I called and she made an appointment for me a couple hours out. The spa is locked so you have to ring the bell and then they have private rooms with beds. My techs name was Coco and I dont know if it was her limited English but she wasn't very helpful when I asked her quarters about how the treatment would go and voiced concerns about whether it is damaging (she replied yes and laughed) multiple times. I tried asking in multiple ways using simpler words and she still said yes everytime ... and then told me everyone does it every 4 to 6 weeks no problem.... She taped my eyes up and then used multiple layers of serums on my lashes and then set the timer and a massager that was under the sheet on the bed (nice surprise). After 30 minutes and a quick nap she untaped me and texted me some tips. It was a little uncomfortable and itchy but now the next day I'm fine.

I was nervous about the thought of it being permanent(I have zero tattoos for this reason) so I knew I had to find the right artist and the right styled for me. I wanted them to look natural as possible. VANESSA ENTERS THE CHAT. I found her on Instagram, I saw her talk about nano brows and how they were the most natural looking brows and how she specialized in brows for oily gals (ALSO ME). Even after I found her I waited a whole 7 months to make the decision (luckily she was on maternity leave so I couldn't even book if I wanted to). When I finally booked the appointment and went, I was so impressed with how thorough she was. She spent a long time talking about what I wanted, liked, disliked, and goals for my brows. We spent a long time after that mapping them out to my liking and then finally started the process. It was painless (to me) and Vanessa is such a fun person to just talk to so the time just flew by. When she showed me my brows, I was absolutely blown away. I don't think my brain could have ever imagined them to look the way they did but she went above and beyond. I loved them so much. I got full volume long mink lashes the longest I ever done and she did a beautiful job. She really took the time throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable for the 2 hours it took to get a full set of eyelash extensions. She was very careful when applying the individual lashes with the glue, removing all the eyelash tape and sealing the lashes. She also informed me on the after care to keep my lashes looking nice till the next fill in 3 weeks. I would go back to this place to get eyelash extensions in the future. It's a bit of a drive for me from Orange County then I feel its worth it if I was happy with how beautiful the full volume mink eyelashes looked. Make sure to try this place out when I highly recommend it.

Overall experience was great, I like how clean the studio looks inside, it kind of makes me feel like I'm at a spa (because of the calming music they play in the back).
