank you ladies for your promptness with responses and quick service ! If you take care of your lashes, they will last. I came because one of my friend she lives in LA but she came here all the time, so was like,, I have to go! It was a great experience to get my lash extension here, so while I'm waiting there's some candy on the table and they served water, even the waiting area was so comfortable and clean. And of course my lashes turned out wonderful! technician was so nice, she's a pro! I feel like any of her services would turn out excellent. Highly recommend!
These are now 4 days in they just continue to fall off at anytime and the stupid lady who did them sees no problem... this lady is a liar and doesn't take pride in her work or care about the quality of the service that she provides whatsoever
Awesome place! Always positive and has a great vibe! I love to go to CiCi and Mona! Kelly is awesome too she does my aunt and my moms lashes and that love her!! Definitely would recommend you trying it out! Make sure you know what you want ahead of time for easier transition
Response to the completely False comment from Ashley of Super Q which posted earlier today. Dear Ashley, I'm not sure what kind of BS you're trying to pull by saying you did the upgrade as well as the service for free when I didn't get the service. I contacted Groupon and THEY refunded the certificate despite the fact you marked the certificate redeemed as soon as you could in an attempt to receive payment for a service you did not perform. I talked to Groupon, this is not the first time you've pulled this stunt. Your employee did not "misunderstand" what I wanted, SHE WAS THE ONE UPSELLING ME. To quote a price then come back with a price two and half times higher because I declined the pricier set (not only was the price quoted by YOUR employee it's also LISTED ON YOUR MENU) IS DISHONEST. You are a shady, unethical people. You know you're doing wrong and you're only trying to "correct the miscommunication" because I am publicly holding you responsible for your cheating ways. And seeings as you're REALLY pissing me off now by continuing to perpetuate the situation and attempt to justify your lies, I will continue to tell every person I come across. As for your "first time customer discount" see the photo below. I checked your website before I went and grabbed this screen shot from YOUR website AFTER you posted your completely false response. There's no mention of a "first time discount" on YOUR website these are your published prices. I also contacted someone who has used you before and ummmm yeah you're liars. Highly recommend this place, it's very safe during COVID and everyone who works there was nice and warm to me. I had a wonderful experience and I like Mona's professionalism. Love the eyelash extensions she helped me with, I will come back there soon and try facial next time as well!
Wow, what an experience! From setting the appointment to walking out with my new beautiful set of eyelashes, the costumer service was AMAZING! They help you decide what eyelashes would fit you the best! Kelly did mine and I am so happy with the outcome! Halloween is around the corner, I can't wait to show off my eyelashes!! I went to Super Q Lash on September 27, "Zimo" did my eyelashes for very wispy looking, and it came out perfect! And it actually last for a month and more! Definitely recommend for this place.
Wendy did my eyelash perm yesterday and they came out fabulous! 10/10 would recommend! This is the second time I have gotten my eyelashes permed at Super Q Lash Beauty and I have not been disappointed.

I found this place by chance and decided to give it a try because of their Monday promotion. Their 2D full set is normally $69 for new clients, but on Mondays it's only $60, which is a really good deal. My lash tech was super nice and made the whole experience comfortable. She listened to what I wanted, and the lashes turned out so pretty and natural. I'm really happy with the results and will definitely be back! read more

My eyes have never been this much irritated and I get my lashes done often . I wanted to try somewhere new . This is my first time coming here . It's the next day and it still hurts . As soon as I opened my eyes it burned non stop . It hurt to close my eyes and to roll my eyes .i didn't get a proper lash cleaning and now im questioning if the tools were cleaned . For the amount I'm paying I shouldn't be coming out with irritated red eyes that last longer than a couple of hrs . They were friendly and got me right away but not worth going back . My eyelashes were great in the beginning! I was very satisfied with the way they looked the day I got them. Fast forward 3 days and a few of my eyelashes slowly began to fall off like Autumn Leaves ! They just started falling out more and more as the days went on! Its been about 2 weeks since my appointment and my full set of eyelashes are gone! They completely fell out! And that was about 2 or 3 days ago! I'm disappointed they didn't last! They looked good the first few days. But that was before they started falling out read more

First time here... Walked in and was helped by CeeCee. She was a very nice lady and explained everything well in English. She helped choose the lash extensions before applying and I thank her for that because some places don't and assume they know what you want. I wanted to wait before leave a review so these are day 3 lashes. I waited on reviewing because I wanted to give a true rating to see the retention time which a couple fell today but it's ok it wasn't too much. So I will update review in about a week. The salon is very clean, relaxing instrumental music, pillows for head and legs. I paid $107 excluding tip for C curl medium volume and asked doll eye but I feel it's between cat eye and doll eye. I really really like CerCee cleanliness and her attitude throughout the process. Also ordered a facial through Groupon for $31: microdermabrasion, led light therapy and hydration mask. Both were good services and I am glad to have walked in. The only thing that is "eh" was the fill prices. I'm comparison this salon is double the price. around $67 for two week, around $77 for 3 weeks, around $87 for four week. Will update my review next week for shed rating. ***update*** Ok, so every day my lashes was shedding. One hair for the first couple days, then a week later I needed to get a fill or new set badly. :( they are expensive so paying another $80 in a week timeframe is not ideal for me. I wish they used better glue for their retention. read more

Ok they got me again, I yelped about how far my lashes fell off the first time I visited this place. The lady was so nice she called and asked me to return for repairs. This time I was charged $145.00 she stated this was the normal cost but this was Saturday July 16th. I woke up this morning and now look like two different people, please see pictures below read more

Really debated whether to write the review or not considering staff is working through quarantine, however I would like to save some of your time and money. I had an appointment last Thursday for eyelash extensions. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Even showed her the first pic (I have posted). I was there for almost 5 hours! (See pics for proof). When she finally finished she didn't offer me a mirror which was an immediate red flag. I asked to go to the restroom and these eyelashes omg. I wish I had a picture but left my purse on the eyelash chair. I asked for natural eyelashes, but these were bulky, dark, heavy, and just horrible. But here starts the fun part! When I said they did not look anything like the picture, the lady laughed and said "oh haha I need more practice." Then they offered to fix them so I thought might as well. She said she would remove them. When I asked, "umm how? Are you going to pull my own eyelash?" She said, "haha umm I'll try not to" like what? Anyways too long. Long story short, I asked them to completely remove them. She poked me all throughout, didnt completely remove them, my eyes were soar and red. Everything took about 5 hours. I'll post appt confirmation and check out pics for proof. Oh yes, I still had to pay for the eyelash removal. Also don't have her name, but believe she was the receptionist. read more

I been looking for a lash place , I was looking through yelp and found this one . I made an appointment and went the next day . They are taking great precautions to make sure they are being clean during COVID. Kelley was so nice and she made me feel comfortable. I also took her advice on my lashes and I love them !!!
