I've been a loyal customer to their Chino location... and I'm so happy that they opened one closer to me in Upland! The location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking spaces. Everything inside is even better; newly remodeled, clean, and the bed is super comfortable. I got my lashes done with Sunny and she's super gentle and my lashes came out perfect. I highly recommend getting your lashes done here.

I don't do my lashes on a regular basis, I normally get them done before I go on vacation. I made a last minute appointment with Muse Lash and they were able to accommodate my request for a same day appointment. I had my lashes done by Zoey. She did an excellent job. Great customer service and she was very professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I totally recommend Zoey. She was great! read more

Been getting my lashes done by Sunny and I couldn't be happier. She had done my lashes in chino location and I'm so glad she is that she moved to Upland. This place is amazing! Inside the space is clean and modern with smoothing music. Best customer service and makes you feel special. I love how my eyelashes turned out, super natural and suits my eyes shape perfectly. Sunny is my eyelashes designer unlike others she assess my eye shapes and eyebrows distance from my eye to recommend me the eyelashes length and style. I am super impressed with her skills. I want to gate keep but I can't; Sunny is the absolute best at what she does and never disappoints I started with her in chino and followed her to Upland. She is truly the best at what she does and I hope she stays forever. I have a 11 month old who rips my lashes out for fun and idk how she does it but I always come out looking full even when my baby leaves her nothing to work with thank you Sunny. Also the new upland location is beautiful inside and the upgraded beds are super nice. The waiting area is also nice looking the bathroom is super clean as well read more

I've been a long time customer from their Chino location and am so happy they added an Upland location closer to my home! Sunny is my usual technician and I love how I can always get an appointment in within the week or even a couple days prior to my wanting visit. I've never had an issue with my lashes and maybe that is luck but the curl stays, the adhesive never bothers my eyes and I love the consistency they put into their work. My retention last very well and I get a fill every 3-4 weeks! :) I'm not sure if they have the same beds from the Chino location but they felt even more comfortable! My tip is to bring a pillow or place a bag underneath your knees to relieve pressure in your back so that you lay more comfortable! They even offer you a blanket for extra comfort. Do not be afraid to tell them what you like, they keep track of what style you get and are always accommodating! read more

Update: After posting my original review, the owner provided screenshots showing that messages had been sent through the Square app. While I appreciate receiving that information, it does not change my overall experience. One point that I feel is important to clarify is that my concerns about communication began before the eyebrow incident and before the missed appointment. I reported to the front desk that I was no longer receiving appointment reminders and notifications and was told that the owner would contact me regarding the issue. To my knowledge, that never happened. The communication issue was the first problem I raised. Later, I experienced burns to both eyebrows following a waxing appointment that lasted nearly two weeks before healing. Despite these concerns, I never felt there was any meaningful effort to address the issues I had raised. The owner later explained that messages had been sent through the Square app, including a message informing me that future appointments would not be accepted. However, after I had already reported communication problems, I do not understand why there was no direct phone call or email regarding my concerns or the decision to discontinue services. In fact, on the same day that I called the salon attempting to discuss my concerns, a message was sent informing me that the salon would no longer be providing services. I fully respect a business's right to choose who they do business with. My disappointment is not that the owner made that decision. My disappointment is that the decision appears to have been made after I raised concerns about communication and my service experience, without any meaningful attempt to resolve those concerns first. Looking back, I believe the communication breakdown was the root of many of the issues that followed. Rather than addressing those concerns, the business relationship was ultimately ended. As a customer, I was left feeling dismissed rather than heard. Potential customers should be aware that if you have concerns regarding communication or your service experience, your concerns may not be addressed in the way you expect. My experience was that the relationship ended before those issues were ever meaningfully discussed or resolved.
