I came because one of my friend she lives in LA but she came here all the time, so was like,, I have to go! It was a great experience to get my lash extension here, so while I'm waiting there's some candy on the table and they served water, even the waiting area was so comfortable and clean. I contacted Groupon and THEY refunded the certificate despite the fact you marked the certificate redeemed as soon as you could in an attempt to receive payment for a service you did not perform. I would not recommend this place. The quality is horrible they DO NOT LAST! Same day falling out with in a week they are half gone. The staff is rude. Lets not talk about how the tec put scissors to my eye and poked my nose trying to get the tape from being stuck to my eyelash. Than proceeded to cut the lashes and did not replace the lashes she ruined. She didn't tell me what she was doing so when I got poked I jumped. She then forced my head aggressively and moved it. First time here... Walked in and was helped by CeeCee. She was a very nice lady and explained everything well in English. She helped choose the lash extensions before applying and I thank her for that because some places don't and assume they know what you want. I wanted to wait before leave a review so these are day 3 lashes. I waited on reviewing because I wanted to give a true rating to see the retention time which a couple fell today but it's ok it wasn't too much. So I will update review in about a week. The salon is very clean, relaxing instrumental music, pillows for head and legs. I paid $107 excluding tip for C curl medium volume and asked doll eye but I feel it's between cat eye and doll eye. I really really like CerCee cleanliness and her attitude throughout the process. Also ordered a facial through Groupon for $31: microdermabrasion, led light therapy and hydration mask. Both were good services and I am glad to have walked in. The only thing that is "eh" was the fill prices. I'm comparison this salon is double the price. around $67 for two week, around $77 for 3 weeks, around $87 for four week. Will update my review next week for shed rating. ***update*** Ok, so every day my lashes was shedding. One hair for the first couple days, then a week later I needed to get a fill or new set badly. :( they are expensive so paying another $80 in a week timeframe is not ideal for me. So I made an appointment, got to the appointment and still had to wait 45 mins-1 hour. Plus over the phone I was told $65 for a natural full set. I ended up being charged $100. I was able to make my eyelash extensions last for 4 weeks. Look better now then when I first had my appointment. I called again to make an appointment for a fill this time. The lady said I could be taken at 3. Great, went in and was told I would have to wait 45mins-an hour again. I will never come back to this facility again. Really debated whether to write the review or not considering staff is working through quarantine, however I would like to save some of your time and money. I had an appointment last Thursday for eyelash extensions. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Even showed her the first pic (I have posted). I was there for almost 5 hours! (See pics for proof). When she finally finished she didn't offer me a mirror which was an immediate red flag. I asked to go to the restroom and these eyelashes omg. I wish I had a picture but left my purse on the eyelash chair. I asked for natural eyelashes, but these were bulky, dark, heavy, and just horrible. But here starts the fun part! When I said they did not look anything like the picture, the lady laughed and said "oh haha I need more practice." Then they offered to fix them so I thought might as well. She said she would remove them. When I asked, "umm how? Are you going to pull my own eyelash?" She said, "haha umm I'll try not to" like what? Anyways too long. Long story short, I asked them to completely remove them. She poked me all throughout, didnt completely remove them, my eyes were soar and red. Everything took about 5 hours. I'll post appt confirmation and check out pics for proof. Oh yes, I still had to pay for the eyelash removal. Also don't have her name, but believe she was the receptionist. ‍ read more

I wanted to like this place and gave them several attempts. I would make appointments and they would continuously make me wait 30-45 minutes. I totally understand some wait is expected but to see it wasn't a priority to them frustrated me. They overbooked many people just to get clients in the door. A lash fill took over 2 hours and then they said it's because I wanted them shorter, which is totally okay if they communicated that to me before. Idk just seems that they have no consideration of peoples time. I know small businesses are struggling but I just don't see the customer service there and they're not even apologetic. Again I wanted to like them, but they endlessly gave me reasons to not come back. Affordable yes- but not worth it for me. I would rather pay more for customer service Bummer! read more
